Amazing! Positive: Great location and very close to the beach. The apartment was well equipped and had an under-the-sink water purification system, which I really appreciated since I prefer not to use plastic water bottles. It had everything my family and I needed for a comfortable stay. The place felt very safe and cozy. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Jennifer’s place for a few days and had a very comfortable stay. The beach right next to the property was not the cleanest this time of year (seaweed), but the host provided a list of beach recommendations including Playa Doña Lala which was perfect for us, and less than a 10 minute drive away. Not too crowded, very clean, and a few walkable food and drink options in that area. The beach chairs and towels were definitely appreciated also, and the rooftop pool was a plus. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the recommendations and responsiveness of the host.

Loved this place!

Casa Angelica was absolutely beautiful! Exactly as displayed by listing photos. The location can’t really get any better! Directly in front of Sandy beach and a VERY short walk to Pools beach for AMAZING sunsets (the walk back is super peaceful as well with the singing Coqui and lush greenery)!! Would 10000% book again! Of note: if you aren’t a Firm bed person, you may have a tough time. We didn’t sleep great, but naps on the beach in between surf sessions hit the spot!! Gracia, Jennifer!!

Great stay overall! The place was nice, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. The only thing we noticed was that some basic consumables were missing, such as sugar, creamer, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We mentioned it to them, so hopefully you will have everything for your stay. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Recommended 👍

I recently stayed at Casa Angelica Apt 202 in Rincón, PR. Hosted by the wonderful Jennifer, this modern 1-bedroom apartment is perfectly located just steps from the Sandy Beach—literally a quick walk to the sand. The place was impeccably clean, with fresh linens, spotless surfaces, and a bright, airy feel that made it feel like home right away. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and seamless—Jennifer provided clear instructions and was super responsive. When our flight was delayed and we needed a later arrival, she was very flexible and accommodating, which made all the difference after a long travel day. The convenient location can't be beat: close to great restaurants, shops, and the vibrant Rincon neighborhood, yet peaceful enough to unwind.

Comminicstion with the host was excellent and she responded to questions in a timely manner. The unit was pristine and in a perfect area fo rus! It is walking distance to beaches and restaurants. It was super-convenient knowing that there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as access to beach chairs. I would highly recommend Casa Angleica!

Me encantó la estancia, el alojamiento es cómodo y la ubicación es excelente: hay restaurantes cerca y la playa está a solo unos pasos. Es un lugar ideal para relajarse. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que el área sufre de bajo voltaje, lo cual causó algunos inconvenientes las primeras dos noches. Aun así, la experiencia en general fue positiva.

Casa Angelica was exactly as advertised. It was a brand new condo in a building with about 6 units total. The building has a rooftop pool that is nice to take a dip in but lacks a space to hang out. That would be the one negative I can think of. The unit was very clean with new everything - linens, towels, appliances, furniture. The condo is within walking distance to several great bars & restaurants and the wonderful Sandy Beach.

The suite was perfect for our needs and in a great location, during at domes and walkable restaurants with cool breeze. Laundry and pool was clutch. Spacious and the kitchen had basic essentials. We were provided a great umbrella beach chairs and an awesome cooler!!! Just note the area is known for lower outtages but a flash light and candles were handy. We were out all day so it was perfect. I would reccomend a jackery as a quick back up for the fan if and when the power goes out on a hot night and screens on the patio doors so you can open the doors and not worry about mosquitos to catch a breeze. However it didn’t spoil our trip. We had an amazing time!

This is a great Rincon Airbnb! Super clean, had everything we needed and close to restaurants, coffee shop and beaches. I will definitely stay here again.

Literally steps away from the beach and also so close to a few great restaurants & bars! Place was so clean, we really enjoyed staying there!

My partner and I really enjoyed this spot in Rincon. Was a really cozy, clean, spacious home in a peaceful location. Literally a two minute walk to sandy beach- and also a short walk to a hotel restaurant, rincon tee shirt shop, and a bar. About 5-8min drive to the surf break (Maria’s beach) and 10min to the main strip of town. From check in, to check out- everything was super smooth and easy going. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Jennifer!
