Landing View 203 with private rooftop terrace

Great place for beach oriented and private family retreat!!

Rincon was beautiful. Loved the upstairs patio and hammock.

This is our second time staying at a property Jennifer manages. She and her team are always super responsive and great to work with. The location of the Landing View can’t be beat. This particular condo has an amazing roof deck and when we weren’t on the beach or adventuring - we were there. Kitchen is very well stocked too! Overall - a great place! Thank you!!!

This condo was great!

We loved staying here! Great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants. Felt very safe and secure. We loved the rooftop terrace and took many naps, read books, and even grilled up there. The bottom floor for sleeping was super quiet and peaceful. We loved it here and hope to be back again!

The Landing view accommodations are exactly what you would expect from a beach villa. Bedrooms in the basement, main floor has kitchen and spacious living space, top floor is a gorgeous rooftop balcony. What was amazing to me was all the amenities, washer/dryer, beach chairs, wagons, umbrella, beach toys and even snorkeling gear. The villa is walking distance to the beach and delicious restaurants. Also within a 10 min drive to the Rincón city center. I stayed here with my family and 2 kids aged 7 and 4. Definitely recommend, great spot and beautiful space.

This 3 story unit worked for the 4 of us. We didn’t use the top floor, the rain kept messing that area up. The 3 bedrooms were on the bottom floor. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the washer and dryer were great for drying towels and washing damp clothes. The condo had all the beach items we wanted. (Cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and floats). We were close enough to the beach to walk and there were a few restaurants. Sandy beach was our favorite beach, just below the condo. Far enough from town that we weren’t in the traffic and nightlife. You will need a car to get to town and the other beaches.

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s AirBnb. Very clean, great location, and overall comfortable stay. We look forward to returning.

Everything was as described in the listing. All utensils and pots and pans blenders wereavailable for any kind of cooking you would like to do. Everything from the beach from chairs to umbrellas. The rooftop was great with a refrigerator and a propane, barbecue grill.

Always wonderful! The rooftop is fantastic - comfortable high quality furniture and a grille. Great host and fast wifi, very enjoyable to work from this spot.

Our stay at Jennifer’s place was terrific. The condo unit is in a perfect location - a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, quiet, walkable (for miles) beach; a 10-minute walk to a few excellent breakfast and lunch spots (Java Jake’s and Jack’s Shack) and a 10-minute drive to the center of town. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed, including the cool rooftop patio which was a great place to hang out at night. Jennifer was very responsive whenever we had questions. We had a really great time in Rincón and would absolutely stay at Jennifer’s place again.

Great place! Looks just like the pictures! Would love for the other bedrooms to have mirrors. Great for a group of 6! Host was responsive.

Great rooftop view and lounging area. Many places to walk to for food and coffee. Beautiful beach just steps away. The area is very quaint and safe. Loved it!

Fantastic location and good surf break right out front. A couple nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The 2 extra half baths were great for our group of 6 and the rooftop terrace and furnishings are an amazing addition that really made our stay.

Great location and GREAT beach amenities available-coolers, chairs, etc. the rooftop really makes the space - fantastic for family dinners. The furniture setup and grille are awesome! Also, plenty of plates, bowls, and mugs which was much appreciated.
