This property is well equipped for all you will need to have a spectacular time in Rincón. The first bedroom has a full-size bed, the second bedroom contains a bunkbed with two twin-size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, and cooking basics. Parking: The property can accommodate two vehicles. Typically, one vehicle can park in driveway, outside of the garage, or in the garage if you prefer. If the grid power goes out, the Tesla battery and/or real-time solar energy (only during the day, and if it is sunny) will automatically provide back-up power to the home. However, you will not be able to run the AC’s throughout the night, and you should also refrain from cooking on the stove or using hot water, as all of those systems utilize a high amount of electric energy and will quickly drain the battery. The objective of the back-up system is to ensure that your basic needs are always covered, which include the refrigerator, lights, and fans.
