What an incredible Airbnb! From the breathtaking views to the perfect location, the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It was such a beautiful and romantic getaway. We absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend it, and will definitely be back!

Very nice airbnb, AC cut out at some points but not enough to mess up the stay. Very close to Rincon town center, I recommend have a car or using uber but thats a general tip for the left side of PR.

The atmosphere made the entire stay feel extra special, and we truly appreciated the privacy and tranquility. The property was clean, comfortable, and just as beautiful as we hoped. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already wishing we could stay a little longer. 🥹 Definitely a little hidden gem in Rincón and a place we would happily come back to. We had a wonderful stay! The room was exactly as described very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. One of the highlights was waking up to the beautiful nature views every morning. The surroundings are quiet, serene, and truly capture the beauty of Rincón. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We would happily stay here again!

Could not ask for a better place to stay in Rincón. The location is as good as it gets - close to our all favorite spots. The place was spacious and comfy. Storage was thoughtful - I loved that we could unpack and close the wardrobe curtains so everything felt neat and peaceful. The AC in the bedroom was excellent and we slept so well our entire week+ there. There were beach towels and chairs (plus more we didn’t end up needed). I was pleasantly surprised by how good the water pressure was and we never ran out of hot water for the shower or tub on the back porch. And the kitchen was exactly what we needed for our time there. But the real hero is the back porch - it’s everything we could have hoped for. We started and ended every day there. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I miss it already! Communication was easy and quick and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the space. Overall this was a stellar airbnb and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to do a repeat visit!

This place is truly a gem! I’ve stayed in Rincon several times and this is one of my favorite stays. The bathtub outside was INCREDIBLE! Man oh man, I could had stayed in there forever. Highly recommend sunrise on the rooftop!

Fui en spring break con una amiga y nos encantó. El lugar es fácil de llegar, agradable, cómodo y tranquilo. Todo queda muy cerca en los alrededores de restaurantes, playas, la plaza, los supermarkets, etc. Dentro de todo, el espacio es tal cual se ve en las fotos y Jennifer fue muy atenta en todo momento. Cosa que se valora mucho! De volver a Rincón, repetiría la estadía en Tropical Suites 413 😊✨

The best place to spend our honeymoon, quiet & private with access to beautiful beaches with a very short drive and great vibes in Rincón. We wish we could have spent the whole week there, absolutely stunning place. We will be back!❤️

Outside Tub was awesome! There were barking dogs next store that did not lend to relaxation for 2 that we were hoping for. Check out was challenging bc lock box didn’t close properly and re-lock we shared that with property manager and it took a while for them to respond. What they asked us to do didn’t work and we didn’t get another response from them.

The place was clean, nicely decorated and check in was easy. But we were disappointed that the furniture on the roof top had ripped open cushions and the view from the private deck included two gas tanks and a dead tree. We also did not feel safe walking on the street towards the beach.

Positive: Loved the amazing view and the location. On both ends of the suite the view is amazing. The tub was great to relax. Negative: It could be a little bit more clean.

We didnt want to leave. Its a great place to be close to everyrhing. 8min in to Rincón downtown. The beach house resturant 3min away Could walk it, but its got some tight turns and narrow roads. Iffy. All in all its a great place to stay I would definitely stay again. Loves the rock shower alot! All was great!

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the many activities in Puerto Rico. From birding on the balcony to relaxing in the tub overlooking the mountains, Jennifer's spot had it all! Quiet and secluded feel, while being only 2 minutes drive to restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. Loved our stay and will be recommending to all our friends and family!

First time going to rincon, and it was made so much easier by the guidance of Jennifer! Lots of things close by, beaches everywhere! The tub and hammock on the balcony were chef’s kiss! Whether it was reading a book, having coffee, watching the sunset after the beach, it was the perfect setting! It’s advertised as a couples retreat, but trust me, it works 10000% as a perfect solo trip as well!

Il più bel posto in cui io abbia soggiornato. Le foto non rendono giustizia, dal vivo è ancora più bello e grande: cucina e salotto molto grandi, camera da letto spaziosa e con aria condizionata. La doccia enorme. La cosa più bella la terrazza con la amaca e la vasca da bagno: un sogno!!! Perfetto per rilassarsi e per staccare la spina, ma anche per vivere a pieno la vera vita di puerto Rico! Se tornerò a Rincon sicuro tornerò a soggiornare qui, bellissimo ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! The space was super clean, organized, and well taken care of. The host gave amazing recommendations for things to do around the area, which made our trip even better. All the instructions were very clear, and check-in/check-out were extremely easy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, just a great spot and we’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent Apt. Room felt like a hotel. Nice shower stone tiles. The bed was great and comfy. We loved the hot tub outside. Lots of welcoming details and well decorated. Great closet space. I was able to park my truck on the driveway and not on the street. And the beach was like 2 mins. We will use it over and over again. Thank you for the quick responses from the host. M&J

This was a great little stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and felt very well put together. The private outside area was a great spot to sit and relax with your morning coffee that was also provided. This unit in particular was at the end so you did have to make sure to slow down/you had space to turn into the parking space in front. The host guidebook and recommendations were very helpful and everywhere did just feel like a small drive down the road. I would definitely stay again if I were back in the area!

This was a lovely stay, the location was ideally located near Rincon, about a 8 min drive away and a ton of beaches located near by. We loved the outdoor bath, we took one almost every night and would strongly recommend it.

We only stayed here for two days while visiting Puerto Rico and we immediately wish we would’ve stayed longer! The inside was so welcoming and the perfect place to stay for couples or anyone just visiting the area! Her place was close to beaches restaurant, shops, all of it! Jennifer gave us recommendations of stuff to do in the area! Would absolutely stay here again!

Lugar muy céntrico. Cumplió con las expectativas que tenía aunque le hace falta una limpieza profunda. El piso de la ducha está cubierto de calcificaciones que le otorgan un aspecto poco agradable. Encontré una cucaracha en los gabinetes de la cocina. En fin, el lugar está bien pero le hace falta un cariñito.

Our stay at Jennifer’s place was amazing and she was a great host! We loved the area, the place was decently walkable to a lot of spots but a rental car was definitely helpful to have as it is a little further from the downtown but there are still great options around the place to walk to food and activity wise. This was our favorite stay in all of Puerto Rico, the private balcony with hammock was a great touch. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Ok for short stay of 1-2 nights. Lack of kitchen facilities, 4 coat hangers, had to drive to beach and most restaurants.Tub was nice. Good stand some end tables .

Loved this Airbnb! I have been to Rincon many times and usually try to stay in the Puntas neighborhood. This place was in the perfect location for me. It was cute, comfortable and felt very spacious. The tub outside was a nice touch. Kitchen had all the basics. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was great. It was clean and decorated nicely. Definitely thought it was a good deal for the price. Would stay again!

Cute and thoughtful design and amenities! Good location between the northern beaches (5 min drive) and town (10 min drive) with a few nearby cafes. The bathtub and patio was perfect for us or a couple situation - so lovely!

Would definitely stay here again! It was clean, private, and spacious. Host was very responsive with anything we needed. Laundry on site was very convenient too! Only thing I would mention is that the bedroom is much more dimly lit than the photos suggest. Still worked for us, but not as bright as we expected. Also not AC in the living area which was a bummer, but the bedroom AC didn’t take too long to cool down the entire place. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend :)

We had a wonderful, beautiful stay at this location. It is on a not too busy road and private enough. Check in was easy and the place was clean and ready for us. We were greeted with some wine glasses to use and some bath tub amenities. Instructions were clear and we enjoyed our time here. It felt like our own space which was nice. There was a fan for some extra breeze and some cleaning supplies. We used the umbrella and chairs which was super convenient and needed for our beach outings. There were other little convenient things that we didn’t need to go grab like aloe gel, first aid supplies and so on. The place was clean and the balcony was awesome to unwind and have a nice bath outside. Didn’t hear much from surrounding neighbors or anything and as said before in a pretty private and quiet location. Good distance from Rincon restaurants and beaches/lighthouse. Drive up earlier before dark since the roads are a bit different to navigate but nothing too difficult. Would book again!

This airbnb does not look like the photos. I took two steps inside and said no and stayed elsewhere. It was bleak and dark and depressing and absolutely not worth the money. It smelled like strong cleaners. I was so disappointed. It wasn’t bright and airy like the photos said and there was a hideous area behind the back area. It was awful. Also, dogs were barking non stop across the deck. They should drastically lower the price of this airbnb for what it is worth. It felt like a nasty cheap motel.

Great location and comfortable space. A bit more dated than the pictures but was a good stay for 5 days. Good additions of beach chairs and towels. Communication was slow and seemed like template responses when trying to get an issue resolved but was taken care of about a day after arrival. Good value listing

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay. The location was in a perfect spot. The place itself was very clean and beautiful. The outdoor patio with the tub area is very nice touch we had a blast.

This unit is perfect for a short stay on the west-side! Kitchenette has the needed essentials, including coffee & sugar. Bring water. Beach supplies (aside from cooler) are in the bedroom closet, along with an iron and extra tower fan. Back patio is beautifully setup, private, and has a large soaking tub. Smart-TV is a plus! Shops and food location within a 5min drive in both directions. Would def recommend!

We loved Rincon and our stay at the couples suite! Everyone in town was so kind and friendly. Surf was amazing.

The hosts communication was excellent. Very proactive and helpful. The place itself was not as nice as the photos. The bed cover & sheets did not feel clean. This was my wedding night, so that was quite disappointing. The place also had a slight smell. It was a bit of a bummer. The bath was great, however.

Great location. Beautiful & very clean. The balcony/hot tub was amazing. Short drive to downtown Rincón for the Artisan Night Market on Thursday nights which was awesome. Drove to Doña Lalas beach which was beautiful & sunset. Short drive to the lighthouse.
