Green Mountain Studio Unit 1

Fantastic place to stay in Rincón at a great value Positive: I loved the location, the setup of the studio and how clean it was! It was great for a solo traveler like myself to stay and enjoy Rincón for a few days. If returning to Rincón, I would definitely stay here again! The host provided detailed directions and I had no problem finding it. It is a quiet place with only the sounds of the forest, and the neighbors who live in the building are friendly. Negative: I have no complaints.

Para llegar al lugar, recomiendo que se salten la ruta de la carr 412, hay muchas curvas y caminos incomodos . Manejen todo el tiempo por la PR-2, entran por la PR 419 y luego conectan con la PR-411. El lugar es tranquilo y al seguir la carr PR 411 llegas a la costa en menos de 10 minutos. En esa zona encontrarás gasolinera, farmacia, panaderias, supermercados y otros lugares de interés. El alojamiento está en zona tranquila, aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, hay abanico, cafetera, toallas, y todas las amenidades que menciona la anfitriona. La pasé muy rico con mi pareja en este alojamiento.

Definitivamente vale el precio, el sitio fue en el monte pero nos dio la experiencia que queríamos!

Everything was just like the picture the location was a little bit confusing but with Jennifer’s help we were able to locate it easily, She was very active with communicating.

Relaxing and nice stay in the mountain above Rincón Positive: I liked the sounds of the birds and rooster in the morning. The AC was great and was a nice place away from all the people. Negative: A dog was barking all night when I arrived and it was difficult to find based on the address in the hotels.com app. I would change the address in hotels.com to just search the name of the place. iPhone maps recognized that more than the property address.

Excelente opción, precio y valor… Positive: Excelente ubicación, cerca de la vía principal y cerca de la playa. La habitación sumamente cómoda y limpia. Negative: Deberían eliminar el tubo del medio que están en el estacionamiento, ya que queda en el punto ciego.

This place was amazing

Loved the property, it’s amenities, the views. Positive: The view from the balcony, the pool table, the neighbors, the space has a kitchen/full fridge/microwave, bathroom had beach amenities. Has a parking space. Keypad check-in. Guidebook/guidelines binder is in the room. Negative: Hard to find a reliable taxi service in this area. Must have a rental car.

This is our second time staying here. We love the place and the location in Rincon PR. Very well recommended.

This place was spotless which o completely loved and when the power was off on the whole island we still had power because of the generator which was great accomodations. The only thing I would change is that in the morning the shower water doesn't get hot only at night you can take a hot shower.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was clean and the host was super communicative. Just a short drive to all the beaches and restaurants! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and beautiful setting!

The property was wonderful and so comfortable. It was a perfect location just a short drive to downtown. We had everything we needed. And we’re in a great location to drive to other towns close by for day trip adventures.

Second stay here. Clean, quiet and reasonably priced

We had a nice day, but it was hard to get to. The neighbors were a bit noisy as well. But the amenities were super clean. The studio apartment is super nice. It was also nice to be able to play pool. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Loved our stay here!! Jennifer was a great host, had local recommendations and was proactive in getting us the info we needed. I feel very happy with what we got for what we paid, you do need a car for here, as it’s about a 10-15 minute drive into the main rincon areas but it’s a pretty one. Exactly what we needed/wanted for our stay this trip. It’s not overly fancy and pricey but it’s comfortable, clean, and has the amenities we wanted in a place to stay. Very happy

Very nice location. The billard is in excellent condition, my boyfriend and I loved playing every chance we got. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean when we arrived.

La recomendaría y personalmente volvería a reservar las instalaciones. Positive: Tan pronto llegamos nos dimos cuenta de lo inmaculado que estaba en términos de limpieza. Estaba accesible a todo y con todo cerca. Un lugar compacto y súper cómodo, todo al alcance de 10 o 15 pasos. Negative: No hubo quejas.

Internet stopped working after one day there. Host told me that she was checking then nothing. No internet for the next 4 days. Extremely noisy. The studio was very clean and everything looked new.

The place had a home feel to it. Small yet comfortable. Jennifer the host was very easy to communicate with. The location itself was a bit hard to find at first. I recommend driving there earlier in the day and dropping the location pin on your iPhone to help find your way back if you decide to explore. Overall my experience was great !

Peaceful place to stay in the mountains and very clean. Good neighborhood

I enjoy the town. The bed was difficult to sleep in. The mattress was very thin and you can actually feel the springs. Every morning I woke up with body pain. Mosquito's bit us while we slept. Would recommend owner to put a net around the bed and a better mattress. Other than that, it was a pretty nice location.

All in all pretty good Airbnb; host is responsive and polite, place is relatively clean and the host offers a lot of extras that are helpful (beach chair, cooler etc). We enjoyed our stay!
