I am absolutely in love with Rincón! As a Puerto Rico native, I wanted our first real experience in the town to be special, and this place delivered. It was spacious, clean, affordable, and incredibly close to the beach. The location, the layout, and our host made our 5-day, 4-night getaway to this magical corner of the island absolutely perfect. Jennifer was wonderful—highly communicative and clear through the app. We already can't wait to return!

Amazing stay at Ocean Terrace 202! I grew up in PR and came back to visit with family, and this spot nailed it. It’s just a block away from Sandy Beach, perfect for relaxing in the sand with a drink. For family swimming, check out the Balneario public beach just a short drive away. The property itself is safely gated and had plenty of secure parking for our two cars. Inside, there’s plenty of room, cold AC, two bathrooms, and lots of extra blankets and beach towels. We loved the fully stocked kitchen for cooking family meals, but we were also close enough to walk or drive to great local restaurants and bars. They even had table games and puzzles that kept us entertained. Having an on-site washer and dryer was incredibly helpful. If you have a group of 4+ and want a safe, comfortable home base in Rincón, I strongly recommend it.

Beautiful unit in a great area of Rincon. The balcony and pool were 10/10! Super spacious for a group of 5.

We had the absolute best family vacation ever. This was such an ideal Airbnb for what we were looking for. It was in a great location super convenient at everything we needed. It was absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to get back there and do it all again.

We loved our stay in Punta’s! Jennifer was a great host-super nice and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location was amazing. This is why we chose the Condo in the first place. We could walk to Sandy Beach in minutes as well as a few restaurants and the best taco stand. The only reason that I gave it four stars was because I hate to say it, but we all found the beds uncomfortable. They’re pretty old and would be a quick easy update that would make the Condo five stars for sure. Another thing that I found to be more 4 star than 5 was that none of the windows have any light blocking curtains. They have blinds but not light blocking. There are lights on all night in the condos next door and the light came in through the blinds. Luckily I had an eye mask with me (from my flight). For those who need it dark to sleep this can be problematic. Another plus was the pool! It was clean and the perfect temperature to swim before or after the beach. I would recommend the unit

This was our 4th time staying in Rincon and our 3rd time staying at Ocean Terrace. Repeat business speaks volumes. The condo is perfectly situated to walk everywhere at Sandy Beach and is just far enough away from the bars that music isn't an issue. The building is well kept and if needed there are 2 parking spots out back. Plenty of room for surfboards and close enough to downtown Rincon for the farmers and artisan markets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and in a great location. Jennifer had a binder with so much helpful information about the area including tons of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The air conditioning was ice cold. The kitchen was well stocked. The location in not ocean front but you can see it from the balcony. Its close enough to walk 1 min to everything you want but far enough that you don't hear the bar music at night. We will book this location again for sure.

Super cute Air Bnb was a perfect fit for 6 girls on a girls trip! Big Kahuna right across the street had such a fun evening atmosphere and was a perfect walkable distance to the beach, and other local restaurants. They were replacing the balcony’s on the building while we were staying which was inconvenient due to noise, but now that they are installed the building is even more beautiful! Definitely recommend for a chill vacation spot, with close proximity to beaches, food, and fun!

We’ve stayed here a few times and would highly recommend this location! Excellent location in Puntas, great communication with the host/manager and always super clean. We will be back!

I absolutely loved this place! I feel the pictures don't do it justice. It was so cute and beachy - it was just what we were looking for. Perfect location and it was SO clean!!! I would definitely stay here again and the price is great. 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed sitting at this property. It was clean, exactly as listed, and close walking distance to a beautiful swimming beach and several restaurants and oceanfront bars. Lots to do even in July. The pool was clean. Having two bathrooms and a patio with a view of the pool were key amenities.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was perfect for our family of six. It was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful surroundings. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a cozy, hassle-free getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Muy cómodo y buen lugar.

It was fine. The accommodations where good for us. Showed grandchildren several areas and beaches on the island. Lots to see in the area and if you want to travel 100 miles this property is located well.

Waking distance to Beautiful beach, got lucky and scored solid waves, as a surfing family this was a great spot. Kids absolutely loved the pool and being able to walk to the little convenience store themselves. We will definitely be coming back.

Exceeded my expectations. The ocean waves at Sandy Beach were pretty intense and a group of our party got stung by a scorpion fish so it didn't feel like a great spot for kids but the pool was fantastic!!!!

This place is great we stayed there with our 1.5 year old and our friends who also have a 1.5 year old. It was as described and pictured. Everything within walking distance. Beach a stone through away! Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time as our first family vacation with our baby. Great location. Good AC. Kitchen was well stocked. We will be back!

Amazing location and condo. Loved being on the second level. Steps from the beach, and Jacks Shack is a must for breakfast. The only downside is loud music that is played u til 1am at the nearby bar on Friday/Saturday night. Overall an amazing trip and place to stay for a family of 4.

Condo was decent. Management company was horrible!! Would not rebook to stay here again. Negative: The information on what beds are available is totally incorrect. There is only one bed per room. The day after we checked out I received a message that a WASH CLOTH would not come clean and I was charged $20 extra dollars!!! I asked them to rewash as it was only makeup and the wash cloth would maybe cost $2. They processed a $20 charge to my credit card.

Jennifer is a great host. Very attentive and responsive. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and has an excellent location. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended and I look forward to returning to it.

Beautiful place! Kitchen well Stocked. Great location. Big kahuna right next door with great drinks and music. A 2 minute walk to the amazing Sandy Beach. Very convenient location. Very easy to reach if you need anything. Would definitely rent this place again.

Location, location, location! Had a great stay, with adult daughter and nephews, for close by surfing contest of my 7 y/o granddaughter. This rental was very convenient, close to entertainment options and well equipped. Will stay here next time. Thank you Jennifer!

The location was great as everything is walkable and the beach is very close by and this area is very quaint and small. A cute bar/resto with live music nearby. Easy check in, check out. Everything worked well - AC, laundry, etc. Master bedroom is very nice, twin beds were ok comfort-wise. Communication was fairly automated and responsive about minor questions. Pool and outdoor space was nice to have and was very quiet. Good spot for a family or friends.

Great place to stay and location is perfect. Rincon is the best place on the island. Beach is literally 3min walk. Nice pool too!!

This was our 2nd stay at the Ocean Terrace and planning a 3rd. Location is great particularly if you like to surf. Great bar (Big Kahuna) is across the street with food and music. The hood is quite and away from the crowded downtown Rincon but just a 5 minute ride over the hill. Host answered all questions timely.

Jennifer place was very clean and walkable to the beach, bars and great restaurants. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Well I hate to give someone a bad review as I myself own a business, however when your on a vacation with family and friends and something everything is falling apart then we should write a honest review , first the internet didn’t work so I had to reset it a few times and after 1 hour I finally got it to work, then I went to wash used towels and both washer and dryer did not work, after going back and forth with Jennifer 3 days passed before they got it fix, Jennifer at first was responding but after a while ignored my messages and I have proof in our trails of messages, then my family and I decided to go to the pool just to find out it was half empty, it took the pool guys 2 days to fill the pool,can you believe that, right then it’s when the “straw that broke the camel's back", so I decided to give them a bad review…….I have pictures of the defect that are not shown in the Airbnb add……. Bathroom windows didn’t have curtains so we had to use a towel…..

It was a beautiful apartment very clean and organized Jennifer was very responsive host I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay In the Rincon area.

The condo is within walking distance of Sandy Beach, and within driving distance of many other beautiful beaches, this alone makes it worth the cost. The complex is clean, the pool is nice and everyone is friendly. The condo is nice with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 6. The washing machine was broken during our stay which put a slight damper on things but overall it's a nice place in a great area.

Lugar muy hermoso y cómodo con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Está muy cerca de la playa. Hay lugares para comer muy cerca. El lugar es seguro y tranquilo y lejos de los bullicios. La anfitriona tuvo muy buena comunicación. La única sugerencia que haría es tener con qué cubrir la ventana del baño pues de noche se puede ver desde afuera si hubiera alguien en el balcón del lado. Pero no es algo grave. Realmente me volvería a quedar ahí.
