Beachfront Petite Paradise unit at Pelican Reef 103

Relaxing vacation in a clean and secure condo with perfect location to my family's condo. Positive: We enjoyed other guests and residents. Quiet and clean, very comfortable bed. Negative: Finding the lock box. Nowhere did I see where the lock boxes are (on poles outside the condo gate) nor how do I know which lock box out of dozens and dozens. Thankfully the neighbor assisted us as it was dark when we arrived. Need MUCH better communication regarding lock box.

La mejor ubicación!!! Playa privada hermosa, queda en el primer piso frente al mar. La pasamos demasiado rico, esperamos volver.

This was an excellent stay for my spontaneous getaway! Everything was very nice! I will return.

We loved our stay! It was super relaxing and eveyone was friendly!

Jennifer’s unit was clean and well organized. The unit is right next to the beach so you can see the turquoise waters from the room and the patio. Although the unit is a studio, there’s an expansive patio with plenty of space and lawn that leads up to the beach and pool. The pool was also in an ideal location, right in front of the ocean.

Terrible experiencia Positive: Realmente yo creo que la reserva fue un error. Negative: Un sitio sucio, con un mantenimiento pésimo, y trato extremadamente desagradable y falto de respeto. Por supuesto necesitas coche para ir a cualquier sitio porque no hay nada cerca. No entiendo las buenas puntuaciones. El cierre de la puerta que daba al jardín era un palo de escoba. Por supuesto Verónica la encargada dijo que eso era el mejor sistema antirrobo. El aire acondicionado que era viejísimo metía un ruido que era imposible dormir con él. Si pudiese subir audios lo subiría. El aislamiento acústico del apartamento es nulo, y como había un banco debajo de las ventanas, se sentaba la gente a beber y hablar y no dejaban dormir. Todas las noches teníamos que salir a decirles que no hablasen tan alto. Después de quejarnos multiples veces, vinieron a hacer como que limpiaban (supuesta limpieza antes de que nosotros entrásemos, y que habían supervisado) indicando que la suciedad era por un "uso normal". Vamos que si tú haces una comida y no lavas la cacerola, no es que seas guarro, es que está sucia por un uso normal. La supuesta lavadora que tiene el apartamento en el anuncio, es un cuarto común con unas lavadoras viejísimas y encima van a monedas. Probablemente ni siquiera lavan las toallas, menos mal que llevábamos nuestras. Publicidad engañosa y un muy mal servicio por un precio carísimo. La pena es que solo deja subir 4 fotos

We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip to Puerto Rico! This place is comfortable, safe, fun, and conveniently located. We loved the pool and private beach and enjoyed being just a 10-minute drive from downtown Rincon, where we found great happy hours, live music, relaxing beaches, and some of the best coffee shops we’ve ever visited. Jennifer was an excellent host, providing great recommendations for activities in the area. The condo also included beach chairs and an umbrella, perfect for day trips. The locals in the building were friendly and helpful as well. Before this trip, we knew little about Rincon, but now we can’t wait to return—it’s truly a special place!

The location is incredible and the perfect affordable get away spot to relax and unwind.

Beach is right there next to the building. Parking is in front of the apartment, very convenient and safe only issue we found is the mould smell in the kitchen, other than that all is perfect.

We loved this place. Clean, well maintained, easy check in/out, and the location was great, too. We loved that the parking and condo was right up front. No beach access, but we could already tell from the pictures. The view was pretty though.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It is conveniently located near the pool, beach, and the charming town of Rincon. As an Airbnb complex, the majority of the buildings are occupied by guests, which adds to the unique experience. While it may not be a traditional hotel, it offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for Airbnb travelers.

Nice quiet location with small private beach when you walk out the pool yard. Beach chairs and umbrella for your beach adventures. You will need to drive most places you want to go to eat or explore beaches. It’s only a short 5 minute drive from downtown Rincon and the best beaches. Overall great spot!

Se paso bien pero podia estar mejor Positive: El lugar estaba muy bonito Negative: Algunas areas de la parte del balcón no estaban muy limpias q no permitían niños ni animales y en el lugar si habian. El dia q llegamos no habia luz solo para algunas areas del apartamento. Y q habia q dejar los trastes limpios y las basuras limpias. Y cuando uno esta de vacaciones no esta pendiente de eso se supone q se encargue otra persona. Tras q pago para quedarme tambn tuve q dejarle la instalación casi intacta.

La estadía fue excelente me encanto todo. Muy organizado y limpio, la piscina muy limpia y tenía la playa de frente ame la vista y el lugar. Nos dejaron un mapa y un folleto donde descia los nombres de muchos lugares para visitar y hacer y de muchos restaurantes con su descripción. La organización fue excelente.

The place was great, has very friendly neighbors. The beach is very small but literally 1-min away and it’s great for swimming. The apartment itself was very nice and cosy, just had a few oldish elements like slightly noisy AC, the balcony had a strange stick to help you close it. The rest was great, highly recommend!

El lugar está bien bonito. El acceso a la playa me encantó.

Relaxing, friendly, convenient, beautiful place to stay in Rincon. Positive: Pelican Reef is far enough away from town (Rincon) to be quiet and peaceful and close enough to be very convenient. We loved the pool and easy access to beautiful beaches, the very friendly and helpful neighbors, the tidy condo with everything we needed, the veranda outside where we ate lots of our meals. And it's a bonus when you can walk out to the street and pick up a mango (from the ground) to ripen and then eat with your breakfast. Negative: The water heater heats the bathroom and kitchen sinks VERY well, but seems to just take the chill off the shower. We were okay with it, but a really hot shower would have been extra great.

Absolutely wonderful spot! Quiet and Tranquil. Highly recommend having a car as taxis/Ubers are almost non-existent and everything is a bit of a walk.

I am very thankful for the opportunity to stay at Pelican Reef! Having such a great host made my stay amazing! This property allows you to fall asleep listening to the waves and wake up to a post card view. I truly enjoyed my stay .

Won't be back! Positive: no food. not much. Negative: the kitchen was not well equipped and then lighting was poor.

Limpio, bonito y accesible el lugar excelente

Es un estudio bonito y espacioso. Todo estaba muy limpio. Las facilidades del condominio son excelentes. El estacionamiento es seguro, psicina limpia y playa tranquila, con pocas personas. Es un lugar para relajarse y pasar un buen rato en pareja. Volvería y lo recomiendo!!!

Great place. Very clean and beautiful! The host was very attentive and even gave us great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and amenities. The place is right in front of the beach and its pool is great. We loved how everything was very close. Town was just a mere 4 minutes away as another beaches and restaurants. In fact its a little paradise like its name describes it. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

place was nice and clean , not very much beach to swim at rough waves, thing’s were mentioned on site that wasn’t provided to us things to do were pretty far.. hot tub wasn’t working and on our last night there ac unit stopped working and wifi due to rain.
