Negative: Se fue el servicio de electricidad y el generador no se activo, y no llego el tecnico de servicio.. Afortunadamente regreso la energia electrica antes de que fuera de noche. Tambien deben prestar atencion y y verificar los controles pues aparentemente estan fallando para encender los abanicos de techo y las unidades de aire

Beautiful common area specially the three balconies and pool area. Very comfortable rooms the neighborhood was super private and peaceful. It’s great for big groups that wanna gather in the common areas. The host was super responsive and proactive. Also great view and close to town! Loved it!

Foun roaches in multiple areas around the home and bugs are coming in underneath the doors even when fully closed. Other than that the house and area were beautiful

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. El lugar estaba súper limpio, espacioso y exactamente como se veía en las fotos. La piscina fue de nuestras partes favoritas, y la vista es simplemente impresionante. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse, pero a la vez está cerca de todo y es muy accesible. También nos gustó mucho que tuviera estacionamiento. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí y lo recomendamos 100%.

The property is amazing. The location is perfect with a perfect view and very close to the beach. We love that every bedroom has a private bathroom. Jennifer is an excellent host.

Great place

Absolutely perfect place to stay while in Rincón! We loved being able to walk down the hill to the beach. On the days when the water was too rough to swim, it was fun to watch the surfers and take in the view. Walking distance to a bunch of places to eat or grab a coffee and a quick drive to many other places to explore. The pool was amazing, house was spacious with everything we needed. We hope to come back someday!

We loved this place. It’s on our stay again list. The pool is great. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to rincon centro. No complaints. Although for some reason didn’t get the actual house number with the address. Only suggestion. And maybe a volume control for the roosters and coquis :). Thanks for opening your place up!

Large clean home with lush surroundings and private pool. Comfortable rooms, open gathering spaces and perfect for a group to enjoy Puntas and downtown Rincon. Great spot for anyone renting a car since a gated parking area can fit at least two to three cars. The beach and some local restaurants/bars are walking distance but be prepared for the 10 minute walk uphill when returning back to the house. Host was quick to respond and provided clear instructions as well as local recommendations. Overall, would highly recommend!

We had such a great time at Jennifer’s Airbnb. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. No complaints. The pool was great. Full kitchen. Every room had their own bathroom. She was responsive. An excellent spot for larger group! The only thing that caught us off guard was that the two-bed bedroom rooms are their own bottom level unit with kitchen. Split the group up a bit at times, but it does allow for more space and privacy! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this house!! The pool is so perfect to hang in after a day at the beach. We loved the location and walked the half mile to Jakes Java every morning but definitely be warned there is an UPHILL coming home lol. The parking for 4 cars is tight but doable. The host was great with giving codes for access ahead of time. Had spices and basic things for cooking provided. Has a great giant living space for everyone to eat and hang together. All 5 rooms really do have an en-suite full bathroom (I legit thought this was too good to be true to believe the listing!). Overall we were VERY happy with our stay!!

Loved our stay

This property was perfect for our family of 11 with plenty of beds, bathrooms and room to spread out. The pool was perfect for the kids at the end of each day and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Having a full kitchen x2 was great as we enjoyed our family meal times together. A gas grill would have been amazing, just a suggestion! We cannot wait to return to Rincon, this trip was a big success!

Kitchen is well stocked with kitchen appliances. Pool was very nice. The nearest beach is for surfers. But playa de la la was well worth the drive and The beach house restaurant is very close. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are in a separate dwelling on the third level balcony. If you rent a car I suggest getting a vehicle that isn’t low to the ground. They are very responsive to needs. Our water went out and they had it fixed quickly. Water pressure is low if more than one person tries to shower at a time. But that was the only negative if that’s really a concern. The home is safe with a gated entrance. Entire home is pretty. The outdoor view is beautiful!

We had a fantastic stay! It was an amazing place and a perfect location.

This property was big enough for our large family of 10 . The property manager was very good with her responses to our needs . We definitely will recommend this house to a large family.

Due to an Island wide power outage, and limited fuel for the generator, due to high demand, we were not able to stay at the property. Jennifer the property manager was very diligent and communication was immediate. They also processed the refund quickly. The house looked wonderful and Rincón is such a fun area, we hopemaybe in the future staying here.

The house looks good, but looks can be deceiving. We lost power at least twice during our stay. Over 48 hours of no power. You are reminded how nice air conditioning is to sleep, to keep food, keep a phone charged, and be able to make coffee. I read a few reviews about a shower head breaking, a cold shower and Being locked in a bathroom. It was not good to assume for the price of the rental these items were fixed. There was nothing done with fixing these issues. I would like a refund. All you get out of the high dollar you pay are good looks of a house. Nothing but looks.

Perfect home for a family trip, nice location!

The house worked great for the 2 families that stayed there. There was essentially 2 different houses so one family stayed in the lower level and the other stayed in the upper. If kids were a little older the downstairs apartment would be perfect for them alone. The pool was amazing and super great to relax in after visiting the various beaches around town. Many different beaches nearby that were just a few minute drive to get there. Great experience. Would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is three levels with five bedrooms and a bathroom in each level. We were a group of nine with five teenagers and everyone had space. We loved the pool and the decks. We ate outside every night and we enjoyed the hammocks. It is a 6-8 min walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants and bars in walking distance. There are also safe routes to walk if you want to exercise with some good hills!

The place was beautiful and the location was great. It is just a walk down the hill to beaches and great restaurant with live music.

Dos Culebras is a lovely property. Large and spacious, but also very comfy. Jennifer was a great host, quick to respond if we needed anything. Only wish we had booked for 2 weeks!! None of us were ready to leave.

Stay was great, no complaints until after was hit with unexpected fees for dirty towels that could have been washed to remove (light dirt and sand). Was told on exit to just start dish washer, and washing towels was not apart of exiting instructions, you should wash towels upon exit.

First with all the positive things…Home is exceptionally spacious and accommodated our group of 12. Check in was easy as we arrived around 11pm. Kids loved the pool and the views, especially from the second story hammock. There were extras like 2coolers and 2 beach chairs that we enjoyed. The lizards are fun to watch in the trees and around the yard. I was not planning to leave any negative review, but instead just message host and suggest or inform of some things that we noticed or experienced. However, my personal message to the host did not receive a response and we are being charged $85 for damaged sheet, a hand towel and 2 washcloths. The hand towel and washcloth had to be used in the kitchen as it was not well stocked with kitchen linens. Kitchen also has broken cabinets, No vacuum, no rags or cleaning products. Clogged and clunky washer/dryer. Clogged drain in MB. Manual generator, and patio door does not stay closed. They are minimal problems but need attention.

Stay was great. She was very responsive at all times. Did not give 5 stars because the gas to the main floor stove ran out in the middle of our cooking and had to run everything downstairs to be finished. It was inconvenient and wish they had prepared better. But was not a huge issue since we were able to use the second kitchen. She also charged a fee for “a dirty/damaged” towel and a “damaged” pillow case. Both of which could come off with proper washing as it wasn’t a huge “stain.” But when you use pool towels for pool and beach it is bound to happen so it was just annoying to deal with that. The stay was awesome tho. Would stay again and recommend.

Great location- nice bedrooms and house . We could have used dish towels for kitchen- and more bath towels - overall very pleased. The owner was very responsive and brought us batteries for fan remote and gave us many selections for things to see and do.

Great location and wonderful property!

Starting with the good: This VRBO listing is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. It is spacious and can accommodate a large family. It is a 10 min walk to the beach (downhill), or a 20 min walk back (steep uphill). The not so good: Our major issue during this stay was the lack of maintenance on the house. First, two guests were electrocuted when trying to turn the pool lights on outside. The circuit box was exposed the air. The pool was then unsafe to use until the electrician arrived two days later. There is also inconsistent water temperature, and everyone's shower was fairly unpleasant. One shower head fell off while a guest was taking a shower, which had to be repaired. One of the bedroom's in the lower units AC unit stopped working, which also took time to repair. Overall, the house is in need of a major refresh -- it's missing basic kitchen accessories, the toilet paper holders are all rusted out, some of the drawers in the bedrooms contain miscellaneous construction materials, and the pool could really use a deep clean/power wash. While management did address the issues eventually, I was honestly expecting more paying $4k+ for a week. The management company offered no reimbursements for the inconveniences. There is a clear difference when a VRBO listing is run by such a company, or in contrast a family. Not sure I could recommend this property until these issues are fixed.

We had an awesome surf trip and the Jennifer’s house was a great place to come back to every day.

The property was great for large groups, with plenty of rooms and a beautiful surrounding area. While it’s not beachfront, Sandy Beach is about a 7-8 minute walk downhill. The upper level of the house is spacious and comfortable, though the downstairs apartment could use some updates. The pool and the sloped backyard were nice additions, and the neighbors were friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Really nice house for a big group with ample parking for 4 cars. The house was well equipped if you want to cook or grill by the pool and is close to a lot of places in town if you want to go out. They provide beach towels, chairs and coolers and the host also suggested things to do around the area. It’s nice that there were living areas on each floor so that teenagers could sleep and hang out downstairs and adults in the main floor. We drove to the beach because the walk is not that easy down the narrow road, but by car it’s really close by and there are several beaches to choose close by. Be aware that if you’re coming with older adults there are stairs to the bedrooms and no railing to hold onto that could be dangerous if someone slips. Had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Dos Culebras was the perfect place for our group of 12 people. It is very spacious and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and close to beaches and restaurants. The pool is great.

We came as a group of 10 couldn’t have been a better property. Beautiful views, surrounded by green lush foliage and a refreshing pool. Accommodations were great and we loved walking the neighborhood and to the beach every day. Thanks for providing such a great property to relax after a day at the beach or exploring!

We had a great time at the property and in the town It should be noted that the house has lots stairs. The host should consider installing ledges (pasamanos) to improve safety. Not having them made moving inside the house a little difficult and unsafe for some of us. Also, the house wasn’t ready at check in time. Our reservation had a check in time at 3pm. Apparently the host had planned to change that to 4pm but didn’t communicate that to us. We were there waiting for about 40 minutes.

Dos Culebras was a great setting for our family reunion. The house is spacious, with great balconies, AC, lots of parking space and a wonderful pool and view. I liked that each room had its own bathroom. I would highly recommend it.

Had a great time in Jennifer's Airbnb. It was a perfect set-up for our group. The place is much bigger than the photos show (very comfortable for 9). The views of the ocean are great, especially with the direct sunset view in the evening. And the pool is a great addition. It was only an 8min walk to the beach so we didn't find ourselves driving much while we were there.

This house was beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 9. The owner were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Our girls had so much fun in the pool.

La casa fue más grande de lo que pensé y vi en las fotos. Súper cómoda para mi grupo de 11 personas, teniendo 3 parejas de matrimonios. El espacio estaba limpio con todas las amenidades disponible. Un poco de olor a humedad al llegar pero se fue rápido. Excelente ubicación, bien cercano a playa, restaurantes y supermercado.

We chose Puerto Rico because no one had been there yet. We chose Rincon for the beaches & fishing. We were not disappointed. This house had everything we needed & wanted. Lots of space so we could spread out if we needed, quiet areas for the baby to nap uninterrupted was a bonus. The available pack-n-play was perfect for him too. The 3 year old loved her early morning swims. Nice beach just 2 min drive down the road. We found great food choices for take out. The grocery store is close & had all we needed to make homemade fish tacos & poke bowls with the catch from 2 fishing trips. Our only surprise was the narrow, curvy streets which made for interesting driving. Great place to stay, we hope to return again for another fun week!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for both our families, with plenty of space for everyone. The location is close to everything we needed/wanted. (Beaches, downtown, stores etc.) The pool was amazing and the outside decks with tables and seats made meals and coffee more relaxing.

Rented this home for my husbands family vacation. We were so pleased with the house, how lovely it was, and the convenient location to some of our favorite beaches and fun Rincon nightlife. The outdoor spaces were so nice for relaxing in the quiet area and watching the sunsets, and the kitchen and living room was substantial enough to use for our larger group. The host way easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Great place for our family ! loved the two porches off the back. Also loved how the pool was private. I would stay again if I have a large group going forward.

The plumbing needs work in most of the house, but the location, spaciousness and the pool were great.

Our group of 11 had a fantastic stay at Jennifer's house. The main house is modern, very spacious and the pool area is definitely a highlight. The kitchen was well equipped and the space shared with the family room is large enough for everyone to space around and create family moments. We did loose power on our first night and the generator did not kick in. Jennifer responded right away with help. We managed to manually operate the generator and it continued working until power was restored. Great balconies and views. Overall a great place to stay with a large group while visiting Rincon.

We had a great family time. The location, facilities view and amenities were great. Plenty of space, and the pool was the highlight of the visit. Very convenient location closed to multiple beaches. A great place to expend time with family.

Beautiful and spacious home w/ marvelous views. Has an electric gate and feels secure. Now to the down sides of my stay (note: I was with 10 other guests): The area is prone to frequent loss of power, which we experienced for about 12 hrs on day 2 of our stay. The home has it's own power generator, which kicked in fairly fast. However, on day 3 as some of us were out on the town, the house lost power again. This time the generator did not kicked in. I attempted to notify the host several times via AirBnB email, phone call w/voice mail, and through text, to no avail. When I got "home" the gate would not operate w/o electric power. I had to jump a 6 ft. fence, and manually crank the gate open. I then tinkered with the generator until it started; never got a call back nor an answer to the emails about the issue. Power returned about 4-5 hrs. later. Day 3: Used washer but it stopped in middle of wash, didn't rinse nor spin (finish by hand); dryer didn't dry more than 10 mins.

El alojamiento es Percecto para pasar unos días tranquilos rodeados de naturaleza. Es extremadamente cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitarás. Mi familia y yo pasamos un fin de semana espectacular! Gracias. Definitivamente volveremos!

Excelente casa, muy cómoda.. Supero mis expectativas. Jenifer muy accesible con la comunicación. Y muy cómodo la llegada y cerca de todo. Nos encanto y definitivamente volveria. Para mi familia fue la mejor casa que hemos ido de vacaciones .

Lo bueno: Localización, piscina y bien comodo. Lo malo: grave problema de electricidad por lo cual las luces bajan de intensidad, tampoco pudimos usar los microondas, el horno y las neveras enfriaban muy poco. La iluminación en las terrazas no existe por lo cual nunca pudimos usarlas en la noche. La piscina deberia tener mas iluminación tambien.
