Suite 4 at Road 413 with private swimming pool

Un Airbnb muy hermoso, cómodo y cálido en la montaña. Con playas y restaurantes como “El Flamboyan” muy cerca. La dueña es muy atenta y contestaba los mensajes en minutos, siempre estuvo muy dispuesta.

This is our second time staying at this property, and incredibly, this visit was even better than the first one. The kitchen had been recently remodeled and is spacious, with all the necessary utensils to prepare breakfast and lunches comfortably. The entire apartment, including the pool area, was extremely clean. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the photos accurately represent what you will find when you arrive. It is a beautifully decorated apartment with well-maintained furniture and thoughtful details throughout. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

This place is spacious and well located. I stayed here with my husband and one year old. The king bed was super comfortable. The place looks like the photos. We enjoyed the private pool and liked the local recommendations.

Positive: La decoración y comodidad del apartamento. Las camas súper cómodas y el apartamento bien espacioso. Había buen estacionamiento y agua caliente en la ducha. La piscina la pudimos disfrutar el domingo para relajarnos luego de hacer el tríalo de Rincón. Estabas cerca de todo pero no el mismo Pueblo. Negative: Había un gatito insistente frente a la puerta de la casa. Tuvimos problemas conectando el internet en el televisor.

Although this place has a beautiful view, we did not enjoy our stay. The host took a long time to respond. When we arrived, based on the photos showing a lookout point, we believed that was where we would be staying, but instead it was an apartment next door. The next day, someone came to clean the pool and left the motor turned off, so all the chemicals were floating in the water. We informed the host, and she replied that the pool could be used after 45 minutes. We decided not to use it because we were concerned about having an allergic reaction. We also wanted to use the oven, but we were told it was low on gas and it would not turn on. We were hoping to have a peaceful and relaxing afternoon, but unfortunately that was not possible.

Had a great stay at Jennifer’s place. The Airbnb was spacious and had everything we needed while we stayed. It was situated in a central area that was minutes from great coffee places and breakfast. The pool was very nice and wish we had more time to use. Will stay here again. Thank you!

Jennifer’s place is definitely a gem in Rincón. It has everything you need to feel right at home and enjoy your vacation. We slept amazing, tue a/c works perfectly and the beds aver very comfortable. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are very organized and very pristine. The pool area is beautiful, it is surrounded by palm trees with breathtaking view of the ocean. The pool area does need a little tlc, but nothing major that would prevent you from relaxing and having a great time. I would definitely stay again.

Todo bien, falta de mantenimiento, no había agua caliente y hacia mucho calor, los aires no prendieron, no había internet, piscina sucia.

We arrived late at night and didn’t get to fully take in the area, but waking up to the sunshine the next morning was absolutely breathtaking. The views were stunning, and the whole place just had this peaceful, refreshing energy. It was the perfect escape—amazing food nearby, gorgeous scenery, and great spots for day trips. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely come back!

When returning to Rincon I will most definitely stay here again!!! Lovely and secluded place that’s not far from anything. Had the best time!

Beautiful place overlooking Playa Maria - I will definitely rebook this spot with friends, family or my partner and can’t wait to come back!There’s a great restaurant 1 minute down the hill that any USA family would love - easy food and drinks for picky eaters if you’re not looking for the local food. Another minute down and you’re on the beach!

Great stay! Positive: The stay was great! Had everything we needed, bed was so comfy! Lots of ac units to keep cool. The hosts were great! We left an item behind and they were extremely accommodating in sending it back to us! Location was perfect! Highly recommend! Negative: It was a little tricky to find but that was probably our fault!

My wife and me stayed with our baby daughter and we liked the private pool. Unfortunately, the apartment was not that clean, especially with a crawling baby.A car is required to get to any beaches, restaurants or bars..

Beautiful, clean, suite with easy access by car to beaches and restaurants. Lacking some amenities very little in the kitchen. I believe there was a very small coffee bar, but that was about it. Water did not get super hot in the shower, but it’s not very cold either as it’s Puerto Rico. Overall, very nice clean place and safe area would recommend.

This place is a gem! Hidden away in the beautiful town of Rincon the view of the moutains with palm trees. The private pool made this place a perfect escape. The jetted pool with wooden lounge chairs and the view of the mountains and the beach! Breathtaking! The rooms are beautiful setup love the interior design. Air conditioned and super comfy. Close to the beaches and many restaurants. I brought my mother here and spent some needed time away from the city. I recommend the gem to anyone! Thank you Jennifer for such a beautiful place! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: Convenient location,comfy bed,and a nice view! Negative: The pool area was a danger with (all 4) broken chairs and unstable decking. Also,there was a leaking air conditioning unit in the main space and water on the floor,wall and entertainment equipment when I arrived. They did send someone out,but he was unable to fix the issue,so no AC in the main living space for the time I was there.

Fabulously located, close to beaches and short drive into town. The place was clean and had great beach chairs with umbrella avail! The pool was cute and perfect for a quick plunge! The view can’t be beat while in pool area. Jennifer was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful, but be aware that you definitely need a car to get around. We broke a glass and were charged $10, which we found a little excessive, but otherwise it was a lovely stay.

A beautiful, spacious home located in a peaceful area close to Rincon . Nicely decorated and HUGE bathroom that came in handy as I was on a girls trip. Private pool was the cherry on top. Will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was really nice to stay at and beautifully decorated. The pool is really small, but comfortable to cool off in. We cook almost all food ourselves and the kitchen does unfortunately not make it easy to cook. There is only 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 plates, and so on of everyhing in the kitchen. There isn't any plates or dishes to cook with in the oven (there is a small ovenform to bake a cake in). This makes it a bit difficult to cook. If you don't plan to cook much, it is a wonderful apartment! Only 5 minutes away there is a beautiful beach called Tres Palmas, with a lot of shade, and nice snorkeling.

Super convenient and efficient for staying in Rincon! Positive: The private pool was amazing. Being able to come from the beach to the pool was a game changer.

Everything was perfect! The only sad part was the pool that still had a ways to go to be filled.

We had a wonderful one night stay in Jennifer’s Air bnb. We decided to do a trip from San Juan to Rincón and were able to book the morning of. The suite was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. Highly recommend for those wanting to explore the area!

The whole place was honestly beautiful and clean. As soon as you walk in you’re in awe of everything. We didn’t have any issues except for the pool being dirty. This is a place I don’t mind coming back to. If you ever stay around here I definitely recommend vatos locos restaurant (Mexican food) it was delicious.

I loved Casa Loba ! So cozy , clean and beautifully designed and decorated . Felt safe at all times . The host was wonderful and extremely communicative. I highly recommend this place on your stay in beautiful Rincón !!

Such a great place! Four of us went on a girls birthday trip & this was just what we needed. The villa was clean, beds were comfy and plenty of mirrors which we loved. The private pool was great too. Definitely can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was exactly as presented and very clean and comfortable. It was very conveniently located and close to everything. The only issue we had, which was not resolved during our stay, was that the WiFi wasn’t working.

Easy to find, parking available, comfortable furniture, great views, and nicely located on the 413 near a lot of great restaurants, beaches, shops, and bars. Pros: - Location was great, short drive into town - Pool was excellent, cleaned everyday and private - Rooms are well furnished and comfortable - Communication with bb was easy, and the location was easy to find Cons: - limited toilet paper provided, so expect to buy some during your stay - kitchen is stocked with essentials, but it's missing some pretty standard items like a proper chefs knife, so cooking is fine if its basic fare - chickens and roosters next door make a lot of noise throughout the night and early morning! bring ear plugs! - east facing bedroom could use blackout blinds, its very bright in there by sun-up! bring a sleeping mask! I would definitely come back here the next time we visit Rincon!

Such an excellent location for the group we had. We were two couples coming to the Rincon area to celebrate a friend's birthday. The location is incredibly simple to see off the narrow road given the light-up sign. The location is superb. There are over a handful of beaches that are a walk away if not just a few minutes drive. Area is very safe and quiet. Even with you surrounded by beaches, the private pool area for this location is such a gem to have if you want a private chill area with a gorgeous view. The hosts were quick to reply to any and every question I had. The views out of every window are lovely, we even had a resident iguana that hung out in the tree right in front of us the entire trip. Beaches are all beautiful, restaurants are all clean with great food, surf shops galore if you want to rent a board or get some supplies. FOR THOSE SENSITIVE SLEEPERS - Just a tip! There is a rooster farm down the hill below of this property. You will hear roosters in the morning.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Rincon, Puerto Rico! Host BB was incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The house was spotless and ideally situated near all the beaches and downtown Rincon. The comfortable bed made my nights restful – I slept like a baby. Highly recommend for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

Absolutely wonderful

Great location and a very nice place. Very easy process to get in and out.

The pool is smaller than the pics and was not cleaned before our arrival. There were 2 very large yellow/brown stains. We did not use it for sanitary reasons. We checked the beds, and some pillow cases had stains on them. Bed facing the baby pool had long hairs in the sheets. The bathroom had a bug spray stench that would not go away, & NO ventilation or A/C. It was irritating. The living room lamp is bent over the couch hanging so low & could hurt someone if not careful. They should've just removed it since its broken. The place was clean other than that. Would I return or recommend, NO! Overpriced for what they call a private pool that is basically the size of a small dipping pool. There are a few windows that need proper shades for privacy. The bathroom was spacious but muggy. Also, important to mention was when I reached out to the host, jennifer, she completely ignored concerns and simply said, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Never bothered to make things right.

The overall apartment was great and comfortable. It was just as the pictures shown. Only trouble we had was getting the correct code to open the lock box that had the key inside. But other than that it was a beautiful place and close to beaches.
