Positive: Esta en excelente ubicación. Negative: La dirección de Google map debe ser un poco mas exacto. Y poner número a la propiedad para ser identificada mejor.

Mi estadía fue excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, organizado y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, siempre atento/a a cualquier duda. La ubicación es conveniente y tranquila, perfecta para descansar. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente a otras personas.

The place was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 7. I wouldn’t say the kitchen was “fully equipped”, however the host is so responsive they brought additional things needed promptly. The house is on a quieter street compared to downtown apartments we’ve stayed at. It is walkable and we felt safe, however there is a small stretch of road without sidewalk so you just have to be aware of the two way traffic; it’s not a terribly busy road. Beach towels and chairs were provided. It’s so close to Doña Lala beach, bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The art walk is phenomenal so highly recommend making plans for Rincón around a Thursday. The host is very attentive and responsive. Thanks for hosting our family!

Excellent Stay!! EXACTLY as photos show clean and brand new reno property. Proximity to downtown is perfect and walkable. I've stayed in Rincon 7x times over the holidays in various areas this was definitely one of the top 3 houses. AC worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and Gas range for cooking was much appreciated by the Ms. The 3x beach chairs were greatly appreciated. This was a brand new renovation airbnb some things to note: 1 parking spot allotted to the rental, this is downstairs unit if people upstairs with children its noticeable. Internet was intermittent at times. Wildlife out back proved frustrating multiple days in predawn hours. Thank you for an amazing place in such a wonderful part of the island.

Great location very comfortable house and clean. The service is amazing and professional. The only down side was the hot water which they promise to fix.
