Unit facing Steps Beach and with close beach access

Positive: The place was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved the beautiful patio, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, downtown, and everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Good location Positive: Good location. Basic but clean. Loved sitting in the back terrace. Negative: The apartment did not have gas on the stove. Management was not able to resolve it. Sadly it coincided with having no electricity so we were unable to cook the food we brought at all.

Absolutely amazing airbnb, the location was perfect, the backyard and patio are a peaceful oasis, and the space was spotless and super clean! We honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay in Rincon!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Comfortable house in a nice location. Positive: We especially enjoyed the patio, for breakfast and watching the sunsets. It’s convenient to our favorite beaches and restaurants. Negative: I feel that the listing should say there is no hot water. The shower had some sort of insta-heat contraption that barely took the edge off. And while the listing didn’t promise any beach toys, that there was only one beach chair seemed a little stingy.

Very lovely place. Great porch! No direct beach access, but short walk. Fabulous location!!!! Overall, a lovely place with an ocean view, and you can hear the waves crashing to the shore from the bedroom. Good sleeping!! If you require hot water for a shower, might want consider something different. Don’t know if that is the case at all accommodations down here, but that would be my only complaint. Water lukewarm at best. Quick showers. Everything else was pretty perfect. Never met friendlier people than I have here in Rincon! We would stay at this accommodation again.

Almost immediately after pleading for a five star review on the morning of our last day, workers started using power tools on the backside of the building to remove tiles. The only hot water for the unit is generated at the shower head, and it gives hot water intermittently.

Great place , beautiful location. Extremely clean nd easy to keep clean. Access to beach just a short walk right from property. Great view of beach from property and surrounding neighborhoods are exceptional as well. Quaint, quiet, relaxing part of town and within walking distance of the Marina at Black Eagle. World class snorkeling right out front as well! Property management is exceptional as well and meet any needs if you should have any!

I recently stayed at this VRBO for three days and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a great place for a short getaway. I’d definitely stay here again!

Staying in Ricon for our 33rd anniversary, this cozy place was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds with beach access. Bring your snorkel gear. Hostess was quick addressing any questions we had. We definitely recommend the Reef 2.

Due to the Aguadilla flight schedule, we arrived in the middle of the night and immediately felt safe upon walking into the house. Very clean and cozy, and super responsive managers. While this is right by Steps Beach, we actually spent most of our time at Black Eagle Beach (diving, snorkeling, eating)... Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. Very nice unit for two people. Clean, well stocked and centrally located to beaches and downtown Rincon. Communication with our host was great. Only knock is that there is now a fence at the end of the property obscuring the sea/beach view which was not shown on the listing. Other than that, fantastic, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very nice apartment in a great location near the beach. First time in Puerto Rico and hope to return someday.

Beautiful casa Positive: The place was nice. The beach was beautiful and very close. Negative: No one said we had to turn on the propane tank for use. No big deal.

I loved my stay. Just steps to the beach, wonderful rope swing on the beach, great spot to set up a hammock,. could hear the crashing of the waves all night long from the bedroom. Easy walk to other beaches and great food options at the Marina. Would for sure stay again.

Great communication, a view outstanding and all was very clean and smooth during checkin process. These is our fourth time here at Reef 1 and Reef 2. For sure will come back. Thanks

Overall it was ok, we were just a little disappointed that when we arrived the WiFi and television didn’t work. Took a few days to get it fixed And only 1 A/C which was located in the bedroom.

Peaceful, clean, great view

Jennifer’s place is in a beautiful location. The backyard is right on the water and faces west for beautiful sunsets. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to spend time at the unit. The inside is old, dated, and in disrepair. We had a shower that didn’t drain well so a 5 minute shower meant you were standing in 2 inches of water. After a phone call to Jennifer she dropped off 1/4 container of Drano which helped a little. We asked for more and never got a response. We also had no hot water either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. We let Jennifer know that and she asked us to leave the keys in the lockbox so a plumber could address the problem. We did that for 3 days and never heard from Jennifer or a plumber again. This rental is money grab capitalizing on a great location. Door handles are falling off, lighting is terrible, bathroom mirror light doesn’t work, and I already mentioned the plumbing issues.
