April 2025 1.50Loved Rincon, placed $ on another property 1 month, for next year, But not Danielas property. Positive: ocean and sunset, gate Negative: Walked into 100 degree house. A/C in bedrooms only No microwave, no washing machine (as advertised) Not given house that we were supposed to get. Asked for house on ocean not around back and had to walk around property to see it. No fans..had to keep A/c on high in bedrooms, and doors open to cool house Entire wall in diningroom without electricity, therefore to eat, or use table, had to keep lights on in bedrooms, could not use electric plug on wall. (agency advised) No ice cube trays 2 shelves broken in refridg. 26 days,, one laundry change. Shower curtain continued to slip off uneven wall.
