Landing View 206 with private rooftop terrace

The place was nice and comfortable for our family. It was very clean and had everything we needed.I t was walking distance from the beach.The pool was really small not what I expected.Overall our stay was great . I recommend Jennifer’s place.

We had the most relaxing vacation in Landing View 206. Getting here was easy. The place feels cozy and it's very spacious. It is close to so many beautiful beaches and great food places. The place has great amenities that even on a rainy if you just want to stay in, you most certainly can. We can't wait to come back!

I have been to Rincón 3 times now and have always stayed at one of Jennifer's listing. Jennifer is a great host all of her places are super clean and nice. She is very responsive and gives great ideas of things to do in the area and places to eat.

This property was wonderful. Clean and had all essentials needed. Only thing is wish top floor had ac it was so hot up there we never used that floor. Would definitely stay there again. Loved location!!

Fantastic stay. Close to great restaurants and beaches, but away from the “busier” areas in Rincon. My third time there and will definitely be back.

Great location! Can walk to restaurants and the beach. Nice clean complex. It was well appointed and comfortable. The host is helpful and responsive! Everything was great except for the mattress in the master bedroom. It felt and sounded 20 years old. Soft, dented and so squeaky if you move at all. Also the 3rd floor is unusable except for the patio. The room itself is way too hot because there are no window coverings (it’s all windows) and no air conditioning.

The Rincón area is the place to stay in PR if you are looking for the small town vibes with lots to do. The location of the condo is private and the area is safe. The condo had all listed amenities. The beds were comfy. If you’re into birding, lots of bird activity at the back of the condo. You can sit on the balcony and watch them feast on the palm fruits. I’m originally from PR and appreciated all the artwork throughout the condo. The only concern is if you’re traveling with small children or elderly folks, since there are steps to go to the lower floor where the bedrooms are and steps to the 3rd floor sunroom/patio area. Definitely would consider renting this condo again on future trips.

This is my 3rd time Air BnB'ing my vacation. Overall, I'd give this experience a C. Although most of the pictures matched the place with regards to what was physically there, the filters applied made me feel the place was fresh and new and I didn't get that feeling when I arrived. It was clean and easy to get to per directions provided however, it is older and would benefit from some upgrading. The location is private and the floor plan worked. Whenever we needed Jennifer, she was responsive. My expectations weren't met with regards to quality, that's all.

This is a wonderful home in Rincon and walking distance to Sandy Beach! Quick drive to local restaurants and really nice private location. Jennifer had everything you needed in the home, including beach chairs and amenities. It was a clean and cozy place. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Gorgeous home-very responsive host. Walkable to a wonderful beach and we loved Tamboo restaurant with sunset views from the patio. Unfortunately the a/c and one tv didn’t function. Host sent a technician the next morning but it wasn’t fixable until after our departure. Very kind and professional. Clean home with basic amenities.

We have stayed in Rincon before and this is our favorite stay so far. We loved the location-a short walk down a path to Sandy beach and just a little further to great places to eat. We walked to the local spots like Casa Isleña, Tamboo, and Jack’s Shack many times and never had a bad meal. Pools beach is across the street from Jack’s and beautiful. There is a company renting surfboards on the beach too. The upstairs living space was our favorite with a deck to hear the coqui and watch the iguanas in the trees. I did yoga up there every morning and we played cards when it rained. The beds were comfy and clean. We had some challenges with hot water, wi-fi, and the AC unit but the host was very responsive and had them repaired while we were out for the day. Having a washer/dryer was handy too! The security of a gated community was nice, parking was easy, and the grounds crews worked every day to keep it beautiful. We will be back and will definitely consider staying here again!
