Great location at walking distance to the beach. Clean and easy to access property. The rooftop pool was amazing.

Excelente lugar, cerca de todo teniendo a su vez privacidad. Muy limpio y cuidado. Excelente comunicación con la host. No tuvimos ningún problema en nuestra estadía.

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. It’s settled in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Jennifer was very responsive from time of book through departure.

Top Unterkunft! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen! Top Lage direkt an einem der schönsten Strände. Zufahrt problemlos. Tolle Restaurants direkt am Strand gleich ums Eck. Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, sieht aber sauber aus.

Exceptional stay. This apartment and Sandy beach was a destination out of a movie. Unbelievably comfortable with great AC, Parking and Pool. Great location 2 minutes from beach and incredible surfing. We will be back!

This place exceeded all of our expectations. It was in the best location- central and within walking distance to all of the spots we went to each day. It was exactly as described/pictured. Super clean and modern. Jennifer was so friendly and communicative providing us with helpful instructions as well as recommendations. We will definitely be booking here again when we return.

Close to beautiful Sandy Beach! Great stay overall, loved the rooftop pool and how quiet and clean our unit was. Wish there were a few more amenities like a kitchen hand/dish towel, dish drying rack, and a few laundry tabs. Would stay here again!

Place and location were great! Check in was easy. The place came with beach towels and beach chairs. There was no shampoo or bodywash provided and the water was warm but not hot.

Amazing location, walkable to the local spots, steps from the beach. The apartment itself was brand new, clean, open, spacious. All amenities in kitchen. Have stayed by Sandy’s previously, and this was perfection. 100% recommend, would definitely go back.

Came in town for a surf trip. The location was kind of the best of all worlds. Easy walk to everything I needed, including a surf break that was working one of the days, very quick drive to some of the better surf spots and town while still having a peaceful spot to call home for the week. The space itself was nice and newer construction. Looked just like the photos. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our space! The rooftop pool was so fun after our wedding festivities. Jennifer was so accommodating and responsive. We give this place a 10/10

En resumen el sitio está bastante bien. La ubicación del lugar está accesible. Si están buscando un lugar lejos del ruido de la cuidad es muy bueno. Tengan en cuenta que se va mucho la energía eléctrica en la zona y solo funcionan los aires acondicionados y las luces de afuera.

What a great property and location! We also took advantage of the beautiful pool on the roof for the sunset. The property is new and therefore super clean and up-to-date. I will stay here again when visiting the area.

The place was an easy walk to the beach and good restaurants. It was clean and the rooftop pool was great. The a.c. works great and easily keeps the whole place cool.

Jennifer’s place definitely exceed our expectations. The apartment had everything you needed. All clean and organized. Walkable to Sandy Beach. Jennifer was a great host, always in touch with us giving recommendations and able to respond quickly.

Loved the rooftop pool. Location was great . 30 yards to my favorite coffee shop and 20 more you are on the beach.

Spot is great, Jennifer did a fantastic job with helping us manage a difficult situation with an island wide power outage.

I loved this rental! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. The bed was extremely comfortable and so are the pillows (I travel a lot and these are very important to me). They also had ice cold air conditioning. It was extremely hot when I was there but I slept with a blanket on at night. As a guy from New England I love this. Steps away from the beach and a great coffee shop.

Beautiful Puntas area, steps to Sandy Beach, Jakes Java, Jacks Shack and a couple other restaurants. The condo is new and very nice. Can’t think of a better location in Rincon.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Nice clean beautiful apartment. We will absolutely be back. This home is in the perfect location. Not only is it steps to the beach, but there is a great coffee and taco place right around the corner! We love to surf, so it was only a short drive to Marias, but Pools is within walking distance- Literally 3 min walk down the street. It was the perfect place for romantic vacation. Best part was at night when we were worn out, we were able to go up to the rooftop pool and enjoy a swim. Cant wait to go back!

This was the perfect Airbnb for our stay! Its a short walk from the beach, breakfast places, and restaurants for dinner. Its very new, so the supplies were a little limited, but we had everything we needed. It was perfectly cleaned and everything worked well.
