Beachfront Apt on Aguada-5min from Rincon

Positive: Beach access was fantastic. Secluded, quiet location - we spent time on the beach daily. We came to electricity outage and the host helped us to find another property with electricity for the first night - great response. Negative: Property was very dirty and outdated - requires a lot of maintenance and repairs. We have found two large cockroaches in the shower on Day 2. Plenty of dust under TV cabinet. Check in instructions are a little inaccurate with the location of the lock box. You are not getting told at the check out that there are 2 apartments in the house.

La residencia está localizada al lado de la playa. El lugar es hermoso. Las facilidades están bien cuidadas. Tiene muchas playas cerca. No hay necesidad de salir ya que tiene de todo. Hay muchos restaurantes, panaderías, farmacia, supermercados y gasolineras cerca. No me quería ir y ya quiero regresar. Me encantó y la atención excelente. La vista y la playa hermosa. !!!

Negative: Entiendo que deberían darle mantenimiento por dentro ya que la estufa no calentaba bien y fue mas el tiempo que perdimos tratando de cosinar que en disfrutar, no tenian sabanas extras para el frio solo las que trae la cama, para limpiar tuvimos que comprar ya que no habia nada para limpiar, y cosas necesarias para el baño tampoco, El microondas tenia para abrir roto. Para meterse en la playa si van con niños no lo recomiendo

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location was fantastic! The beach felt almost private. It was quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for swimming. There are plenty of stunning beaches for snorkeling within a 15 minute drive. While the apartment isn't luxurious, it was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything our family needed plus some extras. Be careful with the shower, the water gets incredibly hot. One of the things we appreciated most was the heightened sense of security. The property has excellent safety features, including the ability to securely lock up everything including your vehicle. The charcoal grill was another highlight; we used it to cook dinner daily. Overall, this property, although simple, offers great value and we would definitely come back.

2nd time staying here. Lord willing it won’t be the last.

Amazing Positive: Amazing stay in Puerto Rico! We loved the amazing beach right infronf of the house. The art walk in Rincón was our favorite. Everyone was incredibly kind, and the best breakfast was at Panaderia just a 2min walk away. Would love to go again!

A lovely beachside stay felt like living as a local, at a strategic point between Rincón and Aguadilla. Positive: Location by the beach is fantastic. Looking out to the ocean and being lulled by the waves was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, spacious and comfortable. Great ACs and hot water. The locked garage for the car was added safety for our comings and goings, especially at night. Negative: TV/Cable was confusing, not able to access local channels. Lacked stairs for beach access, with our bad knees we couldn’t risk falling on the rocks. But there is access going around nearby. Note it really is not a swimming beach. There were no basic spices as other houses and apts we’ve stayed in past, so be aware to bring.

We had a wonderful stay here! Comfortable sleeping arrangements and quiet neighborhood. My only complaint- which is not the hosts fault at all, is that none of the windows face the beautiful ocean! I'm sure it's for safety reasons during storms, but it would be nice to look at the window at the waves. However, as soon as you step outside it's gorgeous! Our family of 5 was very comfortable here :)

We loved the location, views. that we could get to the beach from the backyard! We had everything we needed. All appliances worked at the apartment. Friendly, responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

Great view and access to the ocean. Isolated area so there’s not many people around which we wanted. Enjoyed the sitting area in the yard and the shade of the palm trees. Stove was adequate for cooking meals I wish there was washer/dryer access and a bigger fridge.

It was a lovely stay, thank you! Positive: The house is right in front of the beach. The view of the ocean is stunning. We went for walks on the beach every day; it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to the bakery, the supermarkets, and the sightseeing spots. We had a lot of fun every day.

Really enjoyed this quiet two bedroom that backs right up to a pretty much private beach & if you surf the wave right behind this place is so fun & all to yourself!! A hidden gem for sure will definitely book again.

Upon arriving at the apartment, we were greeted by a pile of garbage bags in front of the house, with birds picking through them. I reached out to Jennifer, who explained that the municipality is responsible for trash pickup, though they never came. Unfortunately, this was our first impression.The property does not match the photos online, which appear to be outdated and not reflective of the current condition. The house seems poorly maintained — the exterior paint is faded, and both the front and back yards are overgrown with grass.Inside, the condition of the floors stood out immediately. The tiles are cracked, worn, and appeared dirty. The kitchen cabinets were difficult to open, and the utensils were old. Plates and cups were chipped, the refrigerator was small and rusted, and the microwave had a broken handle that had been patched with black duct tape. I informed Jennifer about this but received no response.The dining table was very worn. The bathroom was not clean; the shower curtain had visible mildew. In the master bedroom, the mattress had a deep dip in the middle, suggesting it’s quite old. In the guest room, the bedsheets had makeup stains from previous guests, and under the bed we found juice stains and children's socks — signs that the cleaning had not been thorough.The outdoor area also felt neglected. The lawn was unkempt.

Overall, the apartment was in a good spot close to restaurants and Rincon. Positive: We had it all to ourselves. It was private. Negative: - There wasn't a direct access to the beach and it stray dogs. - You had to lock the door from the inside with the key. - No name or number to the house/address.

We loved our stay at this home it was steps from the beach and the sound of the waves were so relaxing!

We had a great stay in Aguada at Jennifer’s place. Great location on the beach, super close to Rincon and Aguadilla. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The place was really great with access to beach. It was nice to hear waves at night. The beaches in the area are quiet with beautiful views and clear waters. There's are a few shops within walking distance and Aguada is a 5min drive. Jennifer provided great instructions and followed up on any we had.

Our family of four stayed here for two nights. We generally liked it quite well. It has a beautiful, accessible beach that is virtually free of other people. While there are few amenities within walking distance, Rincon is a short, easy drive, and has lots of restaurants and other activities. Other pluses include comfortable beds, a hose handy for washing sand off of feet, and garage parking for our car. Drawbacks include drawers and closets that didn't fully open or close, living room furniture that has seen a lot of use, and the fact that, while very close to the ocean, it was not really visible from inside the apartment.

This was our 3rd stay and we look forward to our 4th! The beach and easy access to Rincon are the best!

It was pleasing and wonderful, clean and confy! Positive: The area is beautiful, it is comfortable and has everything you need to stay with your family! We feel secure and safe on the area and have very nice parking. Very peaceful, spacious and with good air conditioning! Negative: The indoor rooms doors make a little bit noise (don’t close properly) and can be annoying to others during your stay. The kitchen cabinets need a little bit repair.

10 out of 10 for location, so nice to be right by the beach. could benefit from a few upgrades, bed was very uncomfortable (sink into center), needed more places to hang towels (laundry line would have been great) and desperately needs a door mat to keep sand out. that being said I would stay there again due to location and price

Great spot. Was on the beach most of the time which was so gorgeous and peaceful. Many restaurants near by and a 10 min drive to Rincon. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at this rental! The access to the beach was right across the yard. We loved the beach chairs in the yard for hanging out in the shade when we needed a break from the sun. My kids loved playing in the waves and searching for seashells and sea glass. The beach was not crowded and was enjoyable to walk on. Our family of 5 did well in the space. The small kitchen was great for when we did not want to go out to eat. The staff in charge of the rental were quick to respond and willing to help however was needed. Thank you for the memories!

We had a good time and overall the property was clean and functional I would say that the interior was a bit Stark a few pictures on the wall would go a long way towards making it feel more comfortable

Área tranquila, hermosa vista, sombra, vegetación, naturaleza. Hubiera deseado que el césped estuviera podado, por lo demás, estamos encantados. Reservaría nuevamente en el futuro sin dudarlo.

Perfect spot right in the beach!

We had a serious hiccup the day we arrived. We got in touch with Jenifer and with in minutes she had us in a different location with in minutes from our initial location. She made us feel safe and secure in a place we didn’t know…. She exceded our speciations. Will do business with her again.

I traveles to PR alone for a week and it was wonderful. I enjoyed my little apartment very much. The beach was absolutely wonderful. So many shells and sea glass. It was hurricane season when I went so the water was a little rough but warm. The property was blooming with flowers. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that the wifi was not working (as stated in spme other reviews) and the cell service is limited. I reached out a few times since I was traveling alone because this was an important amenity to me. I bought a couple of cheap lamps since there was just overhead lighting inside but that was just for my personal comfort. The multiple mini splits work great and the place is very cool inside. The neighborhood and people are very pleasant. The food is wonderful. Please visit and enjoy this cute apartment!

Great quiet location with your own private beach. Perfect for our quick getaway. Also a quick walk to the local bakery for breakfast or lunch. Very pleased with our stay

Not what I expected. From inside the house, ocean view is obstructed by walls, enclosed concrete porch. The master bedroom A/C did not work. I contacted the manager and advised her of A/C not working. She said she would send someone out to fix it, however that never happened.

Amazing backyard!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the apartment. The location is good, but we expected a nicer apartment for the price that we paid. The bed was too soft, there was no way to turn off the AC light in the bedroom, there were cockroaches, no hot water in the bathroom sink, and no screen on the bathroom window. We paid for 2 nights and left after the first.

The property is awesome the beach right out back offers peace and tranquility and the yard offers plenty of playing space for kids or bbq place for relaxing I will say the only problem I have are ants and bugs so keep foods put up awayand bug spray handy or bug repellent candles etc

Wat een geweldig verblijf!! Heel rustig gelegen met een grote tuin en vlak aan de zee. De garage was ook zeer handig. De ruimte was ruim, proper en we voelde ons meteen thuis. Jennifer reageerde altijd snel en was heel vriendelijk. We hebben enorm genoten en komen graag nog eens terug!!

This was our second stay at this spot and we just love it. The beach is amazing. Easy access into Rincon as well. We can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful Beach Stay Positive: My husband and I loved our stay. The location was wonderful. Being able to walk thru our lovely yard to the beautiful beach was awesome! The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We especially appreciated being able to park in the garage and store my husband's surfboard there as well. We would stay again!!

Fantastic location on a nice beach, could use some attention to details but clean. Positive: The location is fantastic, loved being on the beach and very few people. Liked the hammock and iguanas. The garage to park the car in was so nice. Negative: The utensil drawer could only be opened 4 inches. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people/3 nights. All the info at the house was about Rincon even though we were close to Aguada.

This spot is gorgeous - backyard sunsets were unreal. we had a little trouble finding the spot but I think it was the app my phone used. once I got the pinned link, I was fine. the bungalow is def a bungalow, no running hot water besides the shower. the place was decent sized with the two bedrooms, but the beds were uncomfortable. the couch was too, but we were only inside before bed and on the one rainy day. the bedrooms had these awesome mirror closet doors, unfortunately they were both off the track, so husband fixed them. the toilet seat was on by a thread, but sent maintenance right away. unfortunately he broke it off completely and there was a delay in my text so we didn't get it fixed until the end of week. but they def attended to it. the very night we arrived, I stepped in a hole in the yard about 8" deep, hurting ankle on day one. that Def put a damper on my week of waterfall hiking etc. they put a concrete block on the spot but didn't inquire how I was. overall, B+

I loved my stay here! The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. It was a bit dark inside, but the outdoor space is amazing and I was hardly inside during the daylight anyway. The beach is beautiful, steps away from the backyard, and feels almost private. I would happily stay here again!

From the moment I got there, it felt like home. The direct access to the beach was my absolute favorite! Sunset boogie boarding to early morning swims, the beautiful water makes this place amazing! It was a bonus to have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt water before going inside. A short drive into Rincón for restaurants and activities was great, but also being able to have the quiet at night made for a relaxing vacation. I’d stay here again!

Beautiful location! A bit noisy at night with loud music/singing at a local establishment well into the night. No other issues with noise after that night. Easy to find and restaurants and grocery stores close by. Easy drive into Rincon for calmer beaches.

This is honestly one of my favorite rentals in the northern hemisphere. You feel right at home once you arrive. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, this time with my family and as a proposal trip. Everything was great per usual however the electrical seemed a little off with this past stay. Will definitely be back for a 3rd trip here next year. Love the neighbors, the food, and nice options of safe surf breaks outback

Accurate description. Our family loved staying here. Close enough to Rincon and all the necessities. Our first time visiting PR was amazing. We will see if this place is available next time we stay, too! In the 8 nights staying there we only lost power and water pressure a couple times. AirBNB neighbors were cool, too. We enjoyed charcoal grill, beach toys, outside hose, fridge and coffee pot. Thanks!!

We arrived very early in the morning but getting to the location was easy and getting in and getting settled went well. The house is right on the beach and you can walk right down to it if you happen to see the path on the left (which we did not right away). If you open the curtains and the doors to the patio you can get the light and sight of the water coming into your space. It had what we needed and was in an excellent location for us because the only people we knew in PR happen to be at the end of the street! Sharing the public space can be a little weird but we had the space to ourselves for a couple days. Yes, there are roosters early in the a.m. nearby and yes you can totally hear the waves (which I like) with the windows closed. We never walked to restuarants or anything so I can't speak on that but we went into Rincon alot. You'll find sea glass here! You can boogy board and surf right out front.

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place. You can’t beat having the ocean in your front yard! The space was perfect for my friends and I and was a short drive to Rincón and walkable to some other local eateries. We really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to visit again!

Having a walk-out backyardwith your own private beach makes this place worth it. Take note that you could have rental neighbors who will share the common space. Thankfully, the couple who was there when we were there we're amazing. They made us some pico to enjoy one Happy Hour sesh. Rincon is not that far away which had some great surfing breaks but one morning, the beach out back of our place had some amazing waves. Would definitely rent again.

Checking in was the hardest part. We got a dropped pin, but it lead us into a the middle of nowhere. When I called the number I was given, I was hung up quite fast. Thankfully, I found an exact address somewhere, and thanks to that, we found the house. The apartment is ok. The kitchen and living room area is little, but works. You can cook in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is a bit savvy in the middle. But the garden actually borders the wonderful beaches of Rincon. So getting a morning swim is very easy. The garage works fine, and getting around the Rincon area from the apartment is practical. 10 minutes drive to Rincon centre.

We stayed here for two night and loved it! Very comfortable accommodation and a beautiful ocean view. We loved relaxing in the chairs outside listening to the waves. Thanks again!!

WOW! This place is a slice of paradise! The beach is accessible from the backyard, but there are some trees and plants so you have privacy from anyone walking past. The beach goes on for miles each way, and has very little foot traffic. In the close vicinity we saw iguanas, lizards, crabs, pelicans, coqui, horses, egrets. (Only bugs we saw were some little millipedes, but they stayed outside). The local dogs are very friendly. Neighbors are quiet, no loud roosters nearby. Friday night, there was a bar playing loud music, but it didn’t bother us. Home was clean and comfortable with many necessities provided. Ac worked fantastic when needed.

Beautiful spot, right on the beach. Nobody was in the second unit so it was very private. Quick drive to Rincon for anything we needed. Clean, had everything we needed and beach supplies. Would definitely recommend!

Jennifer’s place was an incredible find. My 5 friends came to rincon for a relaxing birthday celebration and couldn’t have been happier with the set up. You share the out door beach and chair area with the guests in the other side of the duplex, but we rarely saw our neighbors. This spot is extremely secluded and is right next to a park/non developed area of the beach so it was practically all ours. The chair area was an absolutely perfect spot to watch the water and read a book. Wifi and air conditioning were great as well. Highly recommend this space to any guest looking for a Puerto Rican get away.

I enjoyed the peaceful beachfront view. I did not find the beach to be accessible from the property but still was nice and pleasant . Rooms were very comfortable and area was quiet so easy to get rest. Great private parking in garage

We loved this place from the indoor garage to the semi private beach in the back. We felt right at home. Wished we stay longer at this location we stayed at 4 different air bnbs and this one was the last to close the year and we fell in love

The location so close to the beach was fantastic! We enjoyed having a private garage with garage door... made unloading and loading easy to do. The large and fairly private grassy area between the house and the beach was also a bonus. Appreciated that they had beach chairs, a boogie board, umbrella and some sand toys available... not that we used them but it's nice that they were available. Really enjoyed a nice quiet place to sleep (often in PR, you'll have roosters running around the streets and crowing all hours of the early morning but we didn't notice any in this neighborhood which was nice).

Simple, comfy space in a great location on a somewhat remote beach.

The view is unlike any other! The check-in process was very easy. The apartment met our needs as a great spot to stay when we also had other plans in the area. Easy to get to. Greatly appreciate the communication leading up to and during our stay.
