The beach won us over after traveling to different beaches that were crowded this was very convenient. The binder helps a lot with all the recommendations. You should add Diana Gonzalez for hair needs she was excellent and near by which was perfect. We recommend this location .

The place is in a great location. I enjoyed coffee on the deck and listening to the ocean. However it is not set up for a stay more than a few days. The cheap plastic glasses still had stickers stuck on them. The 2 small plastic bowls were stained. The cooktop burns everything. The floor was dirty and there is no rug to wipe your feet on the way in. I spent an enormous amount of money to stay for 2 and half weeks and was very careful with their lovely space, so it was a shock when they charged me for a dirt stain they claim I left the quilt.

Can’t beat the location. The suite is behind a larger home but has a great view NW of the ocean. Their shared compound overlooks a lovely beach strand perfect for semi-private swimming each morning. Easy 1 km walk to Rincon town— a gem with many restaurants and amenities, and well-stocked liquor and grocery stores with quality products are even closer.

The best thing about this studio is the location, just steps away from the beach with ocean view from the balcony and near the town center of Rincón. The bed is comfortable and has an equipped kitchen. In general it looks like the pictures. The bathroom is small and hot water runs on a solar water heater, which for us some days wasn’t warm enough. Overall it was a good experience.

Lovely place and location!

This is the second time that we’ve stayed here, and it is just a little slice of Heaven in Rincon. You can enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset from your little perch upstairs, or you can access the beach which is just a few steps away. It has a great AC, and everything thing that you need for your stay. The host is always attentive and communicates well. We’ll definitely be back.

Charming studio, I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was like our own little love nest with an awesome view, beach access and quiet neighborhood. And, the host was very engaging and was available to provide information when. needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Very nice place in a great location. Incredible sunsets. So nice to be able to see the water and jump in for a swim at any time. Quiet yet very walkable to town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed on the second floor which is just steps to the beach with has a view of the Caribbean from the deck and most windows. The beach has very small waves so is great for relaxing as many beaches are not swimmable due to rocks, reefs and large waves, so having a chill beach was a huge plus. The unit is newly renovated so was in good shape. There is private parking and the location is quiet. It was a good stay. The host was very responsive. My only criticism is the lack of truly hot water due to the solar system, but I believe this is common in PR since hurricane Maria. I recommend it.

Great location with a view of the ocean right from the deck. Also easy access to the beach. The dwelling is a short, 15 minute walk from the town center. There are several great beaches in the Rincon area, and Playa Dona Lala is a 5 minute walk up the beach to the north of the dwelling. We had a great night out in front of Co.lectivo and Rincon Beer Company where there was some amazing live music.

Cute, super convenient little place at an amazing location. I would definitely stay here again.
