Each unit is completely private, still, as shared facilities, we have an outdoor sitting area, hammock, and a rooftop terrace which is perfect to enjoy the ocean and mountain views. This property is equipped with solar panels to ensure your comfort in the event of any power outage. Enjoy a worry-free stay knowing you’ll have continuous electricity whenever needed! I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. You will enjoy doing: -Surfing -Paddleboarding -Horseback Riding -Scuba diving -Sail charters -Snorkeling -Farmer's Market every Sunday -Artwalk every Thursday I highly recommended renting a car. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Extra toiletries are not supplied. NOTE: Music or talking loud outside after 10 pm will disturb other guests and it is not allowed.

The Apt has a policy requiring guests to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room. However, when we returned, the rooms did not cool down quickly due to the high temperatures in the area. As a result, we did not sleep well because of the heat. In general was good.

December 2024 5.00Fell in love with this beautiful oasis tucked halfway on a mountain and between the near gorgeous beaches of Rincon . The location couldn’t be matched and the amenities and beds were so comfortable. The space is larger in person and made the stay more airy in nature - the rooftop view was out of this world. The restaurants nearby were some of the best in pr with amazingly fresh seafood. The place was so thoughtful in providing beach chairs or a cooler which was so kind and plenty of soft towels. The kitchen is stocked to cook anything you may conjure up and we were sad to leave. The mini pool had some of the clearest water and was great dip after the hot sun. The host instructions also were amazingly clear and the WiFi speed is great if you need to work on your trip - cannot wait to return to this exact spot - thank you for sharing this magical place with us - ✨

The private pool was nice for a dip after a long day in the sun at the beach and the space is fine, but it’s perfectly located 3 minutes from some of the best beaches and sunset views in Rincón. The info regarding restaurants, beaches, and activities was helpful! You have beach views on both sides of the property. The apartment is close to nice beaches and restaurants. You also have beach essentials like chairs, coolers, and an umbrella. Ammenities were as listed. The host was responsive and communicative. I will definitely return!

I really enjoyed how quiet the place was aside from some passing traffic. The view from the rooftop was pretty and peaceful in the morning. The pool was the icing on the cake. Would definitely book again.

He said Roku remote was bad and it would take time to get a new one but we could install the app on our phone to use. We never got around to doing this and feel they should have had this working prior to guests arriving. Negative: Everything else was very good.

The pool was great to sit and relax, the bed was comfy, and it was just 3 min drive to the best sunset in PR at El Faro. Also 3 min the other direction to delicious breakfast and coffee the next morning. Would definitely book again!
