Sunset Village Oceanview Retreat

I loved staying at sunset village Oceanview retreat! It was a beautiful home. Jennifer was excellent and very communicative! Had excellent stay and would love to come back soon!

Very quiet place and peaceful with great vista to the ocean . Transportation is a must have , due to distance from visiting areas . Wonderful stay .

La casa estaba super bien ubicada, cómoda y con una vista preciosa al mar. Sin embargo, la limpieza no fue óptima. La cama del dormitorio principal y el sofá en la sala tenían arena cuando hicimos check-in. Parecía que lo habían recogido varias semanas antes de nosotros llegar, pero no le pasaron vacuum porque el piso tenía grama e insectos muertos.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and the home was a pleasure to come back to after our long days of fun in the sun! Great views from the patio! Nice location close to local beaches and restaurants. Would definitely com back!

Jennifer’s home was exactly what you would assume by looking at the pictures. It was clean, comfortable, and Puntas continues to deliver as the perfect location! A short drive/walk from Antonio’s or Casa islena and Sandy beach. Would absolutely bring my family back here again soon!

Jennifer is an excellent host and the property was absolutely beautiful with an incredible view of the ocean. The property is a quick 10 minute walk from the beach and the surrounding area is also gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again.

The gorgeous home we rented from Jennifer had all the amenities we were looking for, along with incredible views, we even saw several whales right from the backyard. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the great spots the Puntas area has to offer. The house was incredibly clean when we arrived and had everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer was incredibly kind and also very responsive being quick to answer any questions we had. The home included a kitchen stocked with all the needed supplies to be able to cook there and she also provided a plethora of great recommendations for places to visit around Rincon. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! We would absolutely book with Jennifer again in the future.

The house was in a perfect spot in Rincon close to the beach and many restaurants. We had a cold front that blew in and messed up the WiFi. Surrounding areas had WiFi and service but this house did not. We ended up having to go to local restaurants to get cell phone service and needed to go through air bnb to request a partial refund. But overall the house itself is beautiful and in a great location!

Booked this place by mistake and immediately reached out to the host within hours of booking , but communication was very slow and unhelpful. I never stayed at the house at all, yet I was charged for two nights and only received a partial refund for one night, plus the cleaning fee, which doesn’t make sense since no one ever checked in. The lack of cooperation and delayed responses made the situation frustrating. Also ruined a whole day of my short vacation trying to resolve issue. I would not recommend based on the poor customer service and inflexibility.

This is an exceptional location. This was our second stay up the hill from Casa Islena, and it truly is the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. You’re just minutes from some of the best beaches and restaurants in Rincón, yet a short walk up the hill brings you to a peaceful, private retreat. We’ve been visiting annually since 2014, and this is hands down my favorite and most convenient neighborhood so far. The house is spotless, the views are absolutely gorgeous, and it comfortably accommodates four adults and one child. Every amenity you could need is thoughtfully provided, and the washer and dryer are a huge bonus for traveling light. Jennifer’s attentiveness was outstanding...truly 100%. We will absolutely be back.
