Beautiful, Beach Front, Centrally-located Condo

Muy agradecidos con Horacio y la estadía. Todo limpio, presentable, siempre hubo comunicación en todo momento. El lugar cerca de la playa, restaurantes, panaderias, cerca del centro del pueblo. En fin nos gozamos las vacaciones. Valió la pena las 3 horas de viaje.

Muy satisfecha con mi estadía. Todo estuvo tal como lo describían en el anuncio. El lugar estaba limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. ¡Lo recomiendo!

El alojamiento esta muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y buena música. Fuimos caminando hasta la plaza del pueblo de Rincón donde realizan actividades. Cómodo para 6 personas, tiene balcón y buen estacionamiento para 2 automóviles. Las cosas que debe mejorar se las escribi directamente a la persona encargada para que pueda realizar las correcciones.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente. Es muy cómodo, acogedor y está bien equipado, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera agradable. Sin embargo, comparto estos comentarios con ánimo constructivo. Me hospedé en este mismo apartamento en 2024 y noté que desde entonces no se le ha dado mucho mantenimiento. La nevera tiene una filtración de agua, las paredes necesitan pintura o limpieza, la tapa del inodoro está rota, las sábanas están percudidas y, durante las noches, salían cucarachas de las gavetas del dormitorio principal y del baño. Además, el aire acondicionado del dormitorio principal hace un ruido constante. En general, se nota en los gabinetes y en otros detalles que el apartamento necesita un poco de cariño y mantenimiento. Aun así, su excelente ubicación y el hecho de que esté bien equipado siguen siendo grandes puntos a favor. Espero que estos detalles puedan atenderse, ya que es un lugar con mucho potencial.

Always a great place to stay

The condo was well equipped, easy to access and located in a beautiful, quiet area with so much to do. Horacio provided a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, a playpen and much more! There was even a binder with local food and experience recommendations. The best part was the pool and beach being just steps away.

Perfecto location, in frint of Rincón Balneario Beach. Close to everythinf you need wallng or a shorts drive. Rincón is beautiful and lots to do Even on weekdays.

Our stay here was absolutely great from beginning to end. Everything was perfectly organized, fresh, and well maintained. You can tell the host genuinely cares about the property because every detail was taken care of. It was so refreshing to stay somewhere with no humidity smell, no fungus, no issues at all — just an immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful space. The location was also incredibly convenient and made everything easy for us. We loved the atmosphere so much that we actually extended our stay an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. The pool was perfect l and added so much to the experience, making it feel relaxing and special. The host was wonderful, attentive, proactive and made us feel very welcomed throughout the entire stay. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again .

Beautiful views from the main bedroom and the family room. Love how there was a cooler, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, even masks to wear in the water! Very thoughtful

Wonderful stay!

Un gran lugar para alojarse muy limpio y acogedor. La ubicación es excelente la playa está cruzando la calle al frente y puedes llegar caminado hasta el pueblo donde ubican panaderías, restaurantes y tiendas. Lo recomiendo y volvería sin duda nuevamente.

Unfortunately we had to move after just one night because the place had a lot of mold in the bathroom and did not appear to be deep cleaned (lots of dust on the fans, in the corners, etc.). It's too bad, because the location was excellent. The host gave us a full refund right away and said that they were out of town, relying on their cleaners to report on the status of the place so they must not have done a great job relaying the poor conditions, and he said they were going to deal with the issues we brought to their attention, so it may be better in the future.

The condo was in a great location for walking into town, and a short drive to all beaches. My family and I had a great week!

El apartamento está súper céntrico, todo queda cerca: convenience store, ATH, panaderías, restaurantes y la playa justo al frente, solo cruzar la calle. Caminamos a la plaza a comer de noche y regresábamos tarde sin ningún problema; el área es tranquila y segura. Las instrucciones del check-in fueron claras y encontramos el lugar rápido. El edificio y sus alrededores estaban limpios y bonitos. Éramos una familia de 6 (4 adultos y 2 niños) y estuvimos bien cómodos. El parking para dos vehículos fue excelente. El apartamento está bien equipado con todo lo necesario: súper equipado!! La piscina es ideal para niños y adultos. Los aires enfrían muy bien y el lugar es silencioso. Como detalle menor, el aire del cuarto master hacía un ruidito y la nevera botaba un poco de agua, pero no afectó la estadía. Todo lo demás estuvo de show. Definitivo volvemos!!! Mil gracias por estos dos días!!

Closed to everything

I’ve never given less than five stars on Airbnb, and I genuinely wanted to for this stay. The host was responsive, check-in was easy, and the location was excellent. The kitchen was also well-stocked with cookware. However, for the price—especially during the off-season—I expected basic essentials to be provided. There was only one half-used roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no dish detergent, and no bathroom hand soap. The shower soap was also not filled. We were only there for two days, so these basics should have been available without needing to purchase them. Overall, the place has great potential, but the lack of essentials made the stay fall short of a five-star experience.

Everything was as described. If we had any questions we had an answer immediately. Home was clean and there were games for the kids, pool and beach gear and chairs. It was everything me and my family needed for this successful vacation. Washer and dryer worked and was very convenient and the AC worked amazing. Will be staying again in later dates

Good stay! It was me and my 5 kids. There was a water leak that was a little tricky to navigate. It all worked out. Stay here! Walking to the beach and the Plaza. Art walk that includes live music every Thursday. 🤍

The condo was in a fantastic location—just a short walk to both the beach and downtown Rincón, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. The space was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the AC kept things cool, which was much appreciated. However, there were a few discrepancies between the listing photos and what was actually provided. The kitchen photos showed items like a dish rack, paper towels, and dish towels, but none of those were there when we arrived, which made cleaning up after meals a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the listing mentioned toiletries would be provided, but there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap initially. I reached out to the owner, who responded quickly and kindly brought over a bottle of shower gel and shampoo, though a dish towel was never supplied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few small touches could have made the experience even better.

A la llegada había muchas hormigas de alas en el piso, no había jabón para bañarse, controles remotos de TV de la sala no tenían baterías y el del cuarto estaban por agotarse, no pudimos conectar el internet al TV del cuarto, la cerradura del baño está rota, no hay donde poner lo de aseo en la ducha. No hay acceso por el portón peatonal solo por el de autos. Aparte se estos detalles, buena ubicación, fácil acceso, apartamento muy cómodo y accesible, los host contestan rápido.

Todo limpio, hermoso. Excelente ubicación. Anfitriones bien atentos. Creamos memorias hermosas con nuestras niñas. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Me volvería a quedar. A los Anfitriones que El Señor sea su centro y disfruten de Su presencia. Gracias!

Great location! Directly across from Rincon Beach. Host always very responsive! The living room air conditioner was not working.. we called to get it fixed but contractor couldn’t make. In with case we didn’t hang out in the living room anyway. The bedrooms had nice cold AC! Bathroom nice and clean and everything in working order. We did get bit a lot by mosquitos so bring your repellent. I think the rains bring them and it was rainy season in PR. Overall great Airbnb, response host, and very clean!

We loved this apartment and all its amenities. It was in a zone where you can walk to a swimming beach and the town center, and in less than 10 mins drive to several surf beaches. It was quiet and private, including the pool area and the rooftop patio. We will definitely come back to this spot!
