Es una casa muy linda y amplia, tenia todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia, la terraza es espectacular! Todo estaba muy limpio y además Jennifer siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros.

This was a great place if you are looking for low key relaxation. It’s really roomy and close to a quiet neighborhood with a beach and a couple of places to eat. We spent mornings at the beach or diving and evenings out exploring the towns. This place was great for a mid-day rest and hang out. Super roomy and more than enough space for our group of 6 (3 kids, 3 adults).

Highly recommended, the place was clean, close to nice beaches and restaurants (even though the best ones are not walking distance), and has a nice pool and good parking spots. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had all the kitchen and beach supplies that we needed. Would definitely return!!

El alojamiento es muy bonito, tranquilo y cómodo. Los aires enfriaban muy bien y en general tuvimos una buena experiencia, disfrutamos nuestra estadía y agradecemos la hospitalidad.

la estadía fue mejor de lo que esperábamos, súper espaciosa, cómoda, todo cerca, playas, restaurantes, supermercados. En fin la experiencia fue 20/10. Éxito y mil gracias!

Great stay

Such a fantastic location, close to everything, walk to the beach, very spacious, my boys loved the rooftop area and everything was clean when we got there, quiet area. I would say it was perfect and it would be close if the owner would just invest just a little bit into fleshing out what’s there. There was no broom and dustpan so although clean when we arrived we couldn’t maintain this at all and after just a couple beach trips we were having to wear sandals in the house due to dirty floors and no way to clean them. There was plenty of towels and two drying racks in the main which were very helpful, but the main bathroom didn’t have any means of hanging towels or even hand towels. An easy fix. Would also have loved to have a cutting board, anything to be able to use in the oven, laundry soap etc so we didn’t have to go out and buy our own in order to do laundry. Overall loved the space just needs a tiny bit more to be perfect!

Great house great location only complaint would be room could use shades light outside my window kept room bright and made it difficult to sleep

We loved our stay in this place! The beach was really close. The place was cleaned, provided internet, beach chairs and other items to go to the beach. The host responded questions and messages within minutes! Definitely would love to stay here again.

Great airbnb! Close to restaurants and the beach. Just as described, clean, and super convenient- only thing is there was no shampoo or conditioner so remember to bring your own (: I would highly recommend to a friend and stay there again

Location was great. The beach at the end of the pathway is beautiful and not crowded. The unit itself needs a lot of maintenance. The walls are dirty with stains and foot prints and handprints. There are no screens on the windows so you can’t leave windows open without mosquitos coming in. The door to patio does not lock. The windows are dirty and growing moss on them. The ceiling was peeling and dust was on our pillows each day. It was cleaned well but needs attending to. Jennifer did offer is to move condos but was not willing to credit us for leaving early. We loved rincon area.

the location of the place was great. Very close to the beach and other restaurants! It was very clean and well kept. Check in and check out was easy and flexible! The place was very spacious. There were a few things that I had questions about prior to our stay such as hair dryer, beach chairs, iron, pak & play. There was a little miscommunication of the items available but everything was quickly resolved for us. Overall, good stay!

Best place

We loved our stay. Location couldn’t have been better. Walk to surf break, restaurants, and beaches. Easy drive to grocery store and downtown. Beautiful beach. Great pool. Loved it all and will definitely be back!

Jennifer’s place was absolutely perfect for a quick trip to Rincon! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Great location close to everything, peaceful and quiet. We would recommend and happily stay again!

Jennifer’s place was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located a few minutes from town and tucked away just enough for the peace and quiet. Everything that you would need is provided and the description perfectly matches what you receive.

This place has a lot of things going on. Is close to everything, fully furnished kitchen, and a great overall place. The host is one of the most responsive hosts I have had on any Airbnb or any other rental platforms. Responds immediately, and with concise instructions. I really reccomend this place for a nice getaway.

Great private spot very comfortable for our group of 8. No cellphone coverage inside the apartment and wifi was limited to 1 device at a time so be aware of that detail. Everything else was exceptional. Very clean and easy access.
