Alloggio veramente fantastico, Aveva tutto il necessario e una terrazza da favola, enorme e bellissima. La cucina si trova nello spazio in comune vicino alla piscina. La casa si trova in una zona super tranquilla davanti ad una foresta di piante! Accompagnata dai rumori della natura e degli animali La consiglierei assolutamente

Stayed here for a few days and it was lovely! The view was amazing. We loved going to the local farmers market on Sunday! :)

The apartment far exceeded my expectations. The scenery was amazing and the wonderful night breeze off the terrace was amazing. I am definitely looking forward to coming to this location again.

I had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's Airbnb, Vista del Mar, this past 4th of July weekend. Finding the place was easy, just as described. The view was exactly as shown in the photos, and the entire space was spotless. All amenities were available, and we loved the billiard table and the pool. The price was very reasonable for all the features. Communication was always very efficient, and we hope to visit again in the future. The only thing I would have liked was a stove and a sink, though I had already read the description, so I knew what to expect. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Amazing views from the terrace, the hammocks and pool table were also great additions! Fluffy towels, comfy bed, and a covered parking space were also appreciated ! You can walk to a great beach or just a super quick drive down the road (roads are pretty hilly). Very cute area. This is a great place to stay.

This location was everything we wanted for our experience in Rincon. Loved this town and I think this airbnb gave us the peace we wanted after visiting San Juan. The area is super safe, quiet, and private. The terrace was clean, we loved the hammocks, the apartment itself was exactly as shown, and there are always many useful items you can take to the beach while visiting. The host on-location was also fantastic and helpful, so was Jennifer. Both were very attentive and provided recommendations on what to do during our stay in Rincon. They were the embodiment of Puerto Rican hospitality. Thanks everyone!

What an amazing place to stay. The views were fantastic! We stayed for 2 nights and we have zero complaints. We went to Aguadilla (like 45 mins), The beach house ( 5 mins) to see the sunset and eat and the food was great. As a person that does not live here in PR anymore, this place was a reminder of how beautiful the island is. Walking up and going to bed listening to the birds, ocean waves and roosters was a memorable experience. Thank you!

Not my first stay here and certainly will not be my last. I love the privacy and the beauty of the surrounding wooded area. Lots of iguanas and birds and chickens. All of my favorite things about PR. The pool table is always a plus and the pool felt amazing in the heat of the day. It was always a comforting feeling coming home at the end of each day and waking up to the beautiful views. The owner is also very kind and welcoming. 10/10.

Perfetto Positive: Siamo arrivati con un van 12 posti perché abbiamo avuto un problema alla macchina a noleggio e non riuscivamo a parcheggiarlo nel posto che ci era stato assegnato a causa di una tettoia, il proprietario gentilissimo ha spostato la sua auto privata per farci mettere il van nel suo posto personale con tettoia più grande. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. L’host mette a disposizione teli mare, sedie, ombrelli e frigo bar per andare in spiaggia senza costi aggiuntivi. La terrazza che avevamo a disposizione godeva di una vista sul verde e sul mare meravigliosa.

We got a warm welcome as soon as we got there and it really set the tone for our whole stay! The place was spotless, we had a lot of privacy with the deck space, and we were just a short walk from the beautiful Sandy Beach (as well as some shops, cafes, and restaurants). Highly recommend!

Jenifer’s place was absolutely lovely, even more beautiful than the photos! My partner and I loved laying out in the hammocks on the terrace. Everything to do like beaches and food were right around the corner. The beach equipment was a plus plus. We loved this place and definitely hope to be able to book it again soon when we return

The spot is great with cute, fun furnishings. The bed is a Murphy bed with a perfectly-fine-but-not-the-most-comfortable mattress. I would be happy to stay there again. Great home base for a few days of surfing. Amazing views and outdoor space and very convenient to puntas surf breaks.

A very lovely and comfortable place to stay for several days. We enjoyed every minute of it and wished we had more time. The room, bathroom, outdoor area and view were perfect. You could hear the coqui singing, and the jungle jungle-ing. Very close to the surf, awesome beaches and good times. Would definitely recommend this host and spot to anyone, and would stay again.

Fabulous vacation spot! The views were beautiful, the swimming pool and pool table were a plus even tho I didn’t use it. I will never forget my stay here, forever grateful memories. Felt safe in the nice neighborhood, best food and beaches around. The people are so nice and welcoming. AC worked great. Warm water in shower, comfortable bed. Definitely recommend staying here for a couple. Owner was such a nice guy with great recommendations. One of favorite Airbnbs I ever stayed in, we didnt want to leave. I hope I can stay here if I go back

Our stay was perfect! We loved our super peaceful stay , views amazing and sounds of the waves it was just perfect. Super clean, confortable. Nothing negative to say from our part. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Rincon!

This place was truly STUNNING! Waking up every morning to the beautiful sounds of PR - couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and pleasant experience. Also very close to some of the best restaurants we’ve been to on the west coast. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back soon.

This is one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed at. We only stayed 2 days and I could easily see myself renting the place for a week. A completely private terrace with beautiful Mountain View’s but still only 5-10 minutes to the nearest beach and towns. If you’re renting a car, I recommend something sturdy to drive up all the hills to get to the property. Our small car survived but I would have felt safer in something bigger. The terrace is enough for two people, but if you rent a few more rooms on the property for other friends or family, the terrace becomes a great family-friendly stay. We enjoyed having a pool, washer and dryer and sleeping to the sounds of the forest at night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed at. The terrace had amazing views, and we loved the pool table and hammocks. The interior was clean and very comfortable. Jennifer and Elier were both very welcoming and responsive. I would absolutely recommend their place to anyone and I would definitely stay here again.

This was THE BEST airbnb I've ever stayed in. The photos and description matched 100%. The location was central and safe and the view from our studio was absolutely stunning. We were super comfortable in the room and everything was better than expected! There were even some additional amenities that weren't listed. To keep it simple, trust me, you want to stay here.

Perfect place for me, has everything needed with lots of extras. Nice pool area huge private deck with an equally private covered deck with a pool table. Nice views of the distant ocean and the little valley below. It had easy access to plenty of great restaurants, beaches and other fun activities. I’ll gladly stay here my next trip.

We loved our stay! It is very clean and super peaceful. Totally recommend it for couples’ retreats. The only constructive criticism is that the mattress needs to be replaced with a new one. Other than that, it is just the perfect spot. We are excited to come back! .

Location is peaceful and the views are stunning. I enjoyed spending my mornings on the balcony looking at the ocean. This place has a sunrise view, not a sunset view, so if I wanted to watch the sunset, I went to one of the many gorgeous beaches just a 3-10 minute drive away. Place was clean enough except for in the closet (SO much sand on the floor from the beach chair that hadn't been cleaned) and inside the drawers/cabinets). Also the screen doors were quite broken and need to be replaced. I wanted to enjoy the breeze on top of the hill without having to worry about mosquitos getting in, so managing screen doors that kept falling off the tracks was a bit of a hassle. (I probably could have went without the screens, because I barely saw any mosquitos while I was there). Otherwise it was such a pleasure being there. Jennifer also sent messages with activity options, and there was a binder full of attractions, restaurants, and other things to guide about the area.

The view from the apartment was amazing and we had a really great time, not far from the beach, restaraunts and places to hang out near by! highly recommend

The location was great, the people were friendly, for a studio apartment the room was very spacious. The pool was clean , the view was amazing. The only thing I can recommend is new pool sticks for the pool table. The tip of the sticks didn’t have the soft end piece which made it very difficult to play . Other than that I would highly recommend this space to anyone.

You definitely won’t be disappointed with this place . Is cozy, clean, private, spacious, friendly neighbors/neighborhood. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially during sunrise. Beaches and restaurants are nearby 5-10minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling alone or couples. Thank You Jennifer for being such a great host and sharing this piece of Gem with us!

Very nice place, clean and has all the amenities mentioned on the description. Clean, easily access to wifi connection, the place has solar panels (not to worry about power outrage), hot water, beach chairs, towels, pool table, parking, pool and more. Great view and we watched the sunset and sunrise from this cozy apartment. Rincon has many beautiful beaches and a great variety of restaurants and bakeries. Ricomini bakery was our favorite. This place is great! The view from the terrace is beautiful. You can see both the ocean and lots of lush, green nature all from the comfort of hammocks. Inside was spacious, extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The perfect place to get away!

I’ve looked around many places to book and did a lot of research ahead of time before traveling and this is a very great place to stay at! There are many restaurants nearby and the location is just all around great! The owner, Elier recommended us many great restaurants to try and he is very helpful! Will definitely stay again when we visit again!
