Surf Beach Apartments/ 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms+WiFi

Overall it was a nice stay. The kitchen and laundry were great, and the ocean view balcony was lovely. Unfortunately the a/c unit in the living room was not cooling at all. A couple of windows didn’t fully close which let the heat in and amplified the noise from the neighbors. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was extremely uncomfortable with broken springs. Walking distance to the beach was nice. We only stayed for one night and it happened to be a night many of the restaurants within walking distance were closed. It’s two flights of stairs - It didn’t bother us, but I feel like people should be made aware of that.

The AC in one of the rooms did not work, so my kid ended up sleeping in the living room. Although I understand that these things happen, I think the owner could have offered more than 10% discount (which was offered only after I suggested), and they should have given us the option to refund if we found another place, instead of being stuck with it. She said the AC is not working in a message on the day we arrived, but I missed that message and it was too late anyway. Also, the building is not managed by the owner. So the manager needed to reach out to the owner to consult. Otherwise, the apartment was nice. The location is right next to an amazing beach with a natural marina reserve. We loved that. Note, it's not a walking distance from Rincon center, and there are no sidewalks, so a car is necessary to go to the town center.

Everything else was fine. Positive: I like the location and the apartment that we rented. Negative: I did not like that they didn’t put the information of a $200 deposit and the rules in the post. They charge me $200 for deposit that was not listed. People who rent need to know all the details possible to know what they are paying.

Flor E.’s home was simple, nice and clean. The beach is a 2 min walk with bars close by as well. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Fantastic host and perfect beachfront unit! Has all the amenities plus awesome beach stuff you can carry to the shore. If 10 stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved it. Very quiet and familiar. A place close to everything. Clean and easy to find.

Really lovely place, great for a short trip and had everything you might need. Safe area for parking and overall very secure. Lots of beach supplies too which was nice. Only thing is the air conditioning is a bit dated and very loud during the night but besides that it was a perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is super clean and has great ac for the super hot days. The beaches are all very close and there are some great restaurants and ice cream nearby. The traffic is pretty noisy but nothing that the hosts can do about that. We are all heavy sleepers and had no issue with it. Perfect for a surfing vacation!

Lovely place. Right near the water. Clean and warm. We had a nice time here. The mattresses were pretty comfortable.

It was a very close walk to the beach and a comfy and clean apartment. The area felt very safe and great for families. I trusted my teenage girls to walk down to the beach by themselves. It was only about a two minute walk basically through a parking lot. I would happily stay there again. It is a little bit further out of town by that I mean a five minute drive. But if you’re looking to walk to a lot of the downtown area, it’s more like a 20 minute walk. It was perfect for what we wanted, though

Flor was so helpful with my needs. Unfortunately, I rented this condo during Hurricane Erin. The unit itself is perfect, but this unit does not have a generator if you lose electric. I will look to redo this vacation, and I will not hesitate to rent this unit again. Flor thank you for your communication during this storm.

Hemos estado 6 personas Dos matrimonios y dos hijos El apartamento nos ha resultado inmejorable. Todos hemos coincidido en que estaba realmente limpio, ordenado y muy espacioso. Tres camas de matrimonio muy cómodas Los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien. Tranquilidad en la zona. Quizás uno de los dormitorios con algo más de ruido ya que daba a la carretera pero poca circulación. Puedes ir andando a la playa , algo que era muy importante también para nosotros y así poder “descansar” de coche. Tenía todas los enseres de la cocina muy limpios. Solo advertir que el acceso es por escaleras, así que si tienes alguna incapacidad tenlo en cuenta. De veras que hemos disfrutado muchísimo y lo voy a recomendar 100%. Se que más de un amigo vendrá a este apartamento ya que tanto la ubicación, la limpieza, el descanso y la rapidez y amabilidad de la anfitriona han hecho que pasemos unos días fantásticos Gracias!

Me sorprendió lo acogedor y cómodo del apartamento. Detalles que hicieron nuestra estadía más placentera, como aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento, toallas de playa, algunas cosas que siempre olvidas( café, sal, spray antiadherente) .Me hubiese encantado poder quedarme más tiempo. Gracias

The place is nice with a great location very close to the beach. Good for families or groups. The internet was on and off all day every day. I don’t know if it was a problem in the area or with the equipment. We reported to Flor and she said she was going to handle, but never heard back from her or got fixed. Some of the people of the group had to work and had some issues with that. Other than that, I think it was good for the price and we had a great time. Would definitely go back.

Nice, basic apartment. Beautiful location. Only downside was people driving by with obnoxiously loud music.

Very comfortable living space.

This area and apartment could not have been more perfect. Walkable to a beautiful beach, amazing restaurants, and bars to grab a drink. The Econo was a 4 minute drive away. 35 Minutes to crash boat beach. A 2 minute drive to one of Peurto Ricos hidden gems. I will let you figure that one out. As for our host, Lilly was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond as a host. Responded quickly and accurately. Any issue that came up, she responded quickly and acted immediately. We can not recomend Lilly enough. Thank you again, Lilly, for hosting us. We had an absolutely fantastic time and we hope to see you in the future.

Great location! Reminded me of my college days in Santa Cruz. Safe location, beach accessible, parking available. Loved the amenities. 10/10 would come back.

Couldn't have been better. My family of five loved the location, the condo itself, and Flor was a great and helpful host. Marina Beach is right behind you and super easy to walk to. Walking to town was not a problem either. Great place in a great location!! We will be back next year!

Great place to stay in Rincon. Very accessible to main roads

We had a wonderful time! Rincon is beautiful! The accommodations were great! The apartment was very clean. I felt comfortable immediately. we had ocean views and walked everywhere. flor was wonderful. Quick responses and eager to please. I would stay again and recommend it highly

Central location, responsive helpful host, but a fairly bare bones apartment compared to others in the area (no beach chairs/gear, minimal kitchen supplies, no oven just a small toaster oven, no dishwasher). Also, power outages are common on the island and there’s no generator or backup power source available so we lost fridge food, and had to stay elsewhere for a day given it was so hot and we have a baby. Loud road noise since it’s on the main drag so bring a white noise machine.

The place was nice and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics for a light breakfast or lunch. Bathrooms had good showers and a decent size. Overall it was a nice place but the neighborhood was noisy and on a busy road but it was Christmas so people were partying and lots of fireworks. It was very close to the beach and a couple of nice restaurants and bars. Convent location and about a mile walk into town.

Really enjoyed the stay, walkable and close to beach. Would recommend and come back.
