Beachfront Studio in Aguada

We absolutely loved our stay! The studio was peaceful, private, and had beautiful views. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and much-needed quality time together. It had all the amenities we needed, including everything to prepare our own meals. I highly recommend it for couples looking for a private and romantic getaway. We had a wonderful experience!

Excellent place to disconnect, relax and reconnect with the ocean. One of the best parts was it’s beautiful beach within walkable distance, making it easy to enjoy the coast. Very well equipped with everything you might need to make the stay comfortable and convenient, which it was. Cozy, peaceful, and just perfect. Also, very easy to access. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Muy bonito lugar

We had an amazing stay! Absolutely stunning location and the beach right out front had the most sea glass I have ever seen! We loved the location closer to rincon but out of the bustle. The space was perfect for my husband and I with a great kitchen. Our only issue was the AC was not super cold for us, but we are used to keeping our house at 65 degrees so I think it’s more of an us problem. Everything was clean the yard was lovely and manicured. Highly recommend going to rancho Carbón express for amazing chicken and rice and beans for lunch as well as Guayabo’s both of which were very close to the Airbnb. Jennifer was awesome and made sure we had everything we need. We will absolutely book with them again. Thank you!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for our 20 wedding anniversary. The location is absolutely perfect with stunning ocean views. The beach is very private and close to rental. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back!

You can’t beat this location!! It was a beautiful getaway right on the water. The home was clean and inviting, and the host was very responsive and friendly :) it was a lovely stay, close to Rincón and other incredible beaches.

Visiting the west side and staying in Aguada was a first! I loved my stay! The apartment was cozy and quiet. I really enjoyed the outdoor space and the closeness to the beach was the best treat of all. Communication with management was great and would stay again. Highly recommended!!

The pictures are not right. Some furniture missing. The couch, I Would Not Let My Dog Sit On It ! The property is Not Secure ! Fences broke easy access to the property to Anyone! The empty lot with beach access next to the property had a lot of traffic, In the late night hours , Loud Music, Parties at the empty Lot. Dogs spreading trash from a garbage can without a lid , Debris on the property in front. The responses I received seemed cookie cutter. For A Property Management Company To Take your Money and Not Do Any Maintenance or Upgrades is Not Fair to the Owners or the Guest. If you wanted to cut an orange in half , Good Luck. Not one knife was sharp enough ! Had to clean the coffee maker before using. The cupboards were packed with Too Much Old stuff from other guest. I had my own supplies. Bathroom packed with other guest Stuff. I had my own stuff. The bed Was OK. The view in the back yard Great!

We arrived during a power grid failure, hosts were helpful to accommodate entry since we could not gain access to our details. The studio has a great location and has what you need for a comfortable stay. The bar, food truck & bakery located at the end on the street are great and a short walkable distance. The beach is amazing and I found so much seaglass!

Stunning views overlooking the ocean. Simple apartment, but very reasonable on price. We would recommend to a friend for sure!

Lovely large, private property with a small covered area for coffee or a bbq as well as an open deck near the back of the property overlooking the beach. Direct access to the sandy beach or you can walk to the public access about 100m farther down the road. Large, fresh, airy suite. Kitchen has everything you need. Large comfortable bed and a large sitting area. As a grumpy old guy that has to make a regular trip to the washroom every night the slow start light bulb was appreciated. Good parking on the street. The host was excellent communicating and answers questions or concerns immediately. Smart TV for streaming.

Breathtaking views since the moment you step into the property. Location has everything you need very clean and safe! I would definitely come back and recommend Jennifer’s home.

It was beautiful. Right on the beach and very clean and nice little place. The host was very good with communication and even sent someone to fix something that wasn’t working, the same day we were out. 6 stars!!!

Ocean front private yard

We loved how close it was to the beach. We wish we had direct access to the beach, maybe a set of stairs and a fence to keep neighbors out that were hanging out directly next door to us in the park area. Other than that the area was safe, we enjoyed it and will definitely book again.

Extremely convinient location with a fantastic sunset view right on the beach. When we arrived late Saturday evening and the neighborhood was quiet. We were, however woken up at 6am on Sunday to music playing in the parking area of the beach access next door, which then played all day Sunday, but it didn't bother us. Monday was a much quite and more private day on the beach. The house itself is adequate with a great selection of cooking supplies including a small crock pot for cooking while out and about. AC is great and kept us nice and cool on hot July days/nights. We would definitely return

just our opinion. nice and peaceful time, some things could be improved to make it more cozy. Overall clean, some things need a little love (sticky lamp string, holes in the walls, old sofa etc) it has very little natural light, so improving artificial lighting will make it feel cozier! huge garden with great potential, but no infrastructure for spending time comfortably. the sun loungers were partially out of order (only few for 7 ppl from 2 apartm). it would be great to have a table and chairs under a cover outside for breakfast etc. nice that there are accessories as boards, snorkels etc, but in poor condition and for sharing so if you don’t get along with others, you won’t use them. area is beautiful, close to rincon, recommended having a car. Its safe. our expectations were that by renting an apartment with a garden by the beach, it would be nice to be able to spend time on the property in pleasant conditions, unfortunately here we rather escaped to the city. Missed potential imo

It’s a very off the beaten path place. The chairs outside were broken which was disappointing and it was initially hard to find. The pin sent wasn’t accurate and there was no actual address. The house could use some updates but it’s was a peaceful couple days and price was okay for value.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Having a yard with grass was very nice, but the best part was having the beautiful beach just a few steps away! It felt so private. We would be laying out on the beach for hours and maybe we’d see 1 or 2 people walk by the whole time. We loved it here

Great location, clean linens, easy check in/out, easy parking. The yard is lovely and has direct beach access. Saw many lizards and an iguana in the yard. Needs a few details - like hooks to hang beach towels/swim suits to dry, a kitchen hand towel & the bathroom needs some love. But truly can’t beat the location.

The Alamar 2 was an easy, no-frill, comfortable stay. The view was awesome and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was a little bit of heaven. The apartment was no-frills but we didn't need it for anything more than a place to sleep and cook some breakfast. The host was very helpful and attentive. Our neighbors in the adjacent apt were a bit louder than we would have liked in the morning (there is a shared patio) as they sat under our window talking but it wasn't obnoxious.

Generally I think the place is good: right on the beach (note that waters are often rough: good for surfing, not so for casual swimming), has all necessary amenities (A/C, microwave, coffee maker, cooking hardware, utensils etc). The room is also fairly large. I parked a car on the street right next to the house (it's sort of a dead end, so it felt fairly safe). However it was one of the shabbiest lodgings I stayed at during my time in PR (I stayed at 5 others). The bathroom felt very worn, the windows looked like they were hacked together, and I would also replace lightbulbs to some warmer colour (it has these depressing blue lights). Nothing major and overall it was clean enough.

Easy check-in process, perfect size for 2 people, beach is beautiful, very close to rincón.

The place is right in front of the beach and it was great just to walk down the yard and watch the sunset every night. The area felt safe and there are a few bars and restaurants to try around the area at walking distance. To Rincon it was a 10min drive and it was easy to get to places from the airbnb. Maybe I missed reading it somewhere but you do share the house with other people. There are 2 units in the place. You won’t be alone enjoying the sunset in the yard, but you can walk down to the beach area for that. We weren’t too fond of the bed as we woke up sore everyday, I think it was a spring bed. Other than that the unit we stayed at had all the basic stuff nothing too fancy.

The apartment was everything we needed for a short stay in Puerto Rico. It was close to Rincon and Aguadilla (about 10-15 minutes driving), in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach with gorgeous sunset views. One of the best parts was being able to hear the ocean as you fall asleep. The apartment was clean, the AC ran great when we needed it, WiFi was good.

Jennifer was a great communicator. The location was wonderful. With snorkeling at the reserve nearby and a nice beach to walk. The kitchen was good with a blender and toaster. Much appreciated. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing.

El lugar limpio y muy silencioso

Proper amenities in a prime location is my summary. There's a minimalist approach to maintenance and decor of the property that is common to Puerto Rico so it is a dated unit in need of updating, unimpressive in appearance, but you can tell the management makes efforts to keep it clean, functional, and that's much appreciated. The amenities and essentials are there as described and my wife and I had a pleasant stay.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Strand. Leider war es etwas dreckig und die Dusche ist nicht für Menschen über 1,70m gemacht. Küche ist super ausgestattet (Mixer, Toaster, Reiskocher, Mikrowelle,...). Ohne Auto ist es allerdings sehr schwierig etwas zu unternehmen. Es hat einige Restaurants in Laufnähe (ca. 15min). Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Für unseren Aufenthalt mit 18 Tagen waren nur 2 Duschhandtücher und 2 kleine Handtücher, sowie 2 Strandtücher bereitgestellt. Das war für uns zu wenig. Bitte in Zukunft mehr Tücher bereitstellen, oder einen Wechsel proaktiv zeitnah anbieten.

We absolutely loved the location and the privacy on the beach. The waves were great during our stay and had a blast playing in the ocean.

Wir waren sofort in den Garten verliebt. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unvergleichlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Küche und einen großen Kühlschrank. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. An Ausstattung hat man alles, was gebraucht wird. Das Bett ist bequem. Das WLAN funktionierte super. Parken ist vor dem Haus kein Problem. Laly war unser Kontakt und sie war großartig, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir im Haus einen Rohrbruch hatten und leider früher abreisen mussten, hat sie für uns innerhalb einer Stunde eine tolle neue Unterkunft gefunden. Laly macht alles, damit es den Gästen gutgeht und an nichts fehlt. Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Nice and quiet, you have to hike a but to get to the beach because the path in front of the house washed away. The place was clean and easy to find. Heard the waves and coquis all night. Only 2 towels, fine for an overnight not so much for a weekend, and half the electrical outlets worked though.

If you want privacy and a beautiful setting this is the place. Great location for the beach. (Private access to beach is not available at this time.) No worries 😉 just go next door to the public access where there are benches and a path to the beach. Stroll until your heart is content. Perfect for a couples getaway. Enjoy the hammock on the patio, the deck by the beach, or the patio chairs. Watch the iguanas 🦎 This is a gem of a place if you are a serious sea glass hunter. I look forward to returning. LALY is an excellent communicator and extremely helpful with ANY concerns about the property. She was extremely helpful with the location since I wasn’t familiar navigating with goo.gle maps and dropped pin 📌 location (I’m more familiar with Apple Maps) We arrived at dark so it was a little more challenging with an unfamiliar place. Everything went so smoothly and exactly as she described via text. It was a wonderful experience.

Lugar lindos y tranquilo. Solo que no tiene acceso directo a la playa y en el anuncio da la impresion de que lo tiene. El deck debería estar en mejores condiciones. El internet es muy lento en el area. Pero en términos generales es un sitio muy lindo para relajarse y desconectarse totalmente del bullicio.

The access to the beach was great!

Once we arrived in Puerto Rico aguadilla Airport while we was on the way to the Airbnb and got closer to the location it took us to a whole another area so just be aware of that it isn’t easy to find with following the instructions that was giving I had to call the owner on FaceTime to have her guide us to the right area other then that it was a great backyard view and also a nice comfortable place to stay

Recomiendoque la cocina debe tener screener las ventanas pq aparecieron cucarachas pequeñas. El toilet estaba agrietado que es un peligro. No hay alfombra en el baño que usamos una toalla nuestra para evitar caídas. Pero lo demás super cool, pq es un lugar tranquilo. Recomiendo decirle a los inquilinos que no tiren las puertas, pq era absurdo que las tiran como si no hay otras personas en el lugar y había un perro en la otra habitación y pensaba q no se podía. pero el lugar es super tranquilo, regresaría sin duda pq la atención de Jennifer excelente.

worth every dollar of it, it's in a beautiful location, very private and secluded on the beach and it's never overcrowded. also the home is centrally located between Rincon and Aguadilla/Isabella. I'll definitely will be back. also there's two homes on site it's basically a duplex just FYI for whoever's renting I was there for a 7night 8 day stay and we had three families come in and out of the other unit during my stay, 2 nights it was hard to sleep because of the neighbors music and talking. if anybody is planning on staying there you just might get some rude neighbors but all you got to do is just tell to be quiet lol. it's not thr realtor's fault because the other 2 families were very respectful and courteous just one couple thought that they had the whole place to themselves.

We had a wonderful stay! Both units were extremely clean and cozy. We had a trouble with working the TV but I didn’t bother to message Jennifer or Laly as we were enjoying the beach, which was literally a few yards outside the back door. If ever we visit Rincon in the future, this property will definitely be on my list!

Jennifers place is a great place to stay if you’re on a budget! We did have a little trouble getting in because the keys weren’t clearly marked, but other than that, we had no major issues. There is no direct path to the beach, like someone said, but there is a path to the left of the property to go down, or you can go through the rocks to get directly to the beach from the property.

If your looking for a place to feel like home I would honestly recommend else where, the place isn’t what you would expect , needs a lot of love, the lamps were full of mole seriously a health risk since your sleeping next to them, the house doesn’t not have an clear path way to the beach it doesn’t not look like the pictures, and on the side of the house it’s a open area soooo a lot of man with their trucks park there and you honestly don’t get NOOOOO PRIVACY, and plus it’s TWO Airbnb rentals in one house, we honestly had to sleep else where most of the nights because this was just not it.

DUDE! This place is a hidden gem! Yes you might share the property with other guest but it is beautiful. Right on the ocean, cute little lounge area by the beach, and you can fall asleep while listening to waves crash. The hosts were amazing I loved it. My ONLY “complaint” was the other guest kind of hogged the shared lounging area by the beach so we didn’t really get to take advantage of it but not a big deal for us!

Wir waren drei Nächte in Jennifers Appartement und hätten uns kein schöneres AirBnB für den Abschluss unserer Reise vorstellen können! So haben wir den restlichen Tage an unserem Privatstrand verbracht… das Meer ist schon recht unruhig hier und nicht ideal zum schwimmen gehen, dafür gibt es aber tolle Strände in der nahen Umgebung! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet und Jennifer jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir können es daher nur weiterempfehlen!

House is right at the beach - there are waves but good for swimming and playing in the water. Sandy bottom and no rocks. House is clean and well equipped. Mostly there is everything you need for cooking (no oven). Noises from the neighboring unit travel easy so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

What a wonderful experience! Place was clean, bed was comfortable and you can’t beat the amazing views and beach right out the back door! The air conditioning was cold and the locals so nice! What a great place for a wonderful price. The one thing I will note is that there is not a path right to the beach from the backyard. Although there is a trail to the side of the house you can walk down to the beach. If your looking for a private place to spend some time in Puerto Rico, look no further!

Beachfront! This location is perfect for strolling on the beach (looks like a postcard with palm trees bending toward the sea) or relaxing in front of the duplex in the lounge chairs watching early morning surfers or gorgeous sunsets. Great studio duplex with everything your need - a kitchen well supplied with utensils, pans, and equipment, a comfortable bed, beach towels, and a spot to park your car! Super helpful host, she stayed on the phone with us personally guiding us to the house because our GPS kept directing us to the wrong location.

Jennifer's place is just as the pictures show. It is directly on the beach, with a lovely patio in front and a wooden deck near the beach to enjoy the morning sunshine and the sunset. She was accommodating and responsive to a few above-and-beyond requests!

Great place to stay, very quiet and peaceful would recommend staying from Wednesday on, a lot of things closed on Monday through Wednesday in town

Definitely a place we will return to rent again. Felt very private and safe at the end of the dead end street. There is another rental attached to this place, we were very fortunate to have great vacation neighbors, so you share the yard and back porch. If you had a large family it would be great to rent both. There is a large open area next to the property, which makes it feel county like. Bakery and local food truck is in walking distance. Very nice neighborhood. Rincon is only a 10 minute drive where you can surf multiple beaches. This is a surfer’s paradise, waves can be big out behind the house, which you can surf, but there might be a big swell. Sunsets are amazing from the property and the lighthouse is a 10 minute drive to you can see the sunset and whales from there early spring. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels are provided for kitchen, bath and beach, the place was clean. A/C was cold. I wish there was a full length mirror, that would be helpful.

Great location, close to Rincón, Aguada and Aguadilla. Private and beach felt like your own.

This little gem is perfectly located for privacy and views of beautiful sunsets. The studio is very clean and well maintained with access to several restaurants and beaches. Located 10-15 minutes from Rincon to the south and Aguadilla to the north, you will have plenty to do and visit. And you are only an hour away from more beautiful beaches in the Cabo Rojo area. The best part of this place is the sound of ocean waves that will lullaby you to sleep at night.

Home right on the ocean and next to a lovely villa on right and vacant land to left. It was just what we were looking for.

The place is perfect for a couple, if you’re planning on spending the majority of the time exploring PR is the perfect place to stay. Very cozy and humble. just steps away from the beach, and it almost feels like a private beach. Lots of local restaurants with awesome views. We will definitely be coming back.

Just stop looking and book this place because you will not find anywhere more beautiful or well cared for than this little apartment. Everything was spotless. The shower was Hot, the A/C was cold, and the bed was very comfortable. But the beautiful beach right in front of the house is the real gem. Not only can you enjoy it from the gorgeous yard but in 30 seconds you can have your toes in the sand and there is hardly ever anyone else on this stretch of beach. I think this is my favorite place I have stayed on the island. Make sure that you stop at the little Bar on the corner "Barrito de Vilo" and grab a couple bottles of his famous sangria as well!

I stayed here for ten days and really enjoyed it. It was equipped most everything I needed - beach stuff, kitchen tools, etc. Having the beach in the front yard was unforgettable. However, I will note that when I was there the waves were a little big to swim comfortably. I know this is not Jennifer’s fault, I just wish this would have been advertised on the listing, and I was hoping to be able to go for swims right in front of the house. Fortunately, there are swimmable beaches a short drive away. In all, this place is great and I totally recommend it.

We had overall a nice stay. We expected to spend time on the beach near home, but due to big waves ended up going to Rincón beaches.

It was like being on private beach without paying a whole lot. Even though it’s not the most fancy place, I felt like I owned a beach house for a few days, and that’s all I wanted. Really peaceful and comfortable stay. The host Jenifer was super helpful at all times. Will definitely come back.

If you’re looking for a beach location on a budget, then this is your place. It felt like a motel , but on the beach. If you don’t mind cold showers and a few roaches then this is a great choice.

Great space to stay! Very quiet! Close to Rincón so a lot to do close by. The beach was also quiet and all to ourselves, and to have a beach in your backyard is great!

You can't beat the view, the semi-private beach, the walks during sunset, and all of the beautiful tree chickens! (Iguanas for us tourists). The neighborhood is quiet, and the bakery (within walking distance) is divine! Wonderful location to unplug and relax. The accommodations were modest, as advertised, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was very communicative and able to help us find our way while driving from San Juan... after that, we had no need for further assistance. Honestly, if you find something to complain about, just go for a swim and remember why you're there. Enjoy!
