Positive: Great place, i didnt even have to contact the host because everything was exactly as offered; kitchen utensils, bathroom things set, the pool set, everything in the surroundings was cleaned taken care off and beautiful terrace views. Great location closed to all basics if needed. Quiet area so it was peacefully restful. Negative: There's nothing i did not like.

Una estadía increíble, las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar… pues el mismo es mucho mas hermoso. La privacidad y la tranquilidad del lugar lo hace mucho mas placentero. Simplemente el lugar es perfecto para disfrutar de un date o aniversario. El lugar no es complicado para llegar y el area de estacionamiento es accesible también. De parte mia y mi esposa tienen un 10/10.

Positive: The house is perfect. It was super clean and very comfortable. The pool was a plus! The decor and the details inside made it cozy and relaxing. We will definitely come back. Negative: The only thing that I would say is that the water in the soaking tub was not really hot, however the shower was. It was not a big deal, it is not a deterrent for visiting again.

Aangename plek met een goede ligging, maar spijtig genoeg toch wat kleine mankementen Positive: Ruim appartement en zeer goede ligging. Leuk dakterras ook en een eigen oprit om de auto te parkeren Negative: Druk verkeer dat voorbijrijdt met veel lawaai. Wij hadden pech dat brandalarmen zowel bij ons, als bij de buren geregeld afgingen waardoor we bijna geen enkele nacht hebben kunnen doorslapen. De jets van het zwembadje die normaal gezien een jacuzzi-effect creëren zijn zogezegd met een timer, maar zijn gedurende 4 dagen niet aangegaan bij ons. Zonde!

El lugar sumamente cómodo, la piscina estaba completamente limpia igual que las habitaciones, es un lugar para dos personas perfecto para luna de miel, tiene aire acondicionado y agua caliente tanto en la cocina como el baño. Es bastante céntrico de las playas. La piscina estaba completamente espaciosa y cómoda para relajarse. Si volviera al pueblo de Rincón a hospedarme definitivamente los volvería a elegir.

We had a wonderful few days at unit 3. We loved the location. Very peaceful. The place was clean with lots of space for the two of us. We used the dip pool and the rooftop a lot during the stay. Views are amazing. You can see the ocean from the front and back. The location is close to all the beaches and restaurants but you definitely need a car to get around as the road is narrow and not great to walk on. Bed was comfortable and kitchen stocked with everything you need for a few days. It felt like a little slice of heaven hearing the tree frogs and roosters. Host was very responsive. We will be back! Try Vacos Tacos and Copa Llena for dinner and Jacks for a breakfast burrito. Art walk in Rincon was spectacular!

We enjoyed the location/town. Would probably not stay again. Positive: Very roomy. Nice tub. Pool is nice. Negative: We were not told when pool service would be there. Defeats the purpose of private pool if service shows up unannounced. He was very professional but it was very awkward. Just let the tenants know ahead of time. For the room, need way to hang towels. No place to put them. No surface to place your suitcase - just the floor.

This was a memorable place for two! Positive: The patio upstairs and the location were excellent. Tub in the bedroom! Lovely neutral decor was so calming and chill. Great mattress. Appreciated chairs for taking to the beach. Got 2 seats at the The Beach House without a reservation when we arrived in Rincon on Christmas! Negative: Overall- a spectacular place. Just a few nitpicking things to make it better. A map to direct us to the walking trail would have been helpful. We did not figure that out. Could have used a larger prep space in the kitchenette. Faucet was an awkward size for the sink- to be able to wash dishes. Roosters at every am hour, took some getting used to. Didn’t like we had to leave!!!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the comfort and charm of this cozy apartment! Positive: It was clean, perfect size, perfect location, great views, quiet neighborhood, and private pool. Negative: That we had to leave. Recommendation: nightlight for the bathroom. For celebration packages, would be nice to write a little note in the welcome card.

Positive: El lugar es perfecto para una escapada de parejas, esta cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares y Coffee shops. Buen estacionamiento y espacioso. Negative: El fregadero esta mal hecho por más que tengas cuidado se hace un mojadero en el piso. Tuve una situación para cerrar la puerta principal y llame muuuchas veces a los números nadie me contesto y me llamaron al otro dia. Suerte que yo había resultado sola, porque sino no iba poder salir esa noche.

Loved having a personal plunge pool to cool off in and the freestanding tub was great. It was so nice laying in the hammock which was a hidden gem. We appreciated that there were a lot of extra towels.

I do wish there was a heated option for the evening. The tub was amazing though. The space is walking distance from some cool spots. Highly recommend Caddy’s Calyspo bar and restaurant, as well as Abrazos Cafe for breakfast and coffee. The barista Helga was sooooooo sweet. We would definitely return to the space. Negative: The pool was not heated.

Our 4th time here, enough said. We had stayed in #1 and #3. #3 is the best villa for a romantic getaway. We celebrate our 10th anni. Host do a great job with the room decoration. Happy wife happy life.

Las facilidades muestran y enfatiza privacidad área de piscina, al no tener piscina frente la piscina es un gancho pero NO tiene calentador súper fría y sin filtrar . Pregunté y nunca respondieron mi mensaje. Llame y nunca o testaron . Solo dijeron filtra automática NO filtró estaba sucia. En la noche nada que hacer con toda la lluvia en ese fin de semana con la piscina habilitada hubiera sido diferente. Recomendación calentador a la piscinita para la cual hacen mucha mención

Encantada con el sitio. Todo estaba demasiado de bello y limpio. Nos dejaron copas en la habitación, unas rosas para decorar, toallas. En el baño había un cepillo de dientes y una navaja por si necesitabas afeitarte. Muy bien servicio.✨

The pictures looked “too good to be true”, but the place looked EXACTLY like the photos and was even bigger/better than expected. The outdoor pool felt like a warm hot tub. Everything was very clean, and Jennifer was very responsive when we had any questions/ concerns (always under 30 min). This place was everything I needed, and more! Would absolutely stay again. Suggest having a car as things are not necessarily walkable.

🏠 Disappointed Stay at Casa Loba in Rincón, PR 🌴 Recently stayed at Casa Loba in Rincón, PR and sadly, it didn't live up to expectations. The lack of accommodation for a late checkout after a delayed arrival was frustrating. Communication with the hosts was poor, leaving us feeling a bit lost. Inside the suite, the amenities fell short. The WiFi was unreachable, the TV Roku was out of order, and the instructions were more confusing than helpful. The small pool, with a non-running motor pump, raised concerns about sanitation. Although the location was nice, it's clear that some upgrades are needed to match the nightly price. In my opinion, what you get doesn't quite justify the cost. Better options may be available elsewhere for the same price. 🌟 #CasaLoba #RincónPR #HonestReview 🌺

Estadía súper agradable y tranquila.

Property definitely was a great place to stay and have as a relaxing spot! You can tell the place is older but they did do a great job at decorating it for new guest. The WiFi did not work at all, but thankfully they had dvd player with DVDs. Honestly, we would prefer that because it’s like getting a break from reality. We were shocked to see they had area stocked with dishes and an air fryer for guest, such a great idea!

Unit 3 Charming and cute for a comfortable escapade. We were looking to rest in a private comfortable sexy place and this listing checked all the boxes. Pristine clean, good view and quiet neighborhood, short drive away from restaurants and beaches. The little pool and bathtub made it an intimate retreat, great big bed with fluffy sheets and pillows, the place smelled great exactly what we needed, super happy with our stay

Estuvo excelente, de lujo, privado, con detalles. El único inconveniente fue que se pidió el servicio de decoración con globos de helio con los números 4 y 6, de los grandes. Pues cuando llegamos, encontramos un número vacío. Me repuso el dinero del globo. Pero el otro número no me fue funcional. Deseaba que mi pareja se tirara fotos con los número de helio 4 y 6, cosas q no se pudo hacer. Entendemos q no es culpa de nadie, solo accidentes que pasan!!! También nos dieron una tarjeta de descuento en un lugar de comer y cuando fuimos a pagar, ya esa tarjeta de descuento estaba descontinuada. En cuánto a lo demás, todo excelente. Aún así no dejamos arruinar el cumpleaños. Usamos la bañera, la piscina y fuimos al mirador de arriba de la casa.
