We had a great stay here in Rincón. The home was incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for our family, especially with the connected two-apartment setup—it gave us the option to be together while still having some privacy. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up. We had everything we needed, and really appreciated the extras like bath towels and beach chairs. The manual guide was also super helpful—it made it easy to find great nearby beaches and restaurants. The location is ideal—close to both the beach and town, which made getting around simple. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place to others visiting Rincón.

If you read my last review please know the rooster situation was taken care of. This place is amazing. Perfect location. Newly renovated. Lots of space, but feels very homey. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Jen’s place is a very comfortable, well equipped apartment with lots of light, spacious interiors. Would appreciate investing in a few amenities to take her property to the next level- including towel bars, hooks, better lighting at night. Overall a good property and close to town.

The rooster woke all 9 of us up at 4AM every day. The house is lovely but the basic function is sleep. I called the owners 5 times, left several messages but they refuse to do anything about it. They were under the impression I wanted to kill the rooster. I just wanted someone to remove it. It’s not someone pet, it’s a wild rooster. I even went out of my way and spent $120 of my own money setting up an automatic sprinkler to try and scare the rooster away. It didn’t work.

I really really wanted to give this house a 5 star review, because it's actually even cooler in person than it looks on here. Beautifully renovated, super close to town and the beach. Lots of space, yet it feels like home. Incredibly responsive management team that was super available and super attuned to our needs. Impeccably kept property. Across the street from the best coffee shop in town. The list of amazing things goes on and on. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because there's a rooster that uses the tree in the yard to cock a doodle doo at 4AM every day. The windows in the house are thin, and it woke all nine of us up every single day. One day it did this at 2AM. Even with earplugs the rooster would wake us up. vI'm not sure what the owners can do about it, but this is the only reason I didn't give the house 5 stars.
