Can’t beat the location! My mom and I enjoyed our stay here! Host was always responsive with any question I had. I would stay here again.

I was surprised how skimpy the kitchen supplies were. Only one sharp knife, (actually dull) no strainer, one dish towel (no replacement, in more than 2wks) sink pipes came unhooked and flooded the kitchen, twice. The plumber had to come back. We had to use some of our towels to clean up the flood. We only had one bath towel (each ) no replacements for more than a 2week stay. No shampoo, no conditioner, a bar of soap that was 1x2 inches. It lasted 3days. No hooks or towel racks to hang a towel in the bathroom. The veneer floors were were to short for the size of the room & many of them were buckled (Especially on the deck, outside) constant trip hazard. We bought our own toilet paper, paper towels hooks , garbage bags, shampoo soap and rope to hang up towels. I was also confused about the sign that read “ Do Not throw toilet paper in the toilet “ Where are you supposed to put it, when you are using the toilet? The access to the beach was a plus and the yard with lawn chairs was nice

The place was beautiful - the porch was amazing - the beach is literally steps away and it was very close to downtown Rincon. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay with our family!!

The host was very responsive and offered suggestions in the area and island. Positive: There is so much to love about this property! The location is perfect with beach access directly to the ocean. We loved the outdoor space on the balcony and yard. We had the perfect sunset spot every night. Inside was comfortable and clean & worked well for our family of 4! Negative: Nothing negative to say about the place

We really enjoyed being located right on the beach and being able to swim and walk the beach right from the property. There were stores and restaurants just a short walk from the house as well. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked fine for us during our stay.

Great stay overall. The pictures don’t do it justice! The house is beautiful with an amazing view of a perfect, quiet beach. The location was great, very close to town. The A/C worked great. We did lose power one night but were able to get the generator working, which was great to have as a backup. Hosts had good communication. For improvements, I would suggest more towels accessible for a beach house with 4 people staying 5 days. A couple of the hand towels seemed dirty upon arrival. We loved the outdoor shower — the pressure and temperature were actually better than inside. The pillows could use an update, but these were minor inconveniences. Overall AMAZING stay, we will definitely be back.

The house was gorgeous and the location was prime! The back door had problems latching and the kitchen bowls were left dirty from previous guest. Other than that - the stay was amazing!

The location was absolutely lovely, directly on the water. Jennifer was fine in her communication. We were disappointed in the house furnishings. The beds were as hard as wooden boards and there was limited lighting, side tables and seats. There was a small couch and a table with four chairs for sitting. The kitchen lacked glasses, dishes and plates. The apartment was for four, however there were only two small plastic glasses, two small juice glasses. We also expect at least some cleaning tools and supplies. We had one handiwipe, and old sponge and some watered down dawn dish detergent. The lovely front porch had a table and chairs and porch furniture without pillows until the 5th day out our 9 day stay. Could have been a 5 star apartment. We won’t stay there again.

If you’re looking for a gorgeous sunset view and great outdoor space, this could be your spot! The neighborhood is quiet and a quick walk to town and other spots to dine as well as the grocery.Unfortunately, for all of the careful attention given to decor in the home, not nearly as much care has been given to the basics. The kitchen lacked even the norms in a str like salt, pepper, sweetener or vinegar/oil. There are no bowls, not one, for cereal, etc. We were only two so the 5 mismatched plastic cups sufficed, but wouldn’t have for a party of 4. There were beach towels and two camp chairs but no other beach amenities such as an umbrella or a cooler. None was advertised but is pretty standard for a beach house on an island.That said, the management is very responsive. The generator didn’t work when the power went out and they were quick to send someone within a couple of hours.

Beautiful location and home. Enjoyed the beach and sunsets. Kitchen is minimal but adequate. Walk downtown is easy. Beds are firm but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

What a view! It was amazing falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night, and the space is very clean! We spent most of our time on the deck, and met some very kind other guests in the shared grass space right in front of the ocean! When the tide is low, you can swim right out front and grab a daiquiri at Villa Cofresi. The air conditioning in every room is a very nice touch!

The host communicated promptly and seemed very interested in us enjoying our stay but we had 2 issues that were never resolved. First, we never had working wifi during the whole trip even though all the neighbors did and second the AC units struggled to work effectively for more than a couple of hours, The mini-split systems have their external compressor portion tucked into the crawl space with no (I mean none) ventilation. So the heat builds in the crawl space until the units struggle and heat starts radiating up through the floor. It means all the bathrooms (and other rooms) have nice radiant heated floors, but that's not really desirable here. I can't reccomend staying here until they restore some ventilation to the crawl space. You can see in the current pictures that it's all boarded up.

We loved this cottage. The location is wonderful; close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet. The home is right on the water, which is so nice for evening walks on the sand. The back porch was inviting and allowed for our family to sit and enjoy the view, as well as the company. The bedrooms have AC, but there is no AC in the main living area. However, simply opening the windows and doors made it quite comfortable with the sea breeze and it wasn't an issue for us at all. The shower water temp never got really hot, but it was warm enough. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were quick to respond when we had any issues or questions. The surrounding area is really special. There's so much to see and do, beautiful beaches, tons of great restaurants, and the city center was lively and inviting. The locals and other tourists were always very friendly. We stayed in 3 different areas of the island during our trip, and we all felt that this area was our favorite! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the outdoor space and how close it was to restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable beach escape!

Great house right on the water! Great location. Clean and well equipped. Host was very responsive and helpful. Only downfall was there was NO hot water the whole time in the showers. Host explained that it was solar powered and may not get hot water at night, but we had none the whole time. Other than that great spot.

Such a beautiful location! The house was immaculate, right on the beach, comfortable and pretty well stocked. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, so perfect for two couples or a family. The town lost Internet, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great all around stay!

Overall, we had an alright stay. There were power outages in PR which was out of our host’s control. The host was responsive and provided us with local recommendations. If you are booking, it is good to know that the place behind also has access to the beach chairs out front. The ocean view is beautiful!

The location is perfect!! For us the best beach for swimming and kayaking in Rincón! The view and sunsets, spectacular!!! The terrace was SUPER NICE and the house decoration very pretty and cozy, everything new and comfortable. Excellent communication with the hosts any time needed. Highly recommended!

We had great time for five days at this beach house. Very comfortable and walkable to downtown and restaurants. We loved the big front porch!

We loved our stay, the absolute best part of the house was the back porch area that looked out to the ocean. We loved sitting outside and watching the ocean.

The Location is incredible and walkable to a delicious smoothie shop, fantastic coffee, cocktails and the most outstanding sushi! Waking up to the sound of waves is most breathtaking and having the beach access was such a treat as the water was so warm and refreshing. We used the deck all hours of the day. The cottage is truly perfect! The main part of the house does not have AC but We loved having the windows and the door open to the front deck. The AC in the bedrooms was spectacular and made it super comfy for sleeping! The outdoor shower came in very handy for rinsing off after being in the ocean. We also were in touch with the host for a few minor needs and they were so responsive and attentive! We would love to return for an extended stay and we were very grateful for this little gem!
