Very nice place, clean and not far from town.

Todo estaba impecable, fue perfecto para mi esposo y yo. El apartamento es cómodo y nos encantó. Definitivamente volveríamos!! Excelente lugar!!!

Un lugar muy acogedor, disfrute mis desayunos viendo el paisaje, la serenidad de la noche y la seguridad del lugar, el studio cuenta con lo necesario para una estadia estupenda!!!

Positive: El estudio bien límpio, un olor agradable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar un buen fin de semana. El lugar tranquilo. Negative: El lugar bastante retirado de la playa, y esta en la montaña, para personas que no conducen mucho por curvas y cuestas es un poco difícil.

Place was really nice and peaceful. Most of the places to visit on the westside are in between 10 to 30 minutes. The stay was fenomenal.

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt gut. Der Parkplatz war gut und auch der Check in war gut beschrieben. Das Zimmer an sich war relativ klein und es war schwierig zwei große Koffer unterzubringen, also eignet sich das Apartment eher für Reisende mit kleinerem Gepäck. Außerdem waren Gläser und das Kochgeschirr nicht sauber. Cool war, dass es einen Stuhl für den Strand gab, doch leider war der an der Seite kaputt, weshalb wir ihn nicht benutzten. Der Ventilator war auch praktisch, da es aus der Klimaanlage immer etwas gestunken hat, sodass wir sie nie lange an hatten. Es gab noch einen Ordner indem viele Empfehlungen für die Umgebung aufgeführt waren, was auch cool war. Das einzige war nur; dass kein Taxifahrer erreichbar war, als wir eins gewollt hätten - aber zum Glück hatten wir ja einen Mietwagen. Mit dem Auto konnte man vieles sehr gut erreichen. Highlight war natürlich der Billard Tisch. Alles in Allem würden wir es für kürzere Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Host was super friendly and helpful. Place was clean and stayed at an even temperature, the shade was appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place! The apartment was spotless and located just 10-15 minutes from everything like restaurants, local beaches, bars and downtown Rincon, making it easy to get around. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Perfect for 2 people. Jennifer was very communicative and offered great local recommendations. This was our fourth time in Rincon and we absolutely love it here! Would definitely stay here again!

El lugar es tranquilo y centrico. Lo recomiendo.

Jennifer was great and her recommendations were appreciated. The place had good instructions and was very clean plus great amenities. The only gripe is that for having such strict house rules I was woken up by who I believe to be the homeowners at 2am one night with yelling and shouting. I don’t believe it was the other guests, maybe I’m wrong. Either way, I did not feel inclined or comfortable to make a comment. It was probably a one-off thing.

El departamento es lindo y cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para comer y dormir. La zona es muy tranquila y lo mejor es su terraza!

Un gran lugar para quedarse 1 a 2 personas, tranquilo y privado. Muy buena ubicación a 10 minutos de playas, y restaurantes. Tiene estacionamiento, está limpio. Tienes una charca a minutos, te puedes conectar fácilmente con otros municipios. Recomendado 100%.

Un apartamento acogedor, muy práctico para días personas que quieran pasar un buen fin de semana. Es un área muy tranquila.

Would stay here again! Jennifer was responsive and the place was as described. Perfect size for one person but no more than 2. I felt very safe here!

Great place to stay! Very peaceful. The only issue was finding the place initially but after it was found things were smooth. You have to take a turn down a steep road to get to the airbnb.

It has been a pleasure staying here! The quiteness of the area and beautiful lush surroundings were very relaxing. It was easy access to restaurants and beaches were wonderful. The apartment itself was very cozy and in pristine shape. The amenities provided were full and complete. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to get away from it all just like I did.

The place was as described & very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed and the bathroom is really nice! A bit hard to figure out where the entrance is, maybe a bit clearer instruction on that would be good. Unfortunately since in most Puerto Rican homes there are not real windows you can hear everything going on outside. Neighbours were loud sometimes, even at night. Overall it was perfect for my stay and I would come again.

La casa está muy bien, es pequeña y acogedora, tiene todo lo que necesitas, la cocina está muy bien equipada . - lo único que el sitio es algo complicado de encontrar pero Jennifer tiene unos vecinos muy agradable que me ayudaron e incluso me recomendaron sitios para comer comida PR fresca y tradicional: Calveche(creo que se llama así) es uno muy bueno. También muy importante alquilar coche ya que el transporte no es muy bueno. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias

Nos encantó y sentimos como en casa.. un lugar tranquilo, cómodo, limpio y bueno para despejar la mente. Se puede cocinar sin problema alguno, los utensilios que brindan están en perfectas condiciones, incluyendo nevera y estufa. Además todo queda cerca, supermercados, playas, restaurantes… volveríamos sin duda alguna.

I loved this Airbnb, definitely will stay there again! There was dishes for us to use, the AC kept us cool, pool table and patio with a great view. Location also was close to many beaches!

Great place to stay! 10 min drive from Rincón and 20-25 min from the airport! Just bring some ear plugs for the night! They’ll help with animals sounds at night! Great place! The pool table was amazing too! 🎱

I enjoyed my stay overall but the night before leaving we got surprised at 2:37 am by someone opening the door to the studio. Turns out the keypad number is the same on both studios and anyone can open the door from the outside because the second door handle the lock doesn’t work from the outside

Great host on a great town

Beautiful location. Placed in a quiet location besides a cute and silly dog who holds guard for the neighbors home. If you want a convenient price and place near great restaurants with breathtaking views of the ocean this is the place to go!

It was great, very comfortable! Definitely clear instructions on how to get in and for check out as well. Had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to play pool too. Only thing was when I reached out and had a question I never got a response back but maybe she was just very busy it’s understandable.

nice spot! There is another air bnb right next door with other people sometimes but AC Works with a comfortable bed / studio type thing. Couldn’t ask for more for the price. Pool table is cool addition as well. Had a friend break the faucet in the bathroom on accident and they charged for it but other than that I had a great stay.

Positive: The room was comfortable for a couple. It can use a few hooks to hang up your jackets that the only that's I would add to the room by the mirror. Negative: That it was not walking distance from the beach.

Fue un buen lugar para quedarnos. Somos mi esposo y yo así que el espacio era perfecto para nosotros dos. El cuarto estaba súper limpio. La comunicación con Jennifer fue rápida. Lamentablemente sufrimos un accidente de vehículo el cual acortó nuestra estadía pero esperamos regresar en otro momento.

Very nice place. Easy to check-in/check-out. Perfectly clean. Getting there from San Juan was a little confusing since the GPS lead us to Rd 411 from north to south and instructions were south to north from Rd 115. Anyway, I would come again and recommend it to friends. Excellent communication all the time.

Very nice place to stay. Don’t expect a lot of room inside, given that it’s a studio. But it’s a very nice place to stay when in Rincón.

We enjoyed our stay with access to the kitchen and pool table. The place was very clean with private parking spots. The bathroom was very nice. I liked the activity book that the host put together. I wish the amenities were more accurate. We brought some items to cook but the listing did not have oil, salt or pepper as described. If we had known, we would have purchased those items before arriving. The place also has a coffee pot pictured, but no coffee. Be sure to purchase these items before you arrive. The noise didn’t bother us but those who are sensitive should bring earplugs.

La fenêtre de la pièce donne dans un garage, donc pas de lumière naturelle et il y a des bruits qui viennent du garage. Le matin, vers 9h, des ouvriers sont venus et on fait des travaux… Sinon, la chambre est très propre et bien équipée et la communication avec l’hôte est bonne

Becareful with locals

El apartamento es justo lo que necesitas para una estadía corta en pareja. A minutos del pueblo donde hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para pasarla bien.

Buen lugar deben dar mejor explicación de lo que es el estudio, reglas que no se mencionaban en las instrucciones antes de ir, tarifa de limpieza que quieren comprarte aparte ! pero pa lo que es es bastante considerable.

The place was very clean, the check-in was perfect, the instructions were easy to follow, and all the info you needed was there. The host is helpful and always communicating. A guide to Rincon was available in the room, with things to do, places to eat, etc. Everything looked exactly like the photos.

We enjoyed the Studio and perks. Nice location to see a lot of the beaches and close to down town and Mayagüez. Only issue was that it was loud at night and early morning with either neighbors or traffic. We were awakes early each morning by either or. Sometimes the AC and wifi would not work either. Everything else was great!

De los pocos lugares de alojamiento oeste con alto grado de responsabilidad, limpieza, facilidades y estética. Soy cocinero y pude desarrollar una cena a la altura de cualquier cocina regular. Extremadamente tranquilo y pacifico. 100% recomendable.

Jennifer's Airbnb was a last minute same day booking but she was great to communicate with, super responsive. This area of Puerto Rico is in the mountains so the roads are tricky and narrow but her instructions were clear, just a heads up for the drivers. The space was a cute studio space as described. Everything was neat, clean, had a lovely bathroom and access to netflix :) Sad we didnt get to use the pool table since it was just for the night. Would love to come back when I return on this side of the island, thanks for hosting us!!
