Perfect, relaxing getaway abode. Highliy recommended to plan your stay here if you visit Rincon Positive: This property is absolutely perfect to get away and relax but still be close to everything. Our apt bedroom was pitch black out, which was perfect for a restful sleep. It was spotless clean and had everything you might need. The view and pool area are nice and spacious. Negative: Honestly there wasn’t anything we could find that we didn’t like.

The apartment was very clean and we enjoyed all rincon had to offer. The walk around the area is challenging due to fast cars and steep hills but beach is within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend staying here. The place is spacious and airy plus the view from the balcony was beautiful. We sat out there and watched the iguanas climb around in the trees while listening to waves crashing in the distance. Short walk down a big hill to the beach and some bars/ restaurants, and if you have a car everything else is super close. We had a great time!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Not to mention, the bed was extremely comfortable and they accepted our two dogs! The area was really peaceful, close to Sandy beach and just a short ride away from Rincón Plaza. It’s perfect for relaxing at the beach, by the pool, and at the restaurants near by!

I felt right at home far away from home. I went to Rincon to work with @nanichifoodtruck from Maunabo as we are on tour and we are very happy. It was a beautiful choice from the private, peaceful and beautiful all around. They are family now from the Boss and his wife to Jennifer and all their staff, we are forever grateful. The apartment is cozy yet spacious. It was good enough for my boo and I. I was born and raised in the mountains of our beloved Puerto Rico and being here in Puntas was such a joy. The climate, the iguanas, our Flamboyan trees, the ocean views and even when it rains. I was back to my childhood memories. Puerto Rico es otra cosa!

The place was very cozy and pretty, and is accurate to the listing photos/ listed services and amenities. We really enjoyed ourselves, would certainly recommend!!

Stayed here with my boyfriend. Pros: The apartment was extremely cozy and the pool/view from the patio is beautiful! Close to the central. We would book again. 1 parking spot, sunny bedroom, AC unit worked perfectly, bathroom was clean, towels provided, the beach chairs and cooler were a surprise! Jennifer was extremely accommodating and great at communication. Cons: difficult to squeeze between 2 cars multiple times a day when going down the slope to the door (no designated walk way down slope)… maybe there should be discussions with who parks about that. The lock box to lock away personal stuff didn’t work. The place isn’t extremely private. The neighbors door is next to your door and the livingroom windows face their door. We could hear them talking so I’m sure they could hear our conversations. Recommendations: Adding a chopping board in the kitchen & Lysol cleaning spray. I only saw windex & toilet cleaner. Provide 2 paper towel rolls to help clean, for spills, and sticky surface.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días de descanso activo. Muy acogedor el lugar, cerca del mar y la piscina muy limpia. De mi parte , altamente recomendado.

Everything was perfect. Like it a lot. Recommended for couples to rest peacefully.

Really enjoyed my stay here was a great location close to beaches. WiFi was reliable overall and kitchen is well equipped for basics. Elier and his maintenance crew took care of everything and were so responsive. The outdoor spaces were a highlight and the neighbors were nice. I had a safe a comfortable stay.

Jennifer’s place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Rincón. It is located in the Puntas neighborhood, which means you can walk to many of the best surf breaks, Pools, Maria’s, Siete Barrasos, Sandy’s, and Parking Lots. There are also some restaurants you can walk to. Even when the door to our balcony was not working, Jennifer got someone to come by and fix it that same day. You can’t beat it for the price. Absolutely perfect for a couple or two friends. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked in it everyday. I highly recommend this place!

Had a great stay here, was a short walk to the beach and some restaurants and plenty more available in a short drive. The apartment was nice and clean and even had some great views from the back porch. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area

Great spot for laying low in the Puntas/Rincon area. Easy walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. The units are well air conditioned, and you’ve got everything you need in the kitchen (stovetop, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, etc.) to cook over the course of your whole stay. Ellier is the host that lives there in his house beside the apartments and was super helpful every chance he had. He gave me some good info about the local surf breaks and let me borrow his tools to install some fins in a board I bought down there. Communication was great all around. Highly recommend this spot.

We arrived on the evening of hurricane Ernesto, and most of the island did not have power. We were happy this place had solar back up power, which gave us light and fans to endure the heat in August. Everyone there was kind and helpful and the area is beautiful

This place was so much more than I expected. The sunsets from the balcony were phenomenal and the symphony of the Indigenous Coquis was astounding. I will treasure my stay forever...not to mention that I also worked remotely. Everything we needed was at hand. Thank you for a memorable 29th wedding anniversary stay in Rincon.
