Muy limpio y organizado.

Buena comunicación con Jenifer siempre estuvo atenta . Lugar limpio, tranquilo cerca de la playa y lugares para comer. Lo recomiendo.

Lugar muy acogedor y bien equipado. Incluso tenía una neverita que nos salvó la vida, ya que se nos había olvidado llevar una. También nos encantó la ubicación, porque está cerca de todo lo que uno puede necesitar o querer hacer. Las instrucciones fueron sumamente claras y todo el proceso fue muy sencillo.

Fue un ambiente bien tranquilo, la ubicación que tiene cerca del pueblo me encantó. Positive: La ubicación, seguridad, lugar tranquilo excelente facilidad Negative: El acensor , no estuvo funcionando en todo momento y al tener una persona mayor con impedimento fue un poco complicado, pero está ubicado en un segundo piso y de poco escalones, y tiene un solo baño habilitado por lo que para 7 personas se complica

Apartamento cozy y playero para disfrutar con la familia. Cerca de todo en carro. Aunque un carro estacionaba en la calle, siempre había estacionamiento cercano y seguro. Por otra parte, todo estaba limpio y recogido. Además, era espacioso. Lo único es que para 7 personas hubiésemos preferido 2 baños, en este caso yo me confundí con otra publicación y pensé que tenía un medio baño. Sin embargo, el baño de la piscina resuelve y está limpio, con papel, lavamanos y aromatizante. Si vas con alguien que no pueda subir escalera, debes tomar en cuenta que el ascensor necesita mantenimiento y puede que no esté en función. La comunicación con Jennifer muy buena. Overall, lo recomendaría.

Ubicación privilegiada, muy profesionales

me sentí como en casa todo bien bonito y la comunicación con Jennifer muy atenta al pendiente de lo que necesitará lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de muchas playas y sitio de comida cerca y farmacias del área la piscina muy tranquila

El portón de al lado es mas gris que el “gris” de la propiedad. Es confuso, yo diría que es negro.

Excelente alojamiento, un lugar muy tranquilo y con todo lo que se había descrito. Jennifer fue una anfitriona muy comunicativa y siempre atenta. Recomiendo el lugar 100%.

Estuvo perfecto! Super tranquilo!!!! Lo único fue que las instrucciones decía que había lavandería en la primera planta y cuando fuimos a lavar la ropa que usamos en la playa la anfitriona nos indicó que realmente no había lavandería. Ya para la próxima voy más preparada. Por lo demás estuvo perfecto!!!!

Great place!

This was not the unit we booked. This unit was fine, for what it is. We initially booked another one of Jennifer’s properties that had a pool and washer/dryer inside the unit. The host messaged 5 mins after check-in informing us that the pool was under construction not available for our entire stay. The pool was a priority for us, and the primary reason we chose that unit. We were extremely disappointed that the listing for this property advertised a pool, but the pool was not available. The host rebooked us at a different property, told us the new property had pool and washer/dryer. The new unit had a pool, but washer/dryer were broken and not available. We looked at several units in the area, including the unit we ended up in. We would have chosen a different unit if we knew the pool was unavailable at our first choice. Because of such short notice, and the host did not offer to cancel/refund, we were forced to accept a unit that we did not choose.

Jennifer’s place is great. It has everything you need to enjoy a tropical weekend at the West of PR with your friends/family. 5-min walk to the must beautiful sunset at the beach. The building is also great, with an enjoyable pool and bbq area. Plenty of good restaurants at Rincon’s downtown. Jennifer’s place will definetly be considered for our future weekend trips!

Great location to the beaches, very quiet and quick access to downtown Rincon.

El apartamento es cómodo y su espacio permite que lo pases bien en familia. Buena localización para conocer mejor a Rincón y oeste de la Isla.

Beautiful and comfy place. Near all key places in Rincon

This condo was comfortable and provided a great place for our friends and family to stay during our visit to Puerto Rico. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a great amenity. The beach was about a 3-4 block walk. The "private walkway" from the condo to the beach ended at a 4-5ft drop off where there were lots of boulders. It was a great place to view sunsets, but the beach was not accessible from this walkway. The back balcony was great for relaxing; however, it overlooked an RV park that was quite busy/noisy over the weekend. The only issue we had was that the hot water did not work while we were there. When the shower was on hot, the water trickled and was sometimes luke warm, but usually just cold. We communicated often to the host about it and ended up getting a credit for 1 night. Hopefully this will get fixed before the unit is rented again.

Everything was wonderful! The complex is very close to the beach and the other people who live there are so friendly! There is a big common space for grilling. We loved Rincon and staying at Jennifer's condo!

Overall, my family very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment complex. Jennifer’s place was very clean, in a great location, and was spacious for us. The AC in each room is AWESOME and the back porch was peaceful. I didn’t mind the coqui frogs or rooster wake up calls, but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. There were a few things that we noticed made our stay less than a 5 star experience. For example, the one key situation was not only inconvenient for a group, but potentially a fire/accident hazard. You cannot lock the door and leave with the key if someone is staying home. The key is the only way to lock or unlock the door on both sides. Lastly, the water pressure was weak. It took twice as long to shower or wash dishes. Other than that, we had a great stay here. Lovely place.

Super Positive: Estaba muy nice el lugar, el apartamento bien equipado, fresco y con aire en todas las habitaciones y en la sala. Negative: El flujo del agua en la cocina era casi nulo. Y para contactar el personal un poco complicado. No logramos el acceso a la playa

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved the apartment and the location. We had a hard time finding our assigned parking as it is in a gated parking lot. We did discuss with management and they will update instructions for future guests. We are a large family so we were in need of more blankets and towels. But overall the experience was wonderful. The pool and common areas were clean. It is a quiet location and we felt safe at all times. Entry is locked which is a plus for me. If allowed the opportunity I would stay here again.

Excelente Positive: El lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro. El apartamento y sus instalaciones son bien cómodos y limpios. La piscina no es grandísima pero es cómoda, limpia, bonita y no se llena mucho. En general es excelente lugar para vacacionar…. Negative: Como comentario constructivo, las habitaciones deberían tener cortinas black out para quien no pueda dormir con claridad y también en la habitación donde están las literas no cuenta con espejo ni gavetero, sería bueno incluirlos….

Lugar tranquilo para una familia de 6, una bebé y otro en camino. Muy accesible y cerca de muchos lugares de interés.

This is the first "not completely good" review I'm writing ever. The apartment is really cute and decorated with lots of love. It looks exactly like the pictures and the pool is very nice as well. Even though Jennifer and Veronica were trying to help, we had very little or no water at all for several days and we didn't have hot water in the shower at all. The washing machine didn't work and there were serveral other little things as well - some of them they took care of. I felt the communication was very slow so I contacted Airbnb support for help. After all we got a partial refund and with that in mind, we were ok with the situation. If Jennifer and Veronica will be able to solve the problems and answer a bit more promptly I would definitely recommend the apartment!

This is an incredible place to stay ! I’d love to come back.!
