Landing View 204 with private rooftop terrace

We had a wonderful stay in Rincón! The property felt incredibly safe, which gave us peace of mind. The location is perfect, near to the beach and pacefull, and the kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. Highly recommended for families!

La estadía en Landing View fue muy buena. Todo estuvo excelente y muy tranquilo. Los matres de la litera eran un poco duro pero el sillón fue muy cómodo. Y el lugar es súper tranquilo. Honestamente está súper recomendado y si volvería.

Hola este lugar estuvo super agradable y acogedor la playa super bella y solo a pasos un area super buena para hacer cardio y de vez la vista y los caballos que habian por la zona preciosos, muy especioso y tenia lodo lo necesiario para hacer la estadia muy completa un 100% recomendado y esperamos proximamente poder pasar a hospedarnos nuevamente la anfitriona siempre pendiente y muy felixible gracial mil. Dios los bendiga siempre.♡

This home was very spacious and had a full kitchen with pots pans and utensils and also had a washer and dryer, which was great and the rooftop had a bathroom. The property itself in my opinion was deteriorated and needs some updating. The host was responsive and offered help when needed.

We travelled for a family wedding with party of 5. There was plenty of room for everyone. It is located in a gated community which is private and peaceful and very close to the wedding venue (5 min walk). We especially enjoyed the roof top terrace and looking out at the tropical vegetation, different birds and iguanas from the balcony on the second level. It was nice to have the washer/dryer to do laundry. The host was welcoming and made a few local suggestions for us and also had a binder with different activities, places to eat and visit. We would stay here again.

The stay was fantastic! Looking forward to staying again! Excelente place, it even had amenities for my toddler, like a gate for the stairs. Loved it!

We really enjoyed the location of this home; it was safe, convenient to the beaches, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. While the host was very responsive to our messages, the property didn't quite meet our expectations based on the listing. The home lacks standard light fixtures in the bedrooms and living area, leaving bare bulbs in the ceilings. Additionally, the dining room fan was mostly non-functional during our stay. One important note for future travelers: the house rules prohibit flushing any toilet paper. While the host mentioned this is standard for the area, we found it to be an anomaly compared to other local rentals and restaurants we visited nearby. The home is a great base for the beach, but it would benefit greatly from a few small updates like light fixtures, floor mats to catch sand, and a night light for the dark downstairs hallway. With these minor improvements and a bit more attention to guest comfort, this could be a much better experience

Jennifer’s place was great! Just what we needed for our family. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. Location was fantastic. Right by the beach and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Down town was an easy drive. It was great!

Our second time staying! Perfect for a beach pad. Has plenty of room so our family of 4 had a palace. Quiet community. Would definitely come back.

Our stay was great. The list is as described. Beach access was a touch confusing but once we figured it out we found an almost private beach. Beautiful.

We had a great stay, and even extended one more day. The beach (a little choppy, good for surfing) is at a short walking distance, the restaurants around are great. For swimming beaches a drive closer to town is recommended.

As decribed, with plenty of space and a washer/dryer. Walkable to the nearby beach. Not the closest to shops and restaurants, but it's workable. Drive to the home the first time is scary on small steep, windings roads. All west coast PR beaches are the bottom of mountains so you'll get used to it.

Lovely, confortable and peaceful place, great for our family with teens spending few days at beautiful Rincón. We would definitely return!

Our staying at Jennifer’s was a nice. The location was good, the home was cozy and clean, and Jennifer was proactive in her communication.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful. Our host was very responsive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend and would stay again!!

The place was cozy and well maintained. 3 floors!!!! All that you need, they provide washer/dryer and beach chairs. Overall i will definitely recommend this spot.

Had a great stay in Rincon. Great location steps from the beach. The host was great to deal with and was responsive to questions. Would love to stay here again!

Great place

Our stay was great. We were close to everything and the view of the beach was phenomenal. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and that it took our clothes a long time to dry because the dryer’s duct is full of lint. But overall, simply great.

Beach is rocky but have to walk about 10mins to go to sandy beach. Pool is veeeery small. Apartment didn’t have basic seasoning for cooking. Overall good for the value. Definitely would book again if we dont need a big house or fancy place.

Excellent property and location. The property had everything needed for a long weekend and was very close and accessible to the beach.

Jennifer's place was ideal! Super well located, close to all the main beaches, surf spots, restaurants, and bars in the Rincon area. The house was fully equipped and in a very quiet residential area with a shared swimming pool. It also has 2 parking slots to park your vehicle. She was very supportive during our stay with lots of local recommendations and activities to do. I would definitely recommend staying at her place!

Very close to the beach, just a two minutes walk.

The 4 days we stayed at the bnb, every morning we always woke up to loud noise at 6 AM sharp. On the first day, I made a complaint about this noise and Jennifer replied to my complaint, saying the workers had right to work on their side of the property and there’s nothing she can’t do about it, we weren’t properly told about this the day prior to our booking, or even before our arrival day, She didn’t accommodate with our stay and the noise complaint, she agreed to move us to another location the last day of our stay which she could have done when we first complained, I understand another person owns that building, they have right to do the work but no one wants to be woken up 6am with loudest noise, after calling airbnb management many times she finally gave us $171. 00. she could have handled this way better and made out stay much easier

Great stay. The location is perfect! Our families had a great time.

Great place to stay as a single or with a family. Having the upstairs outdoor terrace facing the coconut trees felt very private. The location is peaceful, absolutely loved that you can hear the ocean waves while inside the home. Really enjoyed that the beach (not crowded) was within waking distance, the pool was a perfect addition to our stay and we felt safe in the gated community. Any questions I had, Jennifer was quick to respond and flexible. Thank you!!! 😊

Great location in Puentas

The townhome was nice and clean. The beach access was very close. If I had one recommendation, I would suggest assessing the kitchen ware. The kitchen was lacking in glasses. There were no towels to handle hot pots. But the unit is nice and clean.

Positive: What I like about the property was that it was next to the beach in walking distance.

Enjoyed our time, the walk to the beach is super easy and close. The complex is quiet and relaxing. Don’t need much else.

My wife, daughter and I had a great stay at 204 Landing View. Great location, space and all the amenities you need.

The area is gorgeous and a quick walk to the beach. However, the unit was not up to our expectations. The back door did not lock and we were unable to get any assistance from the host, leaving us to feel unsafe with kids. In addition, there was no hot water in one of the showers, and only partial hot water in the other. One of the showers rarely provided water at all.

I stayed with my son and two adult friends, and we had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was great to be able to walk to the nearby beaches because my son loves the surf. We used the grill and found everything in order. We appreciated Laly’s availability even though we did not really require anything. The community at LV is friendly, and it was great to take a dip in the pool after the beach. Would stay again-love Rincon!

This was a great place to stay the location is perfect! Walking distance to good surf breaks and bars/restaurants. The place was nothing fancy but for the price it was perfect we will be back.

Great beautiful and peaceful place! Beach was at walking distance as explained and Restaurants as well. Everything was as explained by Jennifer. She was available and responsive, had no problems communicating with her. Will certainly consider the place for future vacations.

This place was super nice and clean. I needed more blankets and she sent someone to open the closets and give me what I needed. The AC inside the apartment during these past few hot days was amazing. I totally would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice experience in Rincon, PR.

This spot is much closer to the beach than expected which was really great! Great places to grab a coffee, lunch, dinner that are all walkable. Fun to watch the surfers!

Fun trip good location

Loved our stay with our 3 young children. Short walk to a beautiful beach! We walked there several times a day! Pool was quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and bars was a huge plus! Top deck was also nice on a breezy day! Look forward to coming back soon!

Just what we needed for our trip to Puerto Rico. Our boys surf, and the beach is a very short walk from the unit. Other surf & swimming beaches were close to drive to. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unit is not fancy and there's some wear & tear, but was perfect for us, as we felt comfortable having our boys and our nephew stay there and be their usual active selves;-). The roof balcony was awesome! We spent lots of our time up there; there was even a grill we used a few nights. Also, the extra bathroom & shower up there came in handy a few times. Great communiciation, even the property manager contacted us while we were there to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. We would like to return next year and will consider renting this unit again.

The townhouse was a good spot if you want to be close to Sandy’s. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and different breaks.
