Penthouse Across the Street from the Beach

Nice condo and great location

Awesome stay. Location was perfect (easy to get anywhere), and the condo was well equipped with appliances and home necessities. Just wish we used the terrace more (our fault). The back-up generator kicked in consistently, so we were never without electricity for any meaningful duration. We didn’t need too much, but Jennifer responded promptly when we did reach out. We were a bit worried about being in a high rise condo building, but our fears were misplaced. We’ll be back to Rincon again and will certainly look for this ABNB again.

A must stay! This place was incredible! Walking distance to fun local restaurants and steps to the beach! It was gorgeous inside and out. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus! We’ll be back again.

The location was perfect as you can walk 5-7 minutes directly into the plaza area. The apartment was nice, it made me feel right at home. The ac was on point as it had one in every strategic point of the house. Oh, another plus is that it’s right across the street from a beach. Would stay here again if it’s still around after 11 years from now when I retire.

We had to book last minute in Rincon because of the water restrictions near San Juan. And we are so happy to have found this amazing airbnb. Jennifer was quick to respond to my inquiries and any questions I had. We felt very safe in our gated unit. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The rooftop is such a great hangout and I loved that it was just for our unit. All the beds were very comfortable with extra pillows, blankets and comforters. The kitchen did not lack anything for us to cook and grill with. The beach is right across the street and downtown Rincon is also walkable. My entire family was so pleased with our stay there. Jennifer is an amazing host and we WILL definitely book again.

The place had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was great and convenient to walk to the beach. The rooftop deck was great. The outside access to the third bedroom was a little inconvenient for our family. The host was also very responsive to questions.

Muy buena localización. A pasos de muchos negocios y la playa. No hay que mover el carro. Hay un supermercado grande a 3 minutos en carro o 18 a pie. Muy cómodo el lugar y tiene todo lo que necesitas. El penthouse una de las áreas favoritas. Y adicional tiene una habitación con baño en esa area. Un area bien tranquila. Altamente recomendado.

House was clean and comfortable. Jennifer was always quick to respond and even let me know I had left a charger behind after check out.

Well appointed condo right across from a beautiful family friendly beach! Walkable to great restaurants and the farmers market. Host was a great communicator! We will definitely return!

Jennifer did a great job communicating with us prior to check-in and when we had questions during our stay. The space was lovely and as advertised, nice location right across from the beach. Rooftop patio is a real plus. Was all very clean. If we return to Rincon, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect. So many things were within walking distance like great restaurants and cafes. There’s a lovely beach right across the street and many others within a short drive. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The rooftop patio was our favorite place to hang out, whether in the morning with coffee, watching the sunset from the balcony, or at night with the string lights on. The vibe was always right. Jennifer was a great host, very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend this place!

I loved our stay in Jennifer’s place. Is absolutely beautiful and has partial ocean views with beautiful sunsets. Apartment is newly renovated and has everything you need, the bedroom has enough storage to keep all your clothes and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to do some cooking. The upstairs is awesome, nice breeze all day long. I enjoyed the hammock ( my favorite place ) Thank you, I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Being next to the balneario was a major plus. The terrace upstairs is great and enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the side hallway. We loved the opportunity to prepare a nice BBQ for our family in the nice terrace with a great bar area. Lots of fun. I highly recommend this apartment for a memorable time in Rincón.

We had left another Airbnb because the pool was out of order. We needed something right away and Jennifer's place was perfect. The condo itself is beautiful. This particular unit really worked for us, as my teenagers loved the patio and spent a lot of time up there. The pool was pretty much ours all week. We loved the peaceful vibe of Rincon, it was practically private! The beach was a two minute walk, and there was a cute beach bar. I had three 19s with me, and I felt safe letting them walk around by themselves. Downtown Rincon was lovely. There is a supermarket nearby, though it is a short drive. We had a delicious meal at the Harbor restaurant, a two minute walk as well. We did need a rental to drive all over the island as we wanted to visit many places, but honestly, I would be happy to come back and just stay in Rincon. Jennifer was always available and was extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay again!

Jennifer was quick to get back to us with whatever we needed. Convenient location with a clean pool and lovely town center.

The Condo was amazing! Hosts and take great care. The area is perfect for many things to do. The host gave great options along the way for things to do! Great host, great place!

The place is spectacular. It is located in a very good area. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. It also has several tourist places to visit. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. My only concern is that the air conditioning did not cool properly. For the rest, everything was excellent.

Great stay for a family attending a wedding. The beach is just steps away. Hostess was very responsive. Would return if given the opportunity.

This was a horrible experience. Broken lock on a public access door to patio, dirty dishes, outside light bulb leaking water, 2 of 3 air conditioners stopped working, upstairs bathroom smelled awful, windows did not work or would not stay open. Property management was very dismissive in dealing with our issues. HVAC tech noted filters in units were filthy. Handyman did not come until Friday afternoon (day before check out). Admitted they knew about broken lock and leaking light bulb. Air B n B support was also not helpful. We spent several hours on the phone with both parties and felt we had to “prove” our case rather than then just fixing the issues. I have to young children and this was a major safety issue and the property was aware of these issues. Property is not maintained. We reported these immediately when we arrived on Wednesday. We were unable to relax and enjoy our short trip to Puerto Rico. I DO NOT recommend this property or property management.

Awesome place❤️ was in town to celebrate my grandma 80th birthday also my moms 59th. Beautiful and relaxing place. Jennifer gave us great restaurant and activities. Recommend 💯to rent her place. Next year will be back to celebrate my mom’s 60th can’t wait. This time all her children and grandchildren will be there God willing ❤️❤️❤️

Really cool and fun place to stay! The separate upstairs room is really neat as well as the upstairs grill and patio :) only issue was that when it’s raining it doesn’t really dry off much, and the upstairs bathroom had some issues with water spraying out of the head and getting all over! But other than that really fun place

Awsome apartment, pretty view from the roof top, amazing beach spot-front across the street, love the pool very much. Everything was steps away, you do not need the car to go everywhere. I loved to stay, hope to come back. Apartment very equipped.

Spacious 3 br 3 bathroom apartment. A few hundred feet away from beautiful beaches. Everything needed to enjoy your stay was available at the apartment. Town and services were a small walk or drive away. Centrically located tp explore the northwest and southwest coastal towns.

Fantastisk penthouse-lejlighed! Det var på alle måder den perfekte base for vores tre dage i Rincón med den fantastiske tagterrasse med solstole og bar med spisemulighed, rummelig lejlighed, fælles pool og stranden på den anden side af gaden.

This place was gorgeous. The apartment was ample and comfortable. The bar and terrace at the Roof was a sweet surprise we didn’t expect. The apartment was close to the beach (5 min walk). The beach was good and quiet with several (not too many)tourists. People at the beach were well behaved without that loud and nasty music you hear in other beaches in Puerto Rico. I’m looking forward to book in the future this apartment

Wonderful place! Spacious & comfortable. Bedrooms were very nice & kitchen was well stocked. So wonderful to have umbrella, cooler, and chairs for beach. So nice to have laundry right off kitchen. Great location with beautiful beach across street & close walking distance or short drive to plaza , shops, & restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Great place, great location!

Location is amazing. We had quite a few issues with the apartment, it’s run down and not properly maintained. A/C unit was leaking and pooling on the living room floor. We reported it the day we arrived, as it was a holiday weekend maintenance didn’t arrive until Monday. When he arrived, he advised that he needed to call an A/C guy who’d arrive Tuesday. The vanity light was out and he was going to return with light bulbs the following day, that never happened. We did miss pans for the oven and he brought those right away. Tuesday the A/C guy arrived and told us it was “just condensation” and to “tie” the curtains so they didn’t cover the unit. Hours after he left, the pool was back and I notified the host the issue had not been fixed. He came back the following day, actually working on and fixed the unit this time. There was another leak under the kitchen sink, soaking the kitchen rug. The cabinet was wet and rotting, this was never addressed. Host was very slow to respond.

My stay was marvelous and relaxing. The Penthouse was spacious and convenient to many ships and restaurants. Enjoyed the view from the top. I really liked that you can enter the roof top from the 6th floor. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. It had everything we needed. Good water pressure, washer and dryer, plenty utensils, pots and bowls to cook with. I will definitely recommend to everyone and look forward to staying again. Thank you Jennifer for your hospitality.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jenifer's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jenifer was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location was perfect, cross the beach and plenty restaurants around. We enjoyed exploring the area

The condo was spacious and super clean, Jennifer provided excellent communication and the condo was exactly what we expected. The roof area was our favorite spot to have a glass of wine after a day of beach hopping! The beach across the street was not much of a beach, it was washed out and dirty. But luckily there are many other beautiful beaches close by! Do visit Rincon Beer Company for excellent service and amazing food, Crash Boat Beach, Buya Beach, Survival Beach (this beach also had a nice hiking trail) and don't miss the Thursday night art show in the town square!!! The location of this condo was perfect to walk into town and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Rincon. My family of 4 was very comfortable. The surrounding beaches are fabulous. The one across from the apartment was unassuming, but we did a little snorkeling and we got to see squid!! Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Jennifer's place. It looked just like the photos and was incredibly clean and well equipped. Great location too, within walking distance to downtown Rincon and one of the many public beaches. Since it is close to some bars, most nights you could hear loud music from the local beach bar nearby, but with the windows closed and the AC running, it wasn't an issue. The condo had everything you needed for a day at the beach including beach chairs and a small umbrella. One of our favorite spots was the hammock on the terrace. We were a family of five and had plenty of room to spread out in the multi-level condo. The pool was always available with no other people around so it was lovely to relax there after a day at the beach. There's an outdoor shower and hose by the pool and another spigot by the door entry near the trash area to rinse the sand off. Communication was excellent and very responsive. Overall, we had an incredible time staying at Jennifer's place!

Good communication from Jennifer. Based on the great reviews I wanted to love this place, but the unit feels tired and needs a deep cleaning and attention to detail. King mattress sags, no batteries in the remote for the TV, mold around the tubs, dim lighting, rusty shower curtain rods, flimsy kitchen table and main AC unit needs to be repaired. It is close to the beach and walkable to the Townsquare bars and restaurants. The upstairs private patio is a nice space and would be good for entertaining. This place has great potential to be awesome (and probably was at one time). Parking was easy and the building was secure and safe.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay! Great place with an amazing location and view of the beach. Walking distance to the center of town with great shops and restaurants. Our family enjoyed the pool. We loved sitting up in the rooftop terrace and enjoying the amazing sunsets that set our hometown of Rincon apart. It was nice to come home for a visit and feel at home. Jennifer was a great host, very responsive. Highly recommend staying here, especially for family trips!

Jennifer was responsive and gave good instruction for check in. It was easy to find the building. Nice condo, spacious living room. It smelled fresh when we entered the condo. You can see the water view from the balcony or the roof. Walking distance to the beach just across the street. It is 45 minutes to Crashboat. Crashboat has very clear water and lot of activities it worth the drive. Thank you Jennifer.

Beautiful view from rooftop patio and in a great location

The condo is beautiful, great location, lots of amenities, responsive host, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great kitchen, we had a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time. The pros of this place are location, location, location! A quick walk across 1 street and you are on the beach. Plus one room and the awesome roof-top balcony had a beautiful side-view of the ocean. We could walk to restaurants and to the market. The kitchen was well stocked, we used the beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards that were there for us. Air-conditioning worked great. The rooms were quiet and peaceful. We were a party of 3 couples and it was spacious and wonderful for us to all have our own separate bathrooms and to spend time together in the living room or the roof-top lounge area. Only issue would be that the two queen beds were smaller than queen- size and the two men ended up sleeping on couches. So this place would be more ideal for a family with children. The water-pressure was really low, but it wasn't terribly inconvenient. Be sure to ask about the policy about not flushing toilet paper.

Great spot and affordable

The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Everyone in our group enjoyed our 2 week stay, and the 6th floor balcony was large and a great place to spend a lot of our time. The host was very responsive as well. The only issue we had was that the elevator was an issue sometimes. Jennifer addressed our complaint very promply. Other than that, we had a great time and we would stay there again. Jennifer was very proactive with instructions and comments. She is a great host.

The place was just as described. Very comfortable. With great view. Walking distance to all the restaurants. Had all the necessary amenities in the home.

Jennifer responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall, a wonderful place. We would stay here again easily!

Beautiful condo, even better than the pictures, with a view of the ocean from the top that was even more than we expected. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The rooftop area was our favorite place, and we spent so much time up there just relaxing, watching the stars, seeing the sunrise, and watching the ocean. This location was very convenient to great surfing spots for our sons, and the beach across the street was good for relaxing, swimming, and watching beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend staying here!

This place was an excellent spot in Rincon. Quiet, convenient, and the neighbors were also nice.

Best place ever! Everything you need is there. Just bring your clothes and relax!! Will be renting again if available.
