Todo muy bien.

La comunicación fue muy efectiva. Cuando llegue el complejo estaba sin luz, fuimos reubicados. Eso es un extra q nos encanto. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme.

El apartamento de Jennifer es un lugar hermoso, acogedor y cómodo. Me encantó la piscina y playa a pocos pasos. Realmente disfrutamos nuestro tiempo aquí. Gracias!!!! Volveremos!!!

Nos encantó el Apartamento, lo cual hizo de nuestra estadia una Espectacular. Esta ubicado en un área segura y tranquila. Es hermoso, extremadamente limpio, Cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Los aires funcionan perfectamente, las camas sumamente cómodas, una cocina espaciosa con enseres en excelentes condiciones. Y lo mejor de todo esta ubicado en el primer piso justo al frente de la piscina con una impresionante vista al mar. Quedamos encantados . Lo recomiendo 100%.

A great experience. The apartment is extremely comfortable. It has all the facilities to enjoy and relax. The place is quiet and safe. The host was always attentive to everything and is extremely friendly. I recommend it 100%. We will definitely stay again.

The location is excellent! This apartment is on the first floor and offers beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and pool right from the balcony — truly one of the highlights of our stay. The building has direct access to the beach, which is a big plus. While I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area extensively, having a car makes it easy to explore. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores nearby. For flexible travelers: If you’re up for a local experience, you’ll find vendors, live music, and happy hour events every Thursday at the Rincón Plaza downtown — a fun way to enjoy the culture and community. Overall: The apartment is amazing. The hosts are incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. :)

Un lugar perfecto para desconectarse.

Siempre espectacular, ya me he quedado tres veces y nunca me descepciona. Los mejores atardeceres y un lugar muy acogedor.

Es un lugar hermoso y tranquilo para pasar con la familia. Supero nuestras expectativas. Sobretodo mis suegros son americanos no habían tenido la oportunidad de visitar Rincón y quedaron impresionados y mencionaron que no tienen que envidiarle nada a otros pueblos o países. Al igual, ellos desean regresar. Muchas gracias por la grata experiencia.

Hermoso y cómodo alojamiento, todo accesible, perfecto para compartir en familia. Piscina a pasos del balcón y una hermosa playa para disfrutar los atardeceres. El sonido del mar es terapéutico. Definitivamente es un lugar para regresar.

El lugar con piscina es bonito, los de seguridad siempre estuvieron pendiente, nos tocó quedarnos para el apagón y pues realmente fue bien caluroso, pasamos la noche horrible 🤣😅 obviamente nos dieron la opción de devolvernos el dinero por que pues no tendríamos los servicios básicos, la dueña fue muy buena con nosotros, aún así decidimos quedarnos y la pasamos bien, por eso le doy 5 estrellas pq no tiene culpa de eso. A mis hijas les gustó mucho. Decidimos irnos a otra playa cercana (Black eagle beach) ya que la que está allí el oleaje es un poco fuerte. Sí, tiene ollas, utensilios, cafetera y todo lo que dice el anuncio.

Beach and pool at your doorstep, spacious and spotless apartment. The beach is sandy and nice to swim at, the pool is in the shade in the morning which we liked for our little one. There is even a wading pool which was a hit for us! Less than 10 min drive from Rincon city center. We loved staying here!

We loved the location as it has the pool at your door steps, beach right next door, walkable from the balcony of the appartment & beautiful views! The appartment was well organized, clean, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella & even beach toys for kids! Great extras for me were the beach toys, crayons & Playdough, my son enjoyed them!! Nice to have complementary shampoo, conditioner & bodywash in bathroom. There were several coffee & tea options which was great however the coffee machines are unusable. Rooms were well appointed but I do think the mattress are hard. Overall the place is great!!!

I’m happy with the stay. But I’m disappointed because the airbnb says that it includes all amenities, and towels for the beach, kitchen, bathroom, etc. And because they are dirty she wants me to pay $38 dollars. They are not damaged. I leave everything there. And If you don’t want the people that rent you’re apartment to uses this stuff don’t say in the airbnb includes everything and tell the people to bring their own stuff to the airbnb. I’m disappointed in that part. But the apartment is so pretty.

Excelente lugar, tal cual las fotos! Muy cómodo el apartamento, teniendo todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. Lugar tranquilo, con su piscina y lo mejor con el acceso a la playa. Cerca y accesible en auto a buenos restaurantes y plaza. Recomendado y espero volver pronto!

I absolutely loved this property! They only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. Once we figured out we needed to run the spin/drain cycle again before we were good to go. The kitchen provided EVERYTHING including pots and pans. I purchased a few before staying, since one review stated there weren’t any. That was not true for my stay. There were plenty. The beds were basic, but I prefer higher quality mattresses. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location. Beach is just steps away from the apartment, pool is literally outside the apartment. Very peaceful and quiet. Only thing I would say the kitchen could have more stuff, and the stuff it had they didn’t look very clean. Also I would recommend to have a screen door on the sliding door, we were cooking one of the days and literally in just a few seconds the apartment was full of flies!

The place is beautiful, a privileged view. Everything very clean and organized. The host is very attentive and responsive. I will stay again in the future.

This place met the expectations. It has direct access to the pool and to the beach which is very convenient. The parking assigned is conveniently close to the building entrance. The place was neat and clean and AC worked perfectly. The location is convenient too as it is close to places of interest (restaurants, supermarkets, fast foods, hang outs, etc). if you are planning on using the stove or cooking something keep in mind that there are no pots or pans available. The tv has no streaming service but you can cast videos with your device as there is wifi available. Host was responsive and corteous. We went with our kids for this trip, so the element that we most valued from this stay, is that we felt the place was secured and even though is was outside of the city it was still close to important places.
