Great stay at Jennifer’s! Within walking distance to downtown Rincon, Black Eagle Beach and our favorite coffee shop cafe2go. Very centrally located. You can hear the cars going by but it didn’t bother us as it’s expected on a main road. Jennifer was responsive and provided us with a wonderful list of activities in the area. Would definitely rent again!

The house is clean and spacious and matches the pictures. We had some small hiccups at check in but Jennifer was in communication with us. The location is great with access to lots of restaurants and beaches.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in 50+ Airbnb stays, and absolutely not worth the nearly $400/night price. The good: convenient location near Rincon downtown restaurants/cafes, and the unit had beach chairs plus basic supplies. The bad: no working WiFi and a non-functioning shower for 3 of our 4 days. Both were only fixed when the owner came on Day 3, despite us reporting the WiFi issue on Day 1. The host (property manager) claimed everything was working pre-check-in, which contradicted what the owner told us . Jennifer’s communication was also slow (usually 4–24 hrs). Additionally, the couch and carpet were badly stained, furniture felt cheap/thrifted, and the walls are paper thin — we were woken up every night by roosters and passing cars. If you care about reliable amenities, cleanliness, and honest, responsive management, I would not recommend this place.
