Overall was happy with the location. It was clean, easy to access, and met my needs. The reason I am not giving a 4 star review is that the WiFi didn’t work on the first night, which is a requirement for the area due to terrible cell service. While I was told that this was a network outage I was able to figure out that other services next door worked, so either the modem didn’t work or the instructions provided are wrong (which the instructions list two different passwords). The TV auto connected to another modem. To be clear the locations WiFi never worked the entire time. I’m also disappointed to be told to leave a 5 star review to receive a 5 star review. Happy with the location, unhappy to have paid for an expensive location with no WiFi.

Great stay, great location! Positive: The views were incredible and the location was great in terms of proximity to everything. Having a fully stocked kitchen was very convenient. It was nice to be able to cook a few times while we were there for 2 weeks. Negative: The driveway was gnarly. It was very very steep and while we had no troubles, it was just something that caught us off guard.

Love the place, is my second time this year. Great surroundings… feels like home. Jennifer is a great host and very responsive.

Great place overall and will definitely like to rent it again. Positive: Great location, apartment, and facilities! Negative: I didn’t like that the balcony doors didn’t have a cover such as curtains for privacy. Also, in the morning the apartment will get very bright which is fine if you want to wake up early but not ideal for the days you want a longer sneeze.

Mini vacaciones en Rincón 🏖 Positive: Apartamento limpio y muy bonito decorado. Vista a las montañas y al mar. Cerca de todo. Camas cómodas en general me gustó mucho. Tuvimos una situación con la llave de la bañera y el inodoro y rápido respondieron y arreglaron todo. Fuera de eso todo perfecto. Area segura y portón privado. Negative: Un poco escondido el lugar pero con GPS no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar.

Beautiful view! Positive: The pool was bigger than expected. You could actually walk to the beach even though some reviews said there was no beach access. It was less than 5 minutes away, but the walk back up the driveway was tough. The apartment was nice and the view was gorgeous. We enjoyed the couch on the roof, very comfortable to sit and read a book. Negative: The driveway was a little scary to drive up but that’s just how it is in Puerto Rico.

We had a wonderful time at this villa! It is in a perfect location to walk to Sandy beach, amazing rooftop terrace and perfect space for our family of 4. Great pool, property was super clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! This was our second time in Rincon but first using VRBO here. The location was perfect, tucked away from the main road, but just a short walk to the beach. We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and other items. The pool was great for after the beach and the balcony and rooftop were great for enjoying your morning coffee. We look forward to returning!

Easy check in, beautiful layout, had everything needed and more. Outdoor balcony as well as a rooftop terrace provided amazing views all around! Would def. Stay there again!

This Airbnb is average for what we paid. There was a good amount of dead bugs through out the property. We left our suitcases in a bag to avoid taking any home with us. After checking out the owner charged us 5 times the price of a towel for a stain when the towel was already tattered and ragged. I don’t mind paying if I am at fault, but to be overcharged for an already worn out towel is upsetting. This area has numerous other rentals to choose from. If you do stay here make sure to take pictures of everything. In all my years of renting through Airbnb this is my first time running into any sort of issue like this.

Great location, view, and roof deck.

Everything was great, but in 6'4 280 lbs. I would be great if they upgraded the toilet to something bigger.

The property was well maintained, spacious, and had plenty of amenities including beach chairs and some basic snorkel gear. The outdoor spaces were a major plus and the pool is a nice fallback if the surf at the nearby beaches gets too rough. We hope to be back again!

Let me start off with Rincon is beautiful, however if you are afraid of traveling on narrow roads and steep inclined roads this place is not for you. This place has a steep drive way getting to the property other than that this view of thise place is beautiful! The inside was clean and it met our needs for our stay in Rincon. The beach was a five minute walk, you can access the beach behind the property by walking down the stairs. We walked to Tamboo resturant for dinner it was really delicious and the view was amazing. In the mornings we grabbed coffee at Jake's Java and hung out on the beach. Overall this place is very convenient and has a great view. The communication good be improved to a quicker turnaround time. We had a minor issue with the water being cold our host was able to send a plumber to fix the issue the next day. We really appreciate it that. Being on the island for 10 days this issue is pretty common and so are the steep roads.

Amazing location, being a ~5 minute walk to Sandy Beach. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were super helpful. Massive Roof top terrace & outdoor shower were the highlights!

Lovely apartment walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The pool is a great addition. The driveway is a bit tricky but you get the hang of it eventually. We love the complex and would definitely come back again.

Very convenient to all the different beaches/surf spots and restaurants. Was exactly as advertised. Will stay here again next time.

This was my second stay at this property. First stay went well without issue. My second stay didn’t go as well. Upon arrival the entrance to the apartment was filled with ants both outside the front door and inside the front door. We tried to alleviate that problem but it was persistent. Then after just a few minutes in the apartment the water cut off. We reached out to management but they weren’t very helpful. The problem was never resolved. We spent the stay without access to water. So no showers, no toilet. I know the area is prone to water issues but other residents in the building had water so it wasn’t a city issue, it was an issue specific to our apartment. Management offered us a 15% refund which I thought was pretty ridiculous considering how important running water is to a pleasant stay.

Beautiful views and comfortable condo. Location was perfect! Positive: Location was excellent! Nicely equipped and the rooftop terrace was gorgeous. Negative: Could have used a few extra towels and warmer water in the shower. But not a big problem at all.

2 bedroom gem Positive: The place was clean, quiet and cozy. Its location lets you enjoy spectacular and breathtaking views. Personnel was able and available for questions that we had and my kids def had fun in the pool. Plus the price was budget friendly for a family of 4. Highly recommend. Negative: The parking lot didnt have proper lighting at night and it gets very dark it could be a safety hazzard. Some places give customers a "welcome kit" like having coffee, sugar some snacks and even a bottle of wine. While the latter is not an obligation, it does makes you feel like they take the time to make your stay extra special. Nonetheless, I loved the place

Surfing and a few restaurants were a quick walk away. It helped to have a car, since there were no stores nearby. The pool was nice, and the property was well-kept.

This place did not disappoint my family! The view was a wonderful way to wake up every morning we was there! Short walk to the beach, nice pool with view of the ocean! Being a gated we felt safe! We will definitely be returning and staying here again! I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful stay! Location is superb, the view from the patio is magical. Comfortable condo with comfy bed(s) (we only used one room). Very private. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. (Someone commented about the hill being difficult, we found the stairs in the back!). So close to everything in Roncon, Aguada, Aguadilla, we rarely had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to anything. Every time we returned it felt like "coming home:. Highly recommend!

Great location, enough space for a family of 4 + the fact that it included a really nice pool with great views was a major plus for us! Overall the condo was clean with the exception of the floors and countertops (could have used a mopping and good wipe down). Nothing fancy but suited our family needs for a 6 day stay. Disappointed about not having access to a grill despite it being shown as an available amenity when we booked, so if that's something you want I would make sure one is available before booking.

Location was very close to a few surf spots and restaurants, so that made it very convenient. I will say if you are traveling with little ones the noise from the other units was noticeable. But other than that no complaints. Beautiful views from balcony and rooftop.

This place has a beautiful view, but it is not ready for renters. We booked it for five weeks, but left after two. It was not clean and needed many repairs. We bought our own cleaning supplies and mopped the filthy floor ourselves. We replaced the showerhead because it was blocking the hot water. We got an umbrella for the deck. The pictures show sunshades on the roof, but they are gone. We needed oven mitts,, ovenware and a toilet brush. In hindsight, although the ratings were good, there were three older reviews that mentioned the same issue with cleanliness and broken items, and they have not addressed.

Nice place overall. Simple two bedroom apartments with balcony. Pleased to have the well appointed kitchen. No real issues. The driveway though is so steep it'd give a roller-coaster track a run for the money. Be prepared to burn rubber on the way up ... but then, it's likely a rental car.

We had a great stay! So nice to have pool access. The condo was great. Plenty of space for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We had issues with a few things that are completely out of the host’s control. Access to the complex is very steep, and if you are in a small car you will probably scrape the bottom of it. The complex itself could use some maintenance. But overall, the stay was great.

This place has beautiful views, was clean and organized. It was really relaxing and around many restaurants. I love this place and would recommend it.

We enjoyed and liked our stay as well as the place. Beds and linens were very comfortable . A few minor tips for the renter. Tile floors need a real good scrubbing. Definitely a New shower head in the bath. outdoor roof top shower not working at all. Better kitchen lighting, the old halogens get very hot, some basic under the cabinet lights would help. . Sand chairs, umbrella and cooler would be appreciated and make the stay even better . These minor updates are suggestions, but would return.

Wonderful and would go back in an instant! I stayed in another top floor apartment in this building last year (that itself is an endorsement) and this apartment is even nicer than the one last year! This apartment is on the end of the building on the south side, so there is an extra window in the living room and it's quieter! The space was very clean with comfy mattresses and furniture, the kitchen had all the tools you want including a blender. Plenty of shelving in the closest with clean beach and bath towels waiting . There are air conditioners in the main room and bedrooms, but we had them off the entire time (extra windows makes great airflow--). The neighborhood lost electric one night and the building's generator was seamless- never lost water or power. The driveway is steep, but it's a fun workout and you're minutes from the beach and food!

The unit was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. Would recommend. Very steep driveway so a SUV or truck is the way to go if renting a car. Would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I are SO glad we decided to stay here. It was perfect and the roof top was magical in the full moon!
