Downtown Studio Walkable to Town and Beach

I was surprised by how close the place was to the Rincon Plaza. It was super cozy, clean and surroundings were peaceful! 100% worth what was paid✨

Me alojé en este Airbnb en Rincón y fue una excelente experiencia. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. El host fue extremadamente atento y amable, asegurándose de que no me faltara nada. La ubicación es ideal, especialmente si quieres ir a la playa o visitar el centro de Rincón. Definitivamente volveré en mi próxima visita.

This place is very clean, and well stocked. The 2 beach chairs are a very good touch. Crashboat beach is like 35 mins away and Playa Buye less than hour. Only thing was a lot of these months kept getting in through a window that wasn’t closing all the way and a giant puddle of water appeared after a rainy day.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de playas y restaurantes. Lugar muy bonito, limpio y tal como muestran las fotos. Recomendado.

I really loved the location and how close it was to the town square. The place met all our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

The suite was very clean, we had a water issue and the host was very responsive and refunded our fees for the inconvenience. The way they decided to handle the situation with the refund and willingness to work with us it merits a great review. I sure will use them in the future.

Very clean, great stay, had what I needed, friendly and responsive owner and manager. My only knock is the water pressure in the shower. It wasn't good and that's a bit tough when you're covered in salt and sunscreen from surfing. Would stay here again if the shower was better!

I had a perfect stay at Jennifer and Christian's studio! Clean, easy-to-find studio that looks just like the photos and the location is great. Just a short walk to downtown Rincon, and a short drive to several surf spots. Would happily stay again!

Perfect stay for a get away in Rincon. Clean, spacious, and good location with parking spot included. The host graciously provided beach chairs and towels which elevated our experience. Side note: Use local cab services if you need to get anywhere further than the town but it is truly walkable to town just be careful walking on side of the road especially at night as roads are tight and dark and cars tend to drive fast. Would certainly stay there again!

The location of this Airbnb was absolutely perfect … close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beach. The space itself has great potential as it seems newly renovated. However, it was clear the place had been cleaned before we got there but sat unused… so there was some dust, cobwebs and dead bugs on the ground in several spots. I am a clean freak so I do notice these things. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, the bedding was comfortable and clean and the hosts were friendly and informative.

Alojamiento es fácil de llegar, muy bonito, muy organizado, limpio, moderno, tranquilo, esta localizado a pasos de la plaza pública , de coffee shop , de diferentes restaurantes , y bares para pasar una perfecta velada. El anfitrión (Miguel) nos recibió muy amable y nos ayudó con el check in. Muy complacida con la estadía. recomendado al 💯. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

El lugar es perfecto y comodo y super centrico para cualquier area que quieras ir de Rincon. La cama es super comoda, todo super clean volveria a quedarme definitivamente.
