Great location (must have a car), comfortable accommodations, wonderful sunset views, and a nice and clean beach right downstairs. Those who prefer to swim in a pool will appreciate having that option as well. We had a fantastic 5-day visit and will come back as soon as we can. la pasamos bien ya había estado en Ricon pero en otro lugar pero de este lugar estoy sumamente decepcionada por q nunca había tenido una mala experiencia así más q todo con la persona de limpieza es un chiste de persona una basura de persona muy mal los closet llenos de cosas parecían bodega y te quieren después cobrar por una mínima cosas y te agregan cargos q tu ni ideas q los has cometido de verdad les doy un 0 por basura q son.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream, located right in front of the beach with stunning, breathtaking views. The place itself was beautiful and perfectly situated close to great restaurants, beaches, and town. Everything was so clearly and thoughtfully explained that we never needed to reach out with questions. That said, the host was extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt completely comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back and stay again, and I highly recommend this amazing rental to anyone visiting the area!

Had a wonderful stay. Waking up to the earthquake was defiantly interesting. Ha! The condo had wonderful view of the moon over the ocean and was very comfortable. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The unit was everything promised and more. It was equally fun to explore the area as it was to stay at the rental. Rincon was such a wonder town with friendly people. Overall one of the best vacations we have ever had.

I enjoyed my stay incredibly it’s my second time staying at this property. At this time, I am celebrating a Remission fr Positive: I practically like everything very comfortable two bathrooms. One of the good things is having a washer and dryer. Close to everything location is good. I love the beach right next to it. Your swimming pools are incredible. And everything is close nearby. Your service is great thank you again for the host. Hopefully, I will like to stay once again a third time at this property Negative: I think you need a new microwave just a little bit updated. Maybe a new table without water stains. A new coffee table for the same reason. Elevators work just fine no issues whatsoever, but I guess I’m a little concerned about being stuck in them. The fact that there is no AC in the elevators. Not much else to say about the property everything was good

Absolutely breathtaking felt like home away from home views with spectacular very clean. Everything we needed was right there at the Airbnb will recommend a family and friends and looking forward to our next day. Lots of things to do. Airbnb was fully stocked even with snorkeling gear beach chairs, umbrella everything you need to enjoy your vacation

Jennifer’s place was a great place for our stay. We enjoyed the view of the beach and pool from the balcony! I would imagine it varies on the time of the year the sun set location but the sunset was blocked by the palm tree during our visit around New Year holidays, however it didn’t take away from the beautiful views of the sky/sea. There was a power outage on and off almost entire 2 days as most did have the island of PR. The beach is rocky bottom but nice and small&not crowded

This was one of the nicest condo's we've stayed at over the years. Clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Well furnished is a big deal. Too many condos have cheap uncomfortable furniture. Not this one. Meticulously clean as well. My wife had me check the top of the ceiling fan for dust before turning it on. None to be found. The view was amazing everyday all day long. But equally as important the grounds are well landscaped and well kept. The pools were very clean. We made friends with some of the permanent residents there. They welcomed us warmly and provided many suggestions on where to eat and shop and what to see and do in the area. The condo comes furnished with many recommendations as well. I can attest to the bounty of restaurants in the area, Don't miss Art Walk in the town square on Thursday evenings. The street leading to the condo may look a little sketchy if you're from the US. But once you understand Rincon you'll understand that's not an issue. Our neighbors confirmed that for us. I walked all over the place and never a concern. Drive north of town and visit the beaches where the surfers hang out. Much more beautiful than the ones heading south. And by all means check out The English Rose for brunch. Jennifer our host was super responsive before and during the visit. All in all a fantastic stay. Thanks Jennifer.

beautiful condo it is even better than pictures. location is a piece of paradise beach is just downstairs we are in love of this place. we have to come back for sure.

The condo was beautiful! Great local restaurants, sports complex within walking distance (our sons enjoyed that), awesome view of the beach & pool! We had a couple of issues & Jennifer was very quick on getting them fixed. Fantastic kitchen to cook meals, it was a plus to have 2 bathrooms, condo is perfect & it’s great to have washer/dryer. We came to another area of the island & we wish we had stayed in Rincon for our entire trip. We’d definitely stay at this condo next time we visit. Thanks Jennifer!

The condo has very nice “high end finishes” with gorgeous tile work, well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture both indoor and outdoor, and beautiful bathrooms. It was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves. The pools were well maintained and the beach was just a few steps away. We were able to go out and snorkel from the beach and see a lot of colorful fish. We love this part of the island and have visited several times. This condo was one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

I would recommend getting a king size bed instead of the full. We pushed the twins together to make a king though. I would also recommend giving more specific directions as to where the lockbox is located. In the dark it was very hard for us to find it. The location of the unit in the complex is really nice. Great to hear and see the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the view! There was great snorkeling at the beach, and we enjoyed spending time in the pools. Location was convenient with a short drive to all the Rincon attractions.

As I mentioned before, I am currently a cancer patient who is in remission and still being treated for lymphoma, but doi Positive: Corner apartment, 5 floor awesome view, the 2 coconut trees always greeting me at the window. The sound of the wave delicious. It was a very comfortable apartment. Looking forward to stay there again. The staff were great and even extending the stay. I am going thru cancer treatment (remission) and that was the cure for many things plus I do powerwalking and was able to do it from the condo to the actual stadium. That’s not too far away and back. Air conditioning work beautifully even though many times I did not use it only went to go to sleep. Weather was beautifully enough to have a wonderful breeze coming through the apartment. Enjoy the kitchen and also having a washer and dryer. A bit confused with the television, especially and trying to get local Puerto Rican television stations, but the other apps work just fine. In general, I really enjoy the apartment having two swimming pools actually three and a strip of a beautiful Puerto Rican Beach right nearby with easy access was the biggest perk of staying in this property. I also got to meet a couple of people who are actually living there and everybody was quite friendly. Negative: In my opinion, the stove top needs to be better cleaned by the cleaning staff, especially those of us who are renting the place. We’re paying extra for that. I also believe like other Airbnb’s. They should have better utensils that looks like they can be done and not old ones. The same thing for drinking cups or glasses they should be always looking new. Also always have an extra two rolls of paper towels. Also, toiletries should be much better than the little tiny soaps. It would be nice to have a small pack of detergent. I am very familiar with Rinong but those of who are not very well put map would be nice to have in the apartment. It was great to have extra beach towels, and other beach accessories. But extra towels for the apartment is a need.

Gorgeous place-loved the view, the sound of the ocean, the private beach. Nice kitchen appliances, and appreciated a few nice touches-like a drying rack for wet clothing, beach chairs and towels, and GREAT beds. An excellent blender. Screens would be nice, but we left the doors and windows open and didn’t have issues with bugs. Only missed a beach umbrella, so donated one. Wonderful location, quiet, restaurants about 10 min away.

Great place Great time

There was no instructions on how to get in. Had to call her once we were in front of the building. to locate the lockbox was not easy. It is a safe location since it has a security gate. The view was beautiful but we missed the sunset since it was raining but thats not the host problem. The cleaning is something I have found is very diffrent here in PR. We work with a cleaning company in Florida and we are aware of what has been clean and whats not been clean. The sink had mold, the dish rack was also very moldy. We had plastic plates and cups, no cups for coffee but we did have a coffee maker. The front door was difficult to open, so difficult that one day we got tire of trying and did not go anywhere. One night we had some bugs fly inside even though all the windows were locked. This apartment definitely needs some improvements and it would have been perfect.

The condo is really nice for families with small children. We enjoyed the private pool and beach everyday. The kitchen is equiped well, although the plastic plates, wine glasses and coffee cups don't suit to the appearance of the luxurious interior, we were pleased with the whole experience at the end. One negative point was the description of the key locker another the door to the balcony. At night it's really difficult to find the locker, and also the sticker on the locker was misleading. The balcony door is quite old and doesn't close appropriatly. As result, at night insects and mosquitos can come into the room without any problems. All in all our vacation in Stella was very nice and we enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful location!! Right on the beach. Amazing sunsets. You can snorkel right off your own private beach. Very safe neighborhood. I would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Reef. People were so friendly and helpful. Sunsets and beach were amazing! Beds were comfortable. We felt safe all the time and hostess provided a lot of helpful local information. Most basic necessities were provided which was helpful. Another hand towel for each bathroom and sharpened knives would be nice.front door Lock is getting weary. (Outer casing is getting loose) Washer and dryer were great. We brought laundry soap from home as well as hand soap and shampoo. Nice to have beach towels, beach chairs and some pool and water toys provided. We used the grill by the pool several times and were able to walk to get food and beverages. The breeze within the unit was wonderful! We will recommend to friends and family! We had a wonderful time, the views were spectacular and our family felt very comfy right from the start. Jennifer was communicative and it was a super easy process.

We stayed for a week in February and we are hoping that the condo is available the next time that we go to rincon as everything was perfect
