Excellent place to spent a few days with the family. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beach is just steps away, and there are shops and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended! My family can’t wait to come back.

Overall, the location of this condo was great but would probably not stay again. The furnishings are tired and need updating. Carpets are old, living room couch stained, all cushions for outside patio are also pretty stained. It was communicated that the condo had several beach chairs. It had about five sports chairs that you would use for a sporting events not for the beach. The one beach chair they had was broken. We rented beach chairs to use for our stay. No umbrella or cooler. Only supplied one extra garbage bag so we needed to go to the grocery store to purchase for a four night stay. Front door would not lock and safe (which would have been a nice feature) did not work. Despite this… The location is excellent. I would recommend to the owners to put a little bit of money into this condo and it could be a home run.

I stayed here with two friends for a few days and it was great. The location is right on the beach and a very short drive to most restaurants. Jennifer was very responsive and had many local recommendations. We would definitely come back!

This rental was great and located in an awesome location. Close to everything! There is a beach right in the back that was walkable and the home had all the beach necessities. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Rincon.

This 3-bedroom condo, costing triple our previous rental, fell short of expectations despite its prime location. Pros include AC throughout, proximity to a fantastic beach with excellent snorkeling, and a gated community close to restaurants, groceries, and great sightseeing. Local paddleboarding, snorkeling, and fishing tours were conveniently available right out front. However, the condo’s condition didn’t justify the high nightly rate. It was dirty on arrival—sand on floors, standing water and debris on the patio, hair in bathrooms, and broken beach equipment. The fridge was warm initially, causing concern for fresh groceries (it cooled by the next day), and the hot water was off until we found an unmarked switch. Chipped stair edging posed a trip hazard. We contacted the manager, who responded quickly, explaining the fridge needed time to cool, sharing the water heater switch location, and providing two cheap camping chairs as replacements. Despite the great location, the poor maintenance and inadequate equipment made it not worth the price. We wouldn’t return.

Our brief stay was super enjoyable. Jennifer’s place was very comfortable and offered all the necessities our family needed. It’s a half a block to the beach which is not only swimmable, but has a natural reserve which is dedicated for snorkeling. The beach is nice and water activities are within steps of the house. The AC works great and the home offers beach chairs and towels for the pool or beach. I recommend the place and will likely be back again.

My best friend and I stayed here with our four teenage daughters. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and has been stocked thoughtfully with everything you could need. Jennifer is a great communicator and quick to respond to messages. We had the pool to ourselves most days. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The beaches of Rincon are varied. There are beaches for surfing, snorkeling, and just lounging in the water. I highly recommend this rental. The highlight of my day was my early morning stroll to Cafe 2 Go for a latte. Our girls loved their Acai bowls.

"A perfect place for your vacations". The two-level unit provides all the space and the amenities you will need to be very comfortable. The terrace is an open space looking to the ocean offering an extra-large space to enjoy the wonderful sunny days in Rincon, it is walkable to the beach and to many restaurants around. All furniture and equipment were selected with good taste and is in very good shape.

I like the location and the service recieved previously since I stayed here several times In the past, most recently in 01/24. Replies when communicating with Jenifer seemed automatic replies, probably AI generated and did not solve my request effectively. There was a strong odor coming from the trash bins, and it was not of trash, in front of the property and although I reported it at 4;10pm they answered at 6pm and said they would take care of that next day in the morning and they did. Problem resolution was not within a reasonable timeframe. I was specific and followed up on it. Without trying to offend anyone, this time was not as clean as other times. I hope they take note and act upon this recommendations. There is always space for improvement. I would still come back and stay here at the right price.

Positive: Location, accessibility, space, and the hosts instructions to enter the property. Negative: The property was visibly dirty upon entering (dust and hair accumulation on the floors). The main bedroom air conditioner wall showed streaks of water leakage and accumulation of water on the floor behind the headboard and the host was not sufficiently responsive to the situation.

This was a great location for traveling with our two young children. You can walk to the beach (and see it from the porch), local restaurants, and the neighborhood pool is a great way to end the day. I loved the layout of the rental, all of the bedrooms are upstairs and there are two living spaces downstairs. The outdoor patio is great to take an outdoor shower and grill out while you take in the sound of the ocean. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have kids!

Great spot between the town center and surf breaks. Nice beach in front the kids can play in when it’s calm. Ice cream and restaurant very close walk.

We were a group of 5 adults and the place worked perfectly for us. Walkable to the marina area, quick drive to anywhere else you’d want to be in Rincón. Patio and living space was really comfortable to hang out.

This was a last minute booking and even added a couple nights to our stay. We were comfortable, plenty of space, clean, peaceful, and the beach steps away! We hope to be back sometime soon! Thank you for your hospitality, Jennifer. 🙂

This place was one of the most beautiful Airbnb‘s that I have ever stayed at. Everything was so easy to find. It was in a great location. Very close by to a lot of restaurants and beach. The host was super responsive. Answered very quickly and gave the best instructions. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect location. Great host, fully equipped, wonderful views and outdoor space. We walked to some of the best restaurants, our favorite beach, and even ice cream stops directly from the home, without ever needing to drive. Definitely recommend!

The property has great potential however, the host was very difficult to reach in an emergency lock out situation due to faulty lock. The results were that 5 guests ended up sleeping by the pool until early the next morning when the host finally responded. Airbnb was unable to make contact with the host as she was the only contact they had on file. The host finally responded at 1:30am and send help and refunded the money for one night. It was a scary situation since we were unable to access medications. The police were unable to help and it was hard to get a locksmith on a Sunday night 11:30pm. Airbnb offered to help by offering $200.00 around midnight to find another alternative accomodations. We tried to get another hotel near our location and everything was full. Our main priority was to access the heart and diabetes medication for some of our guests. I would hope that airbnb changes their policy and would have more than one contact to be able to help their guests in an emergency.

Jennifer's house was great and just as in the pictures provided. We were a family of four with two teenagers and there was plenty of room for all us. The house came equipped with everything we needed and Jennifer even provided great beach towels and chairs. The patio was large and it was great to have coffee out there in the morning. The house is a very short drive to the center of town where there are plenty of places to grab a meal. Also, Econo market is nearby. Rincon is a great town and everyone there was very nice and welcoming. We also had a great time at Gozalandia in San Sebastian and Aguadilla. I would definitely recommend Jennifer's place for a nice and comfortable stay in Rincon. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Jennifer's place was perfect for a family of 6. Super comfortable, the view of the beach from the back patio was amazing. Everything was indeed in place, just like the description. Beds comfortable, bathrooms had every essential element that was needed, and so did the kitchen. The location is super quiet. Everyone in the neighborhood was nice and respectful. It makes me want to come back and stay again. (which me and my family will ! ) definitely don't regret a single day staying there.

We loved our stay at Jennifer's place- the location and patio were amazing, it only took 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and and the AC units in each room were perfect. The pedestrian gate to get in and out of the complex was a bit tricky to work otherwise our stay was great I would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location right by the marina and had a few restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is also very close to downtown Rincon and all the beaches. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic spot! The house was right next to a number of tours, restaurants, and amenities. The view was gorgeous and the surrounding area was quiet. The house was perfectly sized for a family of five.

Great property. Located right in front of Black Eagle Beach. You are 4 min. drive to Maria's Beach, 5 min drive to Domes Beach and 8 min. drive to Sandy Beach. You are near everything, the town of Rincon, Beach House Bar and many of the local eateries. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Great place to crash after a day of surfing. The owner is very responsive and it was easy to check-in. Highly recommend this place.
