Casa Angelica 103 - Steps from Sandy Beach

Beautiful condo, very spacious and brightly lit. Huge kitchen. Rooftop pool was awesome for relaxing and watching the stars. In-unit laundry was great to refresh our clothes and have dry towels for days at the beach. Available beach equipment was excellent and made the stay much more enjoyable.

Spotless, comfortable, nicely decorated accommodation in a perfect location. Host was wonderful. At the time of our check in the area had no electricity. 24 hours later the host found us alternate accommodations but the electricity was returned so we stayed where we were and were very happy to do so since we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes and really likes the vibe of the Airbnb. This location is also only a few minutes drive to an amazing snorkeling beach and the fun downtown area of Rincon. We are very happy to have chosen this particular Airbnb.

First time in Rincon, and it definitely won’t be the last. This was genuinely one of my most favorite trips in Puerto Rico, and I will forever have this memory. The Air B and B was the Icing on the cake. Thank you!

Perfect in every way. Just be aware of the Rincon power outages. 2 episodes during our stay, they usually last less than 3 hours. No auxiliary power plant in the complex though.

Beautiful, clean space! Super easy instructions with a very easy walk to the beach and 2 great restaurants. Amazing guide for enjoying Rincon! Jennifer was super responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the AC (all fixed now!) - place was pristine and very comfortable!

Great stay right next to sandy beach! They included a lot of beach accessories we could use and the unit itself was stocked with everything we would need! We would definitely stay here again

The apartment was very relaxing, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. This was our second time in Rincon/Puntas and the Sandy Beach area is our favorite spot. We felt like we were in our own oasis and loved the laid back vibes and very short walk to the beach. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for.

Was a private place great for a couple

The place was perfect! Walking distant to a beautiful beach and a quick drive to great surfing, snorkeling and more!

I loved this spot. Specifically I loved the location and I loved the pool on the roof! There’s a delicious coffee place about 16 steps away and a beautiful horse right outside that perks up every time someone walks by. I had all the things I needed while staying here INCLUDING an ice cube tray which really made me smile. I would for sure stay here again!

Condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and in a fabulous location.

I would avoid this Airbnb at all costs! First of all the “host” has about 70+ properties. There was little to no towels for more than 1 person. There was a massive ant issue prior to us even arriving. Also, there were multiple stains on all the bedding. Not to mention the power goes out every 5 seconds and the water pressure is horrific in the bathroom. There also is little to no hot water. I would never EVER stay here again. It’s clearly ran by a bad management company. We’ve been coming to Rincon for 15+ years and it’s the worst we’ve ever stayed in.

Jennifer’s listing was exactly how described. Brand new and immaculately kept. Area is beautiful and the beach is only a few feet away. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Rincon.

Great spot - walkable to Sandy Beach, Pools Beach, Jack’s Shack, Tamboo, Kahuna Bar, etc. and a horse as a neighbor to boot. Condo is clean and has beautiful art pieces.

Acomodação incrível! Tudo igual mostrado nas fotos e descrição. O lugar estava limpo e novo. A cama era muito confortável. Tinha cadeira de praia disponível o que foi ótimo. Recomendo muito essa hospedagem. O lugar é bem próximo à praia Sandy Beach. Ótima para caminhar. Os arredores eram calmos e tranquilos. Gostamos tanto, que estendemos nossa estadia!

O lugar estava muito limpo. Tudo era novo e confortável. Gostamos bastante da localização, e de Rincon, tanto que estendemos nossa estadia. A anfitriã foi super gentil, além de responder rápido, deu várias dicas do que fazer e conhecer. Aproveitamos muito e indico para todos!
