Jennifer was very responsive and always responded fast. The house and surroundings were more than what I expected. My family enjoyed and so do I. We will definitely come back. I will recommend staying at Jennifer's house. 10/10!

Jennifer's place was as described. She was very communicative, friendly and responsive. She gave us easy instructions to check in and recommendations for things to do around the area. The home was clean, comfortable and very welcoming for my family and kids. We experience a problem with the showers and Jennifer was able to get a plumber to fix both showers within 2-3 hours of our call. The community pool was dirty and could use cleaning but that might be beyond Jennifer's control. We would definitely use Jennifer's home again and highly recommend it to any family or group traveling to the area.

Beautiful beach villa, perfect for families to walk to the beach. Comfy beds big kitchen and lots of space. The amenities were a little tricky to access and the pool wasn’t super clean but the beach was so beautiful that didn’t matter.

The condo was exactly as advertised and a perfect fit for our family! I can’t find a better location as our days consisted of a morning surf, afternoon tide pool snorkel, and sunset beach walk. Good for the soul.

We loved our stay!! We have been coming to Punta Del Mar for 4 years and this was our favorite rental we have stayed in. It was clean and had cool decor! It had lots to offer (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc.), and was in great location. It also had things other rentals don’t usually have- playing cards, games, tons of books for adults and kids, chalk, and more which was great for everyone. The host, Jennifer, was always super quick to respond to any questions I had. They all had a pack n’ play and high chair which was wonderful for our baby. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely love staying in this complex when we visit Rincon. Jennifer was a great host, and this unit is set up so well. The beds were comfy, the kitchen has what you need, there are plenty of extras like toys, beach supplies, and surf boards for use. It was a short walk right to the private beach or pool area. We loved the upstairs outdoor patio. Everything was so great. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location! Newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Positive: Very clean and comfortable home in an amazing location. They were very accommodating to our children and provided us with kids essentials such as a crib, baby bath, high chair, and silverware.
