Landing View 304 with beautiful roof top terrace

We love staying in these villas when we come to Rincon and this unit was no different. Comfortable for 4-6 people, a full kitchen and walking distance to waves. What more could you want?! The hosts were also very responsive and wonderful. A few notes that didn’t hinder our stay but for future bookers to be aware of: the corners in the kitchen can snag you quite easily. They have covers for the corners but none of them were sticking during our stay. I ripped a shirt on a corner! Additionally, there are plenty of beach chairs but 2 of them are rusted out and broken. And finally, the master bed was extremely squeaky with the slightest movement, which sometimes made it hard to sleep. As I said- nothing that would prevent me from booking, just things to be aware of! Would come back in a heartbeat.

Great place and location

All was good

Stay was nice and good location. Sleeping area smelled damp even with a dehumidifier. Host also charged a fee for stains on towels and sheets. Totally get the towels being dirty but the stained sheets and quilt were a little absurd as no they were so faint or minimal it’s impossible to say if they were there before our stay. Otherwise everything else was fine.

This is our second stay in this unit and if you are a surfer or want to be extremely close to the beach the location is unbeatable and is on the quit side of town.

We loved this beautiful condo. The living space is quite large, with the rooftop patio being the best part! We came for a wedding that was just a couple of doors down, so the location was perfect for us. We also loved that it was out of the hustle and bustle of Rincon, while still being very close. We would love to return and stay at this beautiful home again!

Todos los equipos y enseres funcionando en optimas condiciones. Eramos dos parejas y un niño. Muy bien podria haber otra pareja ya que son 3 cuartos en el area de dormitorios y 2 baños.

Perfect location and so much space in the house ! We loved we could walk to the beach or drive , close to downtown area of Rincon too by car .Few spots in walking distance just down the street to eat too , Jack Taco shack is great !!! The balcony on the top floor was so nice at night !! We will be back !!!

We enjoyed our stay in this 3-story home. The bedrooms were close to one another on the bottom floor. The second floor is extremely spacious, and every night we played games on the rooftop patio while listening to all the lively sounds of nature. We had trouble with the internet and the owner responded swiftly to tell us it was out on the island. It was back-up in less than 30 minutes. It's easy to walk to the beach, but we found visiting other beaches were better for swimming as the rocks are a little tricky to navigate to get into the water. That said, it's a beautiful beach to hang out on. One day we walked an hour along the beach. We ate at Casa Islena Hotel & Restaurant. It was outstanding! The best meal of the trip and steps from our residence.

Location and the space of the apartment were great, we were traveling with 4 children so having enough space was key. cleanliness could be improved and the roof deck was not as described, ( kitchenette was non existent) our host was wonderful and was very proactive and helpful with any issues that came up during our stay. Overall the apartment was great just needs some TLC.

We loved Jennifer’s place! Perfect location, clean and perfect for a larger group. Jennifer was quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely be back!

The property is centrally located in Rincon. Ample room for families. Felt very secure in the gated condo complex. Plenty of amenities.

Great location Beautiful rooftop deck

Our stay at the Landing View was great. More than enough space for our family of four. Each of our boys got their own room. The common spaces in the apartment were great (especially the rooftop deck) and we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 2 markets less than 15 minutes away. You'll want to hit those first to get everything you need for your stay.The beach is a short 5 minute walk, but it's not really great for swimming... a little bit too rocky. However, you can walk down about 1/2 mile to the west where the beaches are much more sandy, and rent a surf or body board. Watch out for the rip tides (read all the signage for advice!)We were only 15 minutes from the center of Rincon, where there are lots of restaurants and cute shops.This is a must place to go. Also only a few minutes from the apartment are Steps Beach (hard to park) and Black Eagle Beach (very easy to park and good restaurants there too).Get our of San Juan and explore more of the island!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! They were so responsive and clear in communicating, and the space was excellent! The rooftop was my favorite part and I was grateful for the washer/dryer! Beach was easily accessible and so quiet. 10/10!

My family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Rincon! The location was ideal—close to everything yet tucked away in a peaceful, gated community that felt very safe. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We did have a minor issue with the TV not working initially, but the owner was super responsive and got it fixed, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting Rincon!

The unit could use some TLC pretty much a blank canvas Only given the bare minimum when it comes to Necessities for kitchen or bathroom. The unit could use a deep cleaning as they were dirty door, jams mold on the baseboards.

This was my first time to Puerto Rico so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect and I didnt know if this would be a good deal or not for what we paid but I just gotta say I am SO glad I stayed in this home. It was spacious, clean, walking distance to a quiet beach, beautiful rooftop balcony where I spent a lot of time. I would definitely recommend this spot, and next time I’m back in Puerto Rico I will absolutely be a repeat customer to this Airbnb. Couldn’t be happier with it!

Jennifer and her team were extremely responsive and the condo was spotless with comfortable beds, hot showers, cool AC, and a great rooftop terrace! I highly recommend and will stay again when we are in Rincon.

The place is beautiful, super spacious and super peaceful. We are def coming back.

We spend three weeks in lovely Rincon. The location is great, with direct access to the beach, several great restaurants in walking distance and close to town. The place itself has all you need for a good beach getaway. Unfortunately the place itself was quite filthy, especially in the kitchen/bathroom kabinets. Also beds are not that comfortable and during our stay there was a closetdoor hanging dangerously loose in the hallway that never got repaired, even though Jennifer did message us this would happen. Overall I feel the place is a bit overpriced for what you get.

The property fit our needs perfectly. The overall accommodations were great. Area beach is walking distance from the property but a rental car is recommended to venture further out from the immediate neighborhood.

The condo was great for our group!

Overall the place was great. I have stayed in the area before so am familiar with what is around there. I would stay again.

We had a great stay. The condo was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to cook, Jennifer and her team were great with communication and were very responsive during our stay.

My family loved everything about staying here! The house was clean and comfortable. The third floor outdoor space was great for grilling and relaxing all together. We also loved how easy it was to access the beach. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby that were easy to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s place. Management was very responsive. An air conditioning unit broke our second night and was replaced within a matter of hours. House has everything you need including beach chairs and towels. Location is perfect as it’s quiet but still very walkable to restaurants and the beach. Rooftop is beautiful. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We have stayed at Landing View Villa 3 times. We love the location and the apartment. The roof top deck is great. Apartment is very comfortable and in walking distance to the beach. We will be back again next year!

This is a great spot to stay in Rincon. A great gates community with a well kept pool and you are able to easily walk down to the beach. The beach is a surfing beach not a swimming beach. You can walk to a couple of restaurants but the main part of town is about a 10 min drive away. We stayed in November over Thanksgiving and often felt like we had the beach to ourselves in the evenings. Jennifer and her team is responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay! Location is excellent, close to the beach and restaurants! The unit is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The open floor plan was ideal for spending time together while cooking. Very peaceful and quiet with views of the tropical landscape from the third floor Terrace. The pool was refreshing. Overall clean, quiet, and updated. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

The house was very nice, games were available it was very clean. My only issue was the roads are very dark and curvy and made me feel a little unsafe.

Jennifer’s place was large and spacious. It’s a great private location with excellent restaurants and things to do nearby.

The space is big and beautiful. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. We had absolutely no problems and never had to contact the owner for anything. The beach is about a 5 min walk and seemed very isolated - we basically had the beach to ourselves. The kids enjoyed the pool for about two days. The rooftop terrace is such a great addition to have all to ourselves. The rest of our days were spent traveling the island and spending time with more family. I’ve already talked my friends into booking a week next year. And my mother also wants a week as well. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space.

We enjoyed very much our stay, it was very close to the beach and other places to get a bite to eat, and a refreshing tropical drink.

I highly recommend staying at Jennifer’s apartment in Rincón… the location is perfect, so close to a nearby nearly deserted beach, and yet a short drive to so many options for dining and sightseeing… The apartment is very spacious, with clean rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and the upstairs deck is simply lovely to enjoy the evening breeze and the noise of the forest!! I also want to highlight how responsive Jennifer was when the Aircon broke the morning before July 4th… the compressor was gone and a full unit replacement was needed, and Jennifer and her team accomplished that the same day!! Not an easy task in a more remote part of Puerto Rico and the day prior to July 4th!! THANK YOU so much!! Our family would come back in a heart beat!!

Location, location, location! We loved this little neighborhood on the outskirts of Rincon! It was a perfect place for us to get away with our three teenage sons. Steps to the beach. Fun little pool. Bedrooms separate from the living room area for quiet sleeping in mornings. This is the PERFECT place of you like to eat out a lot when you are on vacation. We tend to try to do a few more home-cooked meals and pack lunches for beach days and some things were missing. (A pizza cutter, Tupperware to pack sandwiches, fruit in would have been nice.) But nothing that dampened our spirits about our stay. The apartment has a very comprehensive guide for visitors. Restaurant and “things to do” recommendations. We found it to be extremely helpful! Laly even called us on Thursday to check in and told us about the Art Walk. What a nice touch. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, thank you!

Amazing spot for a surf trip. Short walk to Sandy Beach, Pools, and Puntas, and a short drive to all the other Rincon breaks. The space is perfect for a group trip, the upstairs patio is amazing, and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out as well, we will definitely be booking again for our next trip!

The location and layout of this condo are excellent. It has everything you need for a perfect stay near Sandy Beach. Peaceful complex too. Will come back.
