Las Palmas Beach House with Private Pool and Pool Table

They need to replace the coffee maker it takes like 30 minutes to make 3 cups of coffee also the curtains rod in the bathroom get loose by itself and almost every day was on the floor, the towels bar in the bathroom is also loose you can’t not put the towels on, there is rust coming out of the bathroom tub, besides that the places is perfect. I was expecting to have a grill because I love grilling, place was clean it was very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house is beautiful, very spacious, and located at the end of a quiet street, which made it feel private and relaxing. It has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. We especially loved the pool and the billiards table, and it was a great surprise to find beach chairs and a cooler available for guests to use. The home is well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just 5 minutes from Playa Santa and La Jungla, with several great places to eat nearby and a supermarket less than 10 minutes away. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended—100%! ⭐⭐

Beautiful place — I’ll definitely stay here every chance I get when visiting! The communication was excellent, the place was spotless, and the location was perfect. Everything about the stay was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Hermosa casa. Todo organizado, limpio y en excelentes condiciones. 100% recomendable. Tenía todo para divertirse y pasarla bonito en familia. Cuando vuelva definitivamente quisiera volver a hospedarme con ustedes.

The rental property wasn’t bad overall if you didn’t mind having AC for only four hours a day, being far away from activities, two hours from the airport, liked looking at abandoned houses and cars in the neighborhood, not being able to flush toilet paper, and boiling water to wash dishes. The hot water in the large bedroom never once got hot during the week so 7 people shared one bathroom or had to take cold showers. After checkout, they wanted to charge us for some things, one of which was a dirty towel. We didn’t have access to a washer or dryer so we used the same towel daily. I’d expect them to be a bit dirty. We never could figure out how to get the light or the fan on in the dining room so dinner was eaten in the dark, which is nice if you are looking for a more intimate kind of meal! We had 7 of us so unfortunately we were not that week! They were responsive when asked about the light and fan, but it did not remedy the situation. Kitchen left a bit to be desired, lacking a bit

Our stay at Jennifer’s was great! Very comfortable! The views driving to Jennifer’s from the airport were breathtaking! But definitely get a Car rental if you’re going to want to go out!

Nice stay. It was slightly challenging to find after dark. Mostly our fault as we were not used to the area and I could not figure out how to navigate using a “pin”. It’s in a quiet area at the end of a tiny road up a hill. Note, that there is no oven, only a stove and microwave. I had gotten a Walmart pick up order on the way which included somethings to bake in an oven. The amenities under the house were great and kept the teenagers busy.

For the price, I think this place was great. That said, there were several things that didn’t work. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay up, the toilet handle was loose, the soap dispenser didn’t work. Things like that. There were also some missed spot re: cleanliness. But, I can tell they are trying and again, I think it’s a pretty inexpensive place so it’s good considering. Also, just a warning more about the area than the place - so many roosters anf they get going early! Also if you’re sensitive to light when you sleep, bring something as the rooms get bright early.

A great place to stay in Guanica. It was very clean and we absolutely loved the outdoor space and visiting local beaches. would absolutely stay again!

Buena ubicación cerca de la playa, la casa es bien cómoda , amplia y lugar tranquilo. La cocina equipada. La piscina súper limpia. Jennifer y su anfitrión son bien atentos.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the place. Everything was as described, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and the space worked perfectly for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back.

The House was beautiful and private. The balcony was my favorite spot. The mornings were so beautiful and peaceful. The Beach is a couple of minutes away. Jennifer and Christian were amazing host. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nos encantó era un ambiente muy relajado, disfrutamos mucho de todas las actividades que habían. Todo estaba súper limpio y organizado. Quisiéramos volver en otro ocasión pero con más tiempo para el check out.

This airbnb is a great place to relax and has a beach 3 minutes away but the airbnb has everything you need! The host was very attention to detail and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!
